This location is a hit or miss. Most of the times I've ordered from this location, my fries were cold and you could tell they're old fries, my wings were dry with little sauce, and they forget to put the ranch in the bag. Honestly, it makes me want to just start ordering from the cedar hill location. read more

Absolutely horrible, just take the 20 minutes to drive to hachie for B-dubs don't waste your hour waiting for shitty wings read more

This is the worse Wingstop I've ever been to. Employees sitting around not working. Orders piling up. It took them 45 min to get my 15 frigging wings. Bathrooms are kept dirty as hell. Employees leaving water all on the floor for someone to fall. read more

Wingstop - Water just left everywhere - Chicken Wings Near Me - Midlothian, Texas

Sad. Sad. Sad. Arrived a little after 9. No one else was in the restaurant. Ordered, waited over 30 minutes for our food. Cold fries and warm wings were brought out. Had to send fries back. Had been sitting for quite some time. Don't be in a hurry if going here. Really expect better out of Wing Stop, seems as if there was no one over the age of 19 working. At one point went to ask about our food and could find no one, even walked into the "cooking" area. Everyone was gathered in a back corner, not sure what they were doing. Had a lady pick up a to go order while waiting. She went to her car and brought the entire order back because it was wrong. Took nearly 20 minutes to get her order corrected. read more

This is the worst Wingstop I have ordered from! Usually go to Cedar Hill but thought I would try Midlothian since I have to pass this one to go to the one in Cedar Hill! By the time I got home the leather seats in my car had about a 1/4 inch of grease on them, ruined a brand new shirt when I carried the sack in the house! I have never seen so much grease in my life dripping from the sack! Wings were not good and just loaded with grease! Really not edible! Horrible Wing Stop! Glad to drive to Cedar Hill! Stay Away! read more

this place is terrible and gives a bad name to the brand. employees are rude and manager doesnt care. they don't answer the phones and are rude when they do. the food quality is horrible-under cooked, deformed, some with no meat on bones, black in color/possibly spoiled. this location should be shut down by the city or the corporation. Tim Smith, owner, either don't know what he's doing or what is going on (how can he not with all the terrible reviews that he has responded to the last 4 years) or he does and he doesn't care. This place has been here over 4 years and 4 years of bad reviews, bad food, and bad service. funny how the good reviews aren't even from this town. Watch and see if the owner replies and gives some "thanks for bringing it to our attention" line. Sad thing is, bad food and bad service go hand in hand here and always have. NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE BECAUSE THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Midlothian, Texas

Ordered lemonpepper wings and they came with almost no lemonpepper on them. Ordered fries with extra spice, came with none. Plain Jane fries. Is anyone reading these reviews? There is a common theme and rating result. Yet no changes to the product. read more

They do horrible service, never pick the phone up and always messing up my ordered. Never come here I repeat never come here

I love the wings and veggie sticks but the service is consistently SLOW. Order well in advance or be prepared to wait a while.

Wife was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to make a order got to the place still on hold while standing in front of people!! This place is ridiculous the owner need to get these people in order!!! So many things went wrong after being on hold twice for over 30 minutes read more

I have ordered at the restaurant and online. Always fresh out the grease. Made to order. Never disappoints. Drinks/tea are on point. But no one can tell me what that very large roll of brown paper is for(by the cash registers), inquiring minds would like to know. read more

Placed a delivery order which took two hours to get delivered. Food was ice cold, drinks were watered down due to the melted ice. Called the restaurant to speak to the manager, not only was he unhelpful but rude as well. He didn't want to hear us out or even attempt to make things right. We understand that issues can occur at times however given the fact that he refused to even listen to our complaint is the reason we will NEVER order from this location again. read more

While on our 1 hour lunch, it took 50 minutes to get our food. They told us waiting on the fries so you would think the fries would be piping hot. Not!! Will be a loooong time before we go back again. It is definitely not a fast food restaurant. Shelia L read more

