I started going to Wingstop in 2001ish? I was going to Texas A&M and this quickly became a guilty pleasure that I've continued frequenting any location that happens to be near me since then. I was happy when this location opened in Midlothian several years ago. It took awhile for their service quality to come together, but I have been noticing a sharp decline in food quality the last several times I have tried eating here. The wings are SO SALTY it leaves a distinct coating in my mouth that is really unpleasant. This last order I had delivery and I suppose the goal is to get your food within ten minutes of you ordering it. I know how long it takes to make this meal well and it can't happen + delivery in a 10 minute window! I did receive my super speedy wings and they were downright gross. Finally after calling and being on hold or no answer for over ten minutes, neighbor let me use his phone to call. That's just disgusting. The girls have on visors not hair nets, the guys are wearing ball caps which is fine, however, touching food with bare unwashed hands is absolutely disgusting. Texas health department regulates this stuff and apparently in midlothian you get a pass. Nasty is all I can say. Going to get the order I paid for but I promise you I'm not eating it!!!
