We went to Pizza Hut in Monroe Wi. Four adults and 5 children. One being Autistic We were seated and the gal came up and asked us who we were with. My daughter in law said we are all together 5 kids 4 adults. She says no who are you with. Was told 5 kids 4 adults. It finally registered in her head. She was told we wanted water for all the kids and one adult two sofas and one beer. She took our order large cheese pizza a medium meat , a salad and two chicken feccetine. ten bread sticks and then we waited. 20 minutes no water no glasses. Just crayons and a sheet for each child for a coloring contest. My husband went up and asked about the drinks. And the gal said student that she had 7 tables. Mind you we went in when they had four tables. Husband said maybe you should ask for help. She snapped back and said I did. Two water pitchers came out 5 minutes later the glasses. The beer. No sodas. They brought the breadsticks out after the salad came out which was a meal in itself. We sat. pizza and rest of food came out Finally they came and asked if we wanted plates. Very unorganized. someone else came out and asked how everything was. We canceled the sofas. She said.you are already charged for them. I said cancel. By now I am so upset I am not hungry. Kids ate she would of got a good tip if she waited on us with better manners and being attenative but she was neither. She wouldn't come back to tsble. Another gal did. When we went and paid husband talked nicely and said we had never had such bad service and the Attitude that Isabella had is why we did not want to leave her a tip he did leave a tip for the other girl and was told that they had workers that did not come in to work if she would've explained that to us and asked us to be patient which we were. but after waiting 20 minutes before we received anything still doesn't get a good review. I have people where I work that are off and I do the work for two. I'm exhausted but I still work through it. I don't think we will be going back. read more

I get tired of trying to order delivery Pizza and every time I get a hassle from the employees. We have had it delivered to our house before just like our neighbor, but they can never find our phone # and state they do not deliver to Juda. We live on the outer edge of Juda and tonight when I tried to order once again the girl whom answered the phone said we don't deliver to Juda and I stated yes you have before, than she says just a minute and assistant manager Tim gets on the phone and states we don't deliver to Juda. I told him they have delivered to us before and he told me no so I just hung up. PLEASE GET PEOPLE WHOM KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND BE MORE RESPECTFUL. They are ridiculous. Kathy R. read more

I only come here once a year and that is for a friend's birthday. She is 78 now and this is her favorite place to eat, so how can I say no? We eat the buffet, which is fine. You can request certain pizzas if you'd like (and they will usually bring you out a slice before they put it on the buffet so you won't miss out). Their salad bar is so-so. On my last visit the cucumbers were slimy and the romaine was starting to turn brown. I do love that you can get a little of this and a little of that for a reasonable price. I usually get a slice of pizza and follow up with their fettucine alfredo and finish with some cinnamon sticks. They also have this cherry crumble type dessert which is good as well. It's not fine dining but it's great for a quick bite with some great friends. read more

Horrible Customer service and management! Hands down the worst restaurant in Monroe Wi. We ordered and paid over the phone only to have our order never show after an hour. When we called we were told they didn't see a ticket for us. And we had PAID by credit card. Management refused to acknowledge their mistake or fix it. Went to the restaurant to show card on account and they still refused a refund or the food we PAID for!!! If you want pizza we recommend Suiss Haus, Bullets or Vinces! This w a s a terrible experience from beginning to the end. Ordered on line was told 10 to 20 minutes showed up 25 minutes later got to the window and we were told not done yet(what really happened was it was not even started to be made). After being told not done yet go through the line again for a third time I said no can I get my food that I had already been billed for. We waited at the window for 5 more minutes and finally got some food that was not what we ordered if I wanted a plant based pizza I would have ordered that. I would give a zero or worse as they never to me what was going g on and were only told that it was Saturday night and things get busy. Terrible food and even worse service. read more

As far as Pizza Huts go, this is the best I've been to. Great customer service from what I've seen. Had the buffet once, same as all buffets, can't complain. You know the food's been sitting out, but it wasn't rancid by any means. I always order carry-out, so can't talk about service, but the food always looks great and tastes great, they seem to do it right. The carry-out people are nice. My boyfriend hates everything about all Pizza Huts, but as far as my taste, I'm a big fan! And this place is good! read more

Tonight we went to Pizza Hut for the buffet. The buffet is so you can try different types of pizza. At 5 pm, when the buffet starts, there was nothing on the buffet table. So we waited. While there the table went empty and we waited again. I went up and stood there. Was asked what I was looking for, I said some pizza there was nothing there. She brings back a plain cheese pizza. There was no bread sticks, no pastas which also stayed empty for time. Complained to the manage of the night as we left. Yes, he did comp us for the bad service. Won't go back anytime soon!! This is both a review of this restaurant and also a review on Pizza Hut in general and how they have ruined a good thing. What the #*@! happened to Pizza Hut?!!! At one time it was a favorite stop for me and the family. We loved, loved, loved their pan pizza and looked upon it as a special treat. Then, one day, years ago we ordered one and it was not the same. Completely different crust, less flavorful toppings. We chocked it up to a bad restaurant. We went back and I opted for the pizza buffet. I tried pizza after pizza and nothing was good. We then knew that someone has taken over this place and changed the recipes. Years passed and they advertized their new pasta dishes and I thought, "well, lets give them one more try. Maybe they fixed their pizza back up and they are back to their old goodness." So yesterday was the day. We walked in and people looked at us but then looked away as if to say, don't look at me, I'm not a greeter. Then one of them must have realized they were a greeter and greeted us. There was plenty of room. Our service was just ok. They forgot to check our drinks and we had to wait quite a while for our bill. We ordered a pan pizza and garlic bread. The garlic bread was less than good. I have had better garlic bread from the grocery freezer. The bread was some sort of flavorless cheapo bread filled with a lot of air, nothing special. The garlic spread on top was thin and barely flavorful. Then the pizza arrived and sadly it was the same old garbage that sent me packing years ago. I can't tell you how disappointed we are. The toppings did not taste fresh and was barely tolerable. It was mainly bland with an occasional taste of something ok and then a taste of something not ok. Ugggh. We will NEVER go back to any Pizza Hut anywhere. Anyone who gets a good pizza here or at any Pizza Hut can count themselves lucky. ps. Work ordered Pizza Hut Pizza the other day. I didn't have any but took a look at them. No change. The ingredients stop about 3 inches from the edge where everything is over cooked and and is baked onto a dried up crust of bread. After picking up my step-dad from the hospital he asked to go to the buffet at Pizza Hut. Knowing we only had 20 minutes left until the buffet ended I was doubtful that this would be a good idea. Knowing my step-dad was still not steady after leaving the hospital I was very wary about this idea. When we entered I asked if it was too late for the buffet and was told that there was plenty of food left. The server (David) immediately assessed my situation and offered us the table next to the buffet. After eating our salads the pasta was scarce but David told us more was on the way and brought some right out. By the time my step-dad was ready for pizza there wasn't much left so David came to our table and asked him what he would like. Once the pizza was done David brought it straight to our table and served us directly (rather than have my step-dad go to the buffet). I can't tell you how nice it was to have someone go the extra mile for my family while we were in this situation. I just hope the management at Pizza Hut knows what a great employee they have in David! This is our favorite Pizza Hut and whenever we are in Monroe we go here.