I specifically requested extra well done lemon pepper wings. The person that took my ordered assured me they would've cooked extra well done. However, when I went to pick up my order they were half cooked and the seasoning didn't even taste like lemon pepper wings. This location really needs help. Take a few pointers from the Wingstop in Red Oak. read more

I've had nothing but great food and service from this location. Especially when compared to the Waxahachie location they're prompt and our order has always been ready when we call ahead or order online which is what I recommend. Food has always been cooked to our specifications and we love Wings Stop wings flavors! read more

if you're craving wingstop..wait until you're in any city except midlothian. this location constantly let's us down. we are trying to diet, so we chose wingstop as our cheat day place...this means it's a big deal that the food is up to the standard wingstop is famous for. I ask for extra seasoning on fries, they had none. we order lemon pepper wings and they are greasy, and have so little pepper or lemon on them that they were hardly edible. this makes time number two that this place has sucked. retrain your staff...very disappointed...do these wings look like lemon pepper to you? read more

Wingstop - #wingstopfail - Chicken Wings Near Me - Midlothian, Texas

I love wings. But I wouldn't eat here if it was free and I was starving. I picked up some wings and fries, after waiting for 45 minutes, fries were undercooked, soggy and get this...cold. The wings were lukewarm also. read more

4th time to order in the past year and this Wingstop is by far the worst one that I have ever been to. Ordered mixed wings and drums on a 15 piece and got 2 drums and all wings. Fries were greasy and cold, no seasoning which is what I complained about to their corporate office. My 6 rolls that I ordered came cold with melted butter on them. I have spoken to their corporate office, regional manager and given it some time. This place is still the same bad food it was over the past year. I will take my business to the Cedar Hill wingstop. Food is always warm and as ordered. Maybe they need to send the employees to Cedar Hill for training. read more

My 1st time ordering from the Midlothian Wingstop, usually I order from the Grand Prairie Wingstop on Carrier. Where the food is always cooked right. Now this place, I ordered the 10 peice lemon pepper wings that was half cooked, I didn't realize it until I got to my parents house, I had to take them back and the young manger said what's wrong with them, I said to him look at them they are half done, he then said they are big wings that's why they look like that. I said I eat from Wingstop all the time and these wings are not cooked. I'm not trying to get Somenela from some half cooked chicken. I'm not saying I want go back it's a new store and I think the owners needs to come in and oversee the problems. Oh by the way when I walked into the store it was filthy food all over the floor. Come on people listen to the complaints and get it together. From a loyal customer of Wingstop. read more

Worst wingstop experience ever. Ordered ahead, got there ten minutes early, had to stand in line for about ten minutes, turns out the wings were already done when we walked in the door. At the time we got them the fries were COLD, the wings were barely still warm and soggy as hell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE read more

Ordered online, and got my confirmation at 8:06 pm. The confirmation email said it would be ready at 8:24 pm. I arrived shortly after and paid for my order. I sat down to wait because my order apparently wasn't ready yet. About five minutes later the girl at the counter ask what the name for the order was again. I told her and she couldn't find it or a ticket for it until she looked it up in the POS system. She went to the kitchen to "check with the manager", then she came back out and told me that they were working on it. Then the cook wandered back into the kitchen and started cooking the order. It's now 8:50, the place is dead and I still don't have my order. There was no sign of the manager and no offer of compensation to make it right, not even a sorry man we forgot your order. This is crazy. Won't be back anymore. The cook hooked me up with extra brownies, which is cool, but still no a peep out of the manager. Great leadership, the high school kid cooking fries has a better concept of customer service than the manager. Okay Timothy S. how does one go about sending you a PM? read more

This has to be the worst wing stop on the planet. I've been to this location twice and both times the food had no flavor. How in the world do you mess up BBQ on chicken. I think this location should shut down, fire the current employees and bring in a new crew or just leave midlothian. I will never return to this location ever in life. I wish i could give a minus 5 instead of a 1 read more

