Let me start by saying we love Pizza Hut pizzas. We took advantage of Tuesday's $2 one topping personal pan pizza. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find a quarter slice of a medium pizza instead of the cute personal pan pizza! I don't consider a quarter slice piece of pizza the same as a personal pan pizza and think maybe this could be misleading. read more

So we spent $70 on this disgusting pizza and the customer service still lacks! How can I speak to the manager "Kara" and she tell me that the pizzas she personally cut and were not burnt and "we've had complaints from you before" well hell if that's the case perhaps you should make sure to ensure satisfactory product. It was more bothersome to have the POOR customer service than anything else and a manager bring up past complaints YET do nothing to ensure it doesn't continue to happen. How difficult is it to make a pizza properly? Burnt or not burnt??? Shouldn't even be a question check the pictures for proof. read more

Its Pizza Hut! If you've grown up eating it you know what to expect, it is like the McDonald's of pizza. I haven't had any issues with this location. I usually order online using their handy app and then either go pick up my order or get it delivered. Delivery usually takes 45 - 60 minutes so I normally try to go grab it myself if I can. read more

I will NEVER eat at Pizza Hut again. Ever. They put a garlic buttery sauce on the pizza as a FREE extra and that's all you taste. Did I mention that is horrible? I was hoping to taste the pepperoni and beef I paid for but NO. My wife got extra mushrooms. She couldn't taste them either. Just the garlic sauce. I remember when Pizza Hut have some of the best pizza around, but those days are long gone. And so am I as a customer. PS. Don't spend your money here. This place is a joke. The have delivered to us for 3 years and after placing an order tonight and charging our card $33.11 Heather Augusta calls us back 22 minutes later to tell us they can't deliver to us. Now we have to wait 3 days to have the money back in our account. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I requested she call her General manager Tonya Godwin and she still offered no help. The food here sucks, i only voted 5 stars because of the strikingly handsome delivery driver, i don't know his name but i dream of his mustache each night as i sleep. I loved this location not even a year ago, but the past 4 times I've gone, they have gotten my order wrong... forgetting the exact same thing every time. All I order is Stuffed Crust Pepperoni with BBQ Sauce. For the past 4 times they have forgotten the BBQ Sauce and it is rather disappointing. I will not be going back anytime soon. read more

We eat here often and get the same thing every time. Today the marinara was very different and so watered down it felt like they were trying to thin it out to save money. It was so thin and watery it wouldn't even stick on a breadstick. I called and they told me I could come all the way back but I would be getting the same thing and they would give me a dollar back. Terrible service here. The associate is on some terrible tirade of how ALL people order breadsticks with cheese incorrectly. Cheesy bread and cheese sticks are the same thing according to him. I explained that pizza hut ads call them cheesy bread and he insisted that I order them as cheese sticks. Overcharged me for my pizza then gave me the wrong pizza. I'll never go back. read more

This location has horrible customer service & can never get out order correct! After months of pizza being made incorrect I called a few times to let them know. They offered to make a new one but who has the time!! Finally I was given a $20 credit to use. But again a catch. I was charged regular price for my pizzas instead of the "deal" I was told over the phone. The manager said they would not honor the deal plus 1 of the pizzas was still not correct!! Seriously! We are done with this Pizza Hut. Don't bother. It's ran by a bunch of kids who don't care. read more
