Why keep the lights on with sign displaying your open to turn customers away? I work for a big company that orders for our employees all the time. This would have been my first experience at one of their establishments, but do you think I will ever return to support??? No thank you. Very bad business and do better by your customers.

The bartenders Angela and Angie are out of this world in personality and mixology especially when I want something out of the usual. They know their craft well and make the best specialty drinks! American Pie hosted a dinner I had for a non-profit I help run and it could not have gone smoother. I gave them a number of people and menu selections and Chrystal, our waitress took care of absolutely everything else! Instead of worrying about micromanaging, I was able to be present for our celebrated guests. I would not hesitate to have my next event there. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere uplifting and fun and the staff and management is simply... the BEST!

The good: The spicy chicken cheese dip is really, really good. I was wary of cheese dip at a pizza…read moreplace, but it is special. Also, the ranch is some of the best around. Now I see why Arkansans dip their pizza in it. The OK: American P serves what I'd call Arkansas pizza, which is cracker-style crust with no real flavor to the crust. The toppings help, but there's just not many praises to sing about it. If they added a vodka or spicy pizza sauce, it would improve the pizza. Or rework the crust. The bad: if it's busy, they're going to be understaffed. You will be waiting for everything. My wife got the lemon pepper boneless "wings" and they were tasteless. No real lemon flavor to speak of. They really should take this off the menu. My wife probably would have asked to get something else from the menu if we hadn't had the experience below. The awful: I have never had a more uncomfortable dining service than we had our last time in. Our waitress was incredibly rude to and short with us from the moment we walked in. We were beside ourselves trying to figure out what we'd done to draw her ire. Plates and cups were distributed brusquely and requests were met with a "you've got to be kidding me" stare (I'd asked for lemon for my tea). We've been in quite a few times, and maybe this was just a bad night, but we probably won't be in for anything other than a to-go order of the cheese dip for the foreseeable future.

I'm not a big fan of thick or bready crust, so this was perfect for me. All of the pizzas were pretty flavorful, and I appreciated the variety of unique flavors they offer. The ones with jalapeños definitely had a kick if you took a bite with the pepper, but without them, the spiciness wasn't too bad. The Roman was super flavorful, and the Chile-Honey Soppressata had that nice sweet-and-spicy combo, just like the name suggests. I personally love sweet pizzas, so that one was a standout for me. I also love the interior, especially the open second level. It overlooks the first floor and gives the space a cool, hip vibe.
