Fries were greasy and cold, no seasoning which is what I complained about to their corporate office. My 6 rolls that I ordered came cold with melted butter on them. Now this place, I ordered the 10 peice lemon pepper wings that was half cooked, I didn't realize it until I got to my parents house, I had to take them back and the young manger said what's wrong with them, I said to him look at them they are half done, he then said they are big wings that's why they look like that. Ordered online, and got my confirmation at 8:06 pm. The confirmation email said it would be ready at 8:24 pm. I arrived shortly after and paid for my order. I sat down to wait because my order apparently wasn't ready yet. About five minutes later the girl at the counter ask what the name for the order was again. I told her and she couldn't find it or a ticket for it until she looked it up in the POS system. She went to the kitchen to "check with the manager", then she came back out and told me that they were working on it. Then the cook wandered back into the kitchen and started cooking the order. It's now 8:50, the place is dead and I still don't have my order. There was no sign of the manager and no offer of compensation to make it right, not even a sorry man we forgot your order. The first time, my to go order was given to the wrong person. Then it was like pulling hair to get an answer or a time frame as to when mine would be ready. An hour after I called, I finally got my food. Completely defeated the purpose of calling ahead. Tonight, the order has the wrong wings and sauce! It's a 2 item order and they are all the same sauce. Also been hearing them explain to every online order that comes in to pick up that their online ordering system is down. No communication. I have ordered wings from this location five too many times. The first time we ordered on line and picked up at the designated time only to get home with an inaccurate order. My husband had to take it back, and wait almost an hour for our correct order(45 minutes to be exact). The second time, one of the cooks place 25...not 10 but 25 wings in one carton for a 50 piece family pack. The first time I ever saw that done The flimsy little tab broke from the bulkiness and the wings were tumbling out of the carton! "I" had to ask for them to be bagged correctly. The third time, our lemon pepper and bbq wings were bland! Had to take them back. The fourth time...bland. The fifth time, my husband and I decided to eat their(big mistake!) it was 40 degrees outside, but the workers decided that was the ideal time to leave the back door open as they smoked. The cold air affected our spirits(mood...not drinks...we had sodas)and food! Ohh! Not to mention they were enjoying a few beers from the frig too! (Drinking on the job...what a novel idea).The sixth time I decided to give them another try I'm so glad that I was making a walk in order. The employee that would have taken my order was sitting and eating with some friends. Worst wingstop I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Was excited when they opened one here in Midlothian. Now I honestly wish they weren't here. Frustrating to know one of your favorite places to eat is right up the street but you can't have it because you know it will be horrible. Both times I've asked for the fries to be extra crispy and both times they've barely been cooked at all and soaked with grease. The wings were supposed to be original hot and there was barely if any sauce at all on them. Just plain wings with hardly any sauce. Not enough to even claim it was there. When you have kids run your business i guess that's what you'd expect. Won't be back. Place is trash! I'll go to Waxahachie or Cedar Hill to get my wings from here on out.
