Called for over 15 minutes to order - voice mail repeatedly. Finally talked with manager on duty Hannah which explained they didn't see my phone calls incoming and they were short staffed. Service was wonderful thank you to kj!! The ambiance was wonderful very upscale and all together comfortable. The two stars were for the food , soggy pizza and Very undercooked toppings , they had to remake our pizza because they forgot the toppings on it. Even the appetizer wasn't appealing, I can only explain it as a bread stick with a slice of cheese in the middle and it wasn't garlicky at all , the second pizza came uncooked even more I took a picture of it , I spoke to the manager with his upset I was with the food he offered the remake it himself personally if I ever came back , which I would never, my boyfriend assumed I would love them because he's been there so many times but he was disappointed with them as well. 50$ not worth it read more

I think the food is great. We had a pizza and a salad. Our server was attentive and friendly. We ate at 4:00 so it wasn't that busy. It's never too loud. I always check the restroom out before we order. If it's clean, the kitchen is clean. This is my theory. read more

First time visiting US Pizza. We had are puppy with us so we sat outside. Nia was our waitress and she was very friendly and attentive. She had the manager come out and turn on the fireplace for us and the manager was very nice too. We ordered the Owen's Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. It was delicious!!! A little spicy on extra thin crust. Came out nice and hot. Nia was very sweet to our pup and came out often to ask if we needed refills. We will definitely go back. read more

I have been eating at US pizza for as long as I can remember, when it was located next to lake Valencia. I recently had it when I was back and was left disappointed. The salads we had were very good, but the pizza was undercooked and it left a lot to be desired. The "newer" location is much nicer than the old one and it has a great atmosphere, but I am not dying to go back. read more

I cannot say this loud enough. GARBAGE. The service... really a joke to be honest. We were seated immediately by the hostess. After 15 minutes of sitting, a random waiter realized we were sitting and it dawned on the server who's section we were in that we existed. Apparently the hostess doesn't tell servers when people are sat. Now the restaurant is small enough where that shouldn't be an issue, but the entire wait staff was sitting at the bar playing on their phones with their heads down, completely clueless to anything happening. We ordered 1 salad, boneless wings, and a larger pepperoni pizza. 1 water, 1 coke, and 1 sweet tea. Salad came out fast. That was ok. Followed by the pizza 20 minutes later. When we had one slice of pizza left, the wings aka appetizer showed up. Luke warm, soggy, and under fried. Yes boneless wings are fried before being tossed in sauce. At refill time on drink, we needed all three refilled. Server only brought water. So I walked into the kitchen area and refilled the other drinks myself. Was seen by staff....not a word at all. Now I want to be clear. 3 servers, 1 hostess....only two tables with customers. So this wasn't a rush, they weren't slammed at all. Razorback pizza is just down the road...go there instead. Oh my gosh is there anything worse than soggy greasy undercooked pizza?!! I can answer that - NO! And that's what we got served today. Two undercooked greasy pizzas and one burned cheese pizza. Replaced burned with undercooked. I soaked up 6 napkins of grease. I chose this place because I grew up on US Pizza that was the best in Central Arkansas. The staff here were friendly. But the food was meh and service was slow. Also found the place to be slightly dirty. There was food on the wall and floor around our table. Positives: incredibly cold beer in frosty mugs, and yummy salsa. I appreciate that they were wearing masks and social distancing. Our guac was bland and the chips obviously came out of a bag. They messed up my friend's order, but made it right and the manager came out to apologize. My salad was billed as having several kinds of veggies, and I thought I was getting more than a basic iceberg side salad. Disappointing. read more

Bought salads at the store in Cabot, AR. 4 salads with particular ingredients for each one, and each one was wrong. These have to be the most stupid people on the planet. The instructions were concise and clear, and they got all 4 wrong so none of us got the salad we wanted. I will never go back there. read more

