The food was great! If you open the app it will be better, so that you're not looking at the menu for 10 minutes straight.

Consistently good with my drive thru orders and I love the fries and breakfast hash browns. It's not potatoes, it's sorcery.

Hello, I am a regular african american male at my local McDonald's (dons) and i was racially profiled for stealing a water cup (which i did) but the principle is there how could they have known i stole it if they didn't ask. Anyways i for the past 3 years ive been going every month and i love this place usually but their new staff plainly SUCKS they need to loosen up. Normally this is an OK place. But I went inside on June 20 at about 1 PM. There was a young dark-haired girl, with the drive-thru headset on, working the counter/register also. She was terrible. Totally without personality, no greeting, no thank you, just put the change (including a whole bunch of dimes) down on the counter instead of handing it to me. I am older, hands shake a little, and it was hard to get all those little dimes off the slippery stainless steel. This girl, probably a high school student working a summer job, clearly did not like her job, and I hope I don't see her again. But I will say something to her or her manager if I get her again at the counter and she gives me attitude. read more

Ordered food... With table service. Went back to playland area with my daughter. Waited 20 minutes... No food. I go upfront... It's sitting on the counter... COLD. I said to the manager behind the counter, "What, you were just going to let it sit there indeed!?" I was met with a stupid blank look and no words... No apology... No nothing. For fear of having my food spit on... Or worse...I took it and ate it cold. The went to the can in the playground area. I open the door and smack dab in the middle of the floor is a dried mashed turd. Means it was probably there all day. I make a formal complaint. I'm contacted by email with apologies and "What's your address so we can send some coupons" or whatever the heck they call them. That was about four weeks ago. I normally don't accept them because I want them to actually take me seriously and make the necessary corrections. This time I accepted. They sent nada, zilch, nothing. Thank the blessed stars you found this review! Asian am I not. NOR am I the owner, an investor, or a trailblazer of this fine restaurant. However I can proudly state I have eaten a delicious quarter pounder with cheese broiled especially for me and a small fry with two Condiment Portion Paper Cups filled partially with three pumps of ketchup each and a small ice cold glass of water with from a straw. I found this restaraunt to be spotless with a friendly staff. The clientele were docile and polite as we all sat in our separate booths. I chose a comfortable orange powdered bench seat near the center of the diner. This provided me with an excellent view of the nearby businesses of Monroe. I loved watching the action across the street at the local car dealership. I could have spent a lot more time watching the jeeps come and go. Need I remind you that when you order a drink you must take the cup they provide and fill it yourself. Please don't bring in an outside cup as this behavior is frowned upon. Another thing. Be careful when you work with the ketchup pump as a wild spurt can stain white cloth including a newly purchased Haines tee. I highly recommend you dine in as you can overhear numerous cell phone conversations if the conditions are right. read more

We were in Monroe to watch 4th of July fireworks and my Son got hungry after that. Most of the places were closed but McDonalds came to our rescue as always. We have always relied on McDoanlds and even this time it didn't let us down. We went through their drive through and got a quick order of 20 nuggets and we all were happy. Feel sorry for the employee but hope they are getting paid well for working on a holiday. Happy 4th of July!! read more

Today is the introduction of the ADULT HAPPY MEALS and after a special event today my wife asked me if I would go buy her a Big Mac Adult Happy Meal. I sat in the drive-up and patiently waited and when I got to the speaker to order the lady said, "we don't have those". I asked if she knew when they would have them and she said "I don think we will have them here." At this point, I ordered just the Big Mac Sandwich because I didn't want to totally disappoint my wife. I paid $5.26 for a single sandwich and the lady at the pay window said, "When you get up to the food window ask the worker when we will have the Adult Happy Meal." I did just that and the young lady responded, Oh, we have them, they started today. I said you have them? Then why was I told I could not order one because you did not have one? She asked who told me that and I said, the lady in the order speaker and the lady who I paid for my single sandwich. She again said, yes we have them but no one made any attempt to correct the situation! VERY DISAPPOINTED! And this is why I don't eat at fast food places.... read more

This McD's has gone downhill over the years. Management is just plain bad! Me and my sister went to McD's for breakfast about a week ago for breakfast. We decided to go inside versus the drive thru. We wound up waiting about 15 minutes for coffee! We were not the only ones waiting (and complaining). The service is bad as well. Slow moving and no smiles on anyone's faces. Maybe if this place paid more than minimum wage they could find better workers and management to run the place. My recommendation is to avoid McD's altogether. There is no food in their food anyways. Go to Culvers. Yeah, they can get slow at times too but at least their food tastes actually pretty good and they offer veggie burgers. Not sure why I gave this place two stars. I guess I'm just too kind for my own good. read more

Why can't we give 0 Stars? This McDonalds takes forever to get your food and they mess up your order. Don't try to order anything without onions because it will still have them when you get it. Gross. I don't know why I haven't totally boycotted McDonald's anyway. Beef that doesn't taste like beef. Ground up "white meat" chicken in everything else. Forget it. Do yourself a favor and go to Culver's instead. read more

Went to McDonald's and ordered a medium hot chocolate. After drinking the almost entire hot chocolate, something hit my lips. There was an ordered slip at the bottom of my cup!! On the slip there was a different order than my own. I was so disgusted I didn't know what to do. I am not sure how that would get in my cup and now concerned that they may reuse cups or something. Very gross. I will be checking my drinks if I decide to go back again. read more

Horrible. Every time I go there it gets worse and worse. My order is always getting messed up. Ex. Today I went in to order some food, I ordered 2 extra fries. I got my receipt and it only said 1, so I asked the guy who took my order how many fries am I getting because I ordered two and my receipt says 1. He looks up at a screen and goes "yeah you're getting two". When I get my order I looked and sure enough I only got one. So I had to wait behind 3 people just to get the extra order of fries. By the time I actually got it the rest of my food was cold. I am definitely not impressed. It's not that hard to push buttons on a screen, I did it for 5 years. read more

Clean, large, modern with a great kids play area. The food was nice McDonalds food. It's next to Piggly Wiggly so you can get a few errands done at once. read more

And when you do finally get your food, you will probably Not get what you ordered. This McDonald's has the absolute worst service of any McDonald's restaurant I have visited.