Got an order of 10 pieces to go mild with large fries. The container holding the wings looked like they were dumped in straight from the fryer. No taste and swimming in grease. So much grease that it poured out of the to go container. The fries were good. I purposely waited to order from here because of the bad reviews right after they opened. Clearly they still have issues. Will not be eating here again. read more

I love this wingstop! Staff is so friendly. Beer is great! Wait can be long on weekends but its expected when they are busy. I will continue to come to this wingstop even though i live in waxahachie because service in waxahachie has recently declined there for some reason. read more

They will do whatever they can to OVERCHARGE you! $1.19 for 2oz of ranch is outrageous. $0.60 wings only apply IF YOU DON'T GET A COMBO. Go somewhere else. read more

Wings are good. The prep time is slow. Sometimes the french fries are over seasoned with salt. But overall good place for wings.

I always place my orders ahead of time and my food is always cooked to perfection and ready on time, clean and neighborly place to eat with family and friends. read more

Absolutely horrible. Customer service is better at a buffet. This is now the second time in a row that my order has been completely messed up. The first time, my to go order was given to the wrong person. Then it was like pulling hair to get an answer or a time frame as to when mine would be ready. An hour after I called, I finally got my food. Completely defeated the purpose of calling ahead. Tonight, the order has the wrong wings and sauce! It's a 2 item order and they are all the same sauce. Also been hearing them explain to every online order that comes in to pick up that their online ordering system is down. No communication. The cooks and waitresses all are more worried about gossiping and listening and dancing to music in the kitchen than they are the quality of food and service. After exhaling my issues both times to the staff, all I received was a non-attentive and care free "sorry". Will not be back again. read more

I have ordered wings from this location five too many times. The first time we ordered on line and picked up at the designated time only to get home with an inaccurate order. My husband had to take it back, and wait almost an hour for our correct order(45 minutes to be exact). The second time, one of the cooks place 25...not 10 but 25 wings in one carton for a 50 piece family pack. The first time I ever saw that done The flimsy little tab broke from the bulkiness and the wings were tumbling out of the carton! "I" had to ask for them to be bagged correctly. The third time, our lemon pepper and bbq wings were bland! Had to take them back. The fourth time...bland. The fifth time, my husband and I decided to eat their(big mistake!) it was 40 degrees outside, but the workers decided that was the ideal time to leave the back door open as they smoked. The cold air affected our spirits(mood...not drinks...we had sodas)and food! Ohh! Not to mention they were enjoying a few beers from the frig too! (Drinking on the job...what a novel idea). The sixth time I decided to give them another try I'm so glad that I was making a walk in order. The employee that would have taken my order was sitting and eating with some friends. She sprung from her seat with fingers being thoroughly being cleaned by her mouth, and attempted to take my order. To sum it up, I will be getting my wings from Cedar Hill from now on. This tire needs responsible management! read more

ordered my food online when I got to the car something told me to check my food and it was wrong had to wait over 15mins once I got home bit into the wings and they were undercooked and so were the fries I am so disappointed!! I was so happy to get a wing stop in Midlothian to find it its going to suck. to many kids playing around and having fun manager on their level need a grown up to run this shop I will not be going back!! read more

Worst wingstop I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Was excited when they opened one here in Midlothian. Now I honestly wish they weren't here. Frustrating to know one of your favorite places to eat is right up the street but you can't have it because you know it will be horrible. Both times I've asked for the fries to be extra crispy and both times they've barely been cooked at all and soaked with grease. The wings were supposed to be original hot and there was barely if any sauce at all on them. Just plain wings with hardly any sauce. Not enough to even claim it was there. When you have kids run your business i guess that's what you'd expect. Won't be back. Place is trash! I'll go to Waxahachie or Cedar Hill to get my wings from here on out. And Mr or Mrs owner if you're reading this why don't you do something about it. Read these reviews. Pretty simple to see what the community thinks of your business. You are failing and I will not be wasting any more of my money at your establishment. read more