I am posting this review to let the owner know you need to take control of your establishment or you will lose it. Your staff doesn't care. We were seated within a minute or two, great, our server got our drink order quickly, great again, but that was it. We watched her and the rest of the staff laugh and joke behind the bar while no one worked. We waited a little longer for our water and then left. If you don't care, I don't care!! I love your salad supreme but will not ever set foot in this particular US Pizza again. Only 3 or 4 tables were in use so being under staffed at this particular time was not an excuse. We arrived here at 10:40 am and had not received our order at 12:00 noon. Our waiter brought out two pizzas, barely warm to the touch, and two of the six sandwiches. These sandwiches were burnt. I assume they hadn't serve them and tried to reheat them. What a disappointment this meal was. We left before they ever brought the others out. Stay away from this place. Went to this US Pizza for Fathers Day. Arrived early and got seated. We had to find a server to get drinks. We finally got to order our lunch. One hour later we still did not have our food. After one person in our party went to the kitchen our food was delivered. One pizza was cold and the sandwiches were burned!! Although the breakfast pizza for brunch looked so good we decided to split a large salad and a small meetsa pizza. A Coke establishment which I like but they have crushed ice. I'm no fan of crushed ice but my wife loves it. I don't use straws and I have a tendency to wear a crushed ice drink. Salad was huge. Even though we split it we didn't finish. The salad did have canned mushrooms I didn't care for but others might like. Bread sticks were split with mozzarella in the middle. Very yummy. I could only eat 1 slice of the pizza. I have eaten at US Pizza 1000 times in my life. I generally like it. I'd normally give it a 3.5 or 4 Star. However, this location is using some AWFUL ground beef on their pizzas. The other day, every single bite I took into my pizza resulted in some sort of cartilage or tiny bone shard being bitten into. I couldn't even finish the pizza. When this problem is recognized by the ownership and proof is made to me that they have upped the quality of the beef they are serving, then I will change this review. If not, I'm done going to this location (which, by the way, they haven't even bothered to update their address on Yelp). read more

U.S. Pizza has a number of restaurants around metro Little Rock. They are known best for their thin, crisp crust pizza and their salads. The Maumelle location is in the lower floor of a two-story commercial office building shared with a number of other tenants. It's a little dingy and has concrete floors and an odd, chopped up layout to the restaurant. To get to the restrooms you have to walk out of the restaurant down a long hallway to restrooms that seemed to be shared with the rest of the office building. The restaurant could benefit from a remodel or some fresh decor. Their salads are good, but are just shredded iceberg lettuce with a LOT of toppings; the toppings really make the difference.Their house dressing is a creamy Italian which is very tasty. I like their pizzas quite well, and they are among my favorites in metro Little Rock; they take a while to make (25-30 minutes), but they have a very crispy crust. I think their prices are reasonable, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Unlike other reviewers, I've never had an issue with poor service. read more

My experience here wasn't " bad" but it wasn't exactly great either. Drinks ( waters all across the table) weren't at the table until 20+ min... then, refills only happened **once **upon request... when all cups were empty for 30+min. The server was mildly nice but not informative about what the hold up was or anything. She never checked to see how our food was or anything to that nature. It wasn't busy... lots of staff just standing around & there were maybe 3 other small tables at the time I was in there. Modifications were made to my food without asking me if it was okay or even just giving me a heads up first. Then once the food was brought out nothing was said as to why it was modified. My friends plates were also modified but we all just ate our meals anyways. Nothing was a big deal I guess besides the extremely long wait times... It took about 30-35min before our food came out and it wasn't hot. Overall just not very impressed. It could've been worse but it also could've been a lot better... read more

I normally love US Pizza, however after a couple of visits to the Maumelle location, I'll be striking it off my list. The last couple of pizzas I have gotten have been over cooked, under sauced (and I like light sauce but I didn't order it that way). BBQ chicken pizza was Almost dry and had no BBQ flavor. I recently got an islander (dine in) which is my favorite. I there were few pineapples and is was so over cooked the cheese was burned so that it was separating all the way through. I don't think I'll be returning to the Maumelle store. read more

Hands down my favorite tasting pizza. The thin crust ROCKS. It's a little more expensive so we only order it for special occasions. Service has always been good. Doesn't matter if it's located at the back of some backwater shopping center. US Pizza I WILL find you! read more

I usually love this place. I always get a large fresh green salad with with some additions and house dressing- to go. They usually make me a pretty great and large salad, so I get this frequently. BUT yesterday I got the lunch deal- to go. It came with a 6 inch pizza with two toppings and a small salad. The salad was a joke. Teeny, tiny! And just lettuce and very few bacon bits. I added my own croutons and enjoyed my whole 3 bites. The pizza was even more disappointing. It wasn't cooked long enough, so it was a soggy mess. Lesson learned, do not get the lunch deal to go...stick to what I know and love. But salad makers, I still love you so much! And you'll still see me weekly. read more
