Third time tonight ordered online and was shorted fries and or wings. Called and talked to two different managers was hung up on twice. Finally after calling and being on hold or no answer for over ten minutes, neighbor let me use his phone to call. Talked to another manager Antonio he blamed DoorDash and promised to bring us the fries we were missing. We will see. BUYER BEWARE!! Do NOT order through their app and have it delivered! This location has terrible customer service and seems to only employee teens who don't know what they are doing! I placed an order this afternoon through the Wingstop app, not realizing it would be delivered by Doordash. When I received my order, I was missing half of it. I immediately called the store, only to be told they didn't deliver and I needed to contact Doordash. So, I call Doordash and they immediately call Wingstop back to ask them to remake the order for delivery. After a 30 minute hold, the Doordash guy comes back on the line and says the Wingstop location is working on a large order for a church and was unable to remake the order!! What the heck!! I always ask for crispy fries and more times than not, they have to give me a fresh batch since they are often soggy. The last few visits my.order was accurate but I still dont hesitate to check all my food prior to leaving out. This location is a hit or miss. Most of the times I've ordered from this location, my fries were cold and you could tell they're old fries, my wings were dry with little sauce, and they forget to put the ranch in the bag.
