I assumed it was from the pan, but when I took a bite, it was clearly molded. It tasted like mold when I turned my lights on and looked at it. It's blue tinged not black. I called to give them a heads up to look at the other rolls, but they blew me off and told me there was no way that it could be mold and that it was from the pan. It's mold, it tastes like mold, smells like mold, looks like mold, it's mold. I ripped the bottom of the roll off after I took a bite. That theory has been confirmed over the past few hours by the war that is now raging within my digestive system, a war which will surely conclude at the ceramic seat of judgment. Simply put, food like this should not be allowed to leave the store. The pieces were so old they were split open. Shame on whoever put this order together, and shame on me for eating it.

No problem -- but I ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes for a drive-thru order. It wasn't even busy, just a few cars. When I finally got my food, the only decent things were the drink and the thigh. I got home and realized my wings were missing, so I drove back to ask for a refund. The guy who claimed to be the manager said they couldn't give me one but couldn't explain why, even though I had my receipt and had just left a few minutes earlier. I asked for the corporate number and my food back. After another five minutes, he handed me soggy wings with barely any sauce and the corporate contact info. At that point, I was done. I'll be reaching out to corporate, but I'm leaving this here to warn others -- the food is subpar, the service is careless, and it's clear the staff doesn't take pride in what they do.

After moving from Colorado, it took me 9 months to finally find a good pho place in Texas, and I can confidently say this is the one! The flavor is THERE. It was so tender and flavorful, and the broth had the kind of flavor I've been looking for this entire time. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, which makes the experience even better. As far as customer service, I'd say it's ehhh -- not the most welcoming or warm, but they do seem to be pretty busy, so I can understand that. The man working was super attentive, though, and genuinely seemed eager to make sure everything was right, which I really appreciated. For the most part it was easy and there were a lot of places that I frequent that I was still able to enjoy some of my favorite dishes, with the no meat option . This restaurant was one of them . So when I noticed on the menu that they served Veggie Egg Foo Young served with your choice or white or fried rice, I was excited to try it. They also have really good veggie egg rolls and their Thai tea is to die for. This restaurant probably has some of the best egg foo young patties I've had since living in the DFW. Although the brown gravy was good , I wasn't a fan of the sweetness of it. However, my 2nd time ordering this dish , I asked what was used to make the gravy sweet, which the server with no issue went to the back to retrieve from the cook a list of some of main ingredients used to make the gravy . The server said it was brown sugar that was used to make it sweet . I requested to not have the brown sugar included, And for some reason it was still slightly sweet without the brown sugar, but not overbearing like before and it was still yummy. My daughter ordered the shrimp Lo Mein and she said it was sweet as well but that she still enjoyed it. It's small restaurant and has a few tables for those who'd prefer to dine in. It's was clean and the workers are always so friendly and helpful everytime I've been there. The food is always fresh and hot and the portions are really nice size.
