I am here in maumelle for work. After working a 12 hour shift, I arrived to this restaurant which I googled and stated they were open until 11PM. Upon my arrival with the restaurant sign stating open at 10:20 PM I am greeted by an employee who is clearly leaving telling sorry we are not taking anymore orders tonight. I kindly say thank you and leave. Why would a business advertise hours of operation and not fulfill its commitments to their customers? Why keep the lights on with sign displaying your open to turn customers away? I work for a big company that orders for our employees all the time. This would have been my first experience at one of their establishments, but do you think I will ever return to support??? No thank you. Very bad business and do better by your customers. read more

I've been traveling for 2 days and I decided to order something that I've always had a love for..Marcos. I get them in Moorhead MN..Fargo ND..Clearwater FL and now I'm in Maumelle Arkansas. It tucked so bad I cannot believe it. COLD COLD COLD..too bad because it looked good!! And I don't care for cold pizza and they didn't bring plates or napkins..perhaps on request idk but I'm traveling over 1800 miles and wanted something I could trust..WRONG! I will never eat here again..that's how much this experience has sucked. When I called she said they could credit me..but only for that store. Didn't offer to remake it or give a gift card. And I called the store before the delivery guy got back to his car..NEVER AGAIN but they got their $$ so who cares ha? read more

I tried them once awhile back and found the pizza unremarkable. Since they now have the pizza bowls, I decided to try again. I am SO glad I did! The pizza bowls aren't bowls, but trays of pizza toppings with no crust! Two servings in one tray! (Think the size of a 4 serving lasagna) Talk about delicious!! The Greek salad was fantastic!! I couldn't have been any happier. I will be getting this regularly and have recommended to several friends and family. read more

Save your money. I don't understand the hype surrounding this pizza chain, but the pizza was not good. Even my four year old declared this pizza "yucky" and he will eat any type of pizza, even another pizza chains pretzel crust pizza. Maybe it's just the nuances surrounding a grand opening and they will eventually work out the kinks, so if I were you, I would wait until then. We ordered "The Works" pizza, an order of wings and cheesy bread. Tasteless crust and not so fresh ingredients. The mushrooms were obviously from a can. This location has only been open a week or so but I know they have others in Little Rock and surrounding areas. We've never tried them so decided to today. I called for a large pizza and some wings for carry out. Ordering process took a bit. I'm assuming new employees trying to figure it out. I had to ask how long and was told 30min. I live 5 min away so I left the house after 10min. My pizza was being cut when I showed up. Very disorganized to pay. I also saw several customers waiting and 1 guy didn't get his complete order. Got home with the food and it looked decent. I can say this is probably some of the worst pizza and wings I've ever had. Very greasy pizza. Wings were Luke warm and not oven crisp. We live very close and now have ordered carry out, and had delivery. Both times we had a great experience and the pizza is really good. They may have had a few start up, minor new employee quirks but that's to be expected. The manager was right there to help the worker and they both apologized. Now it's an easy in and out if I stop by to pick up pizza. Maumelle needs more restaurants. I'm glad to see Marcos so close. read more

We got the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza and it was delicious. We also tried their iced cinnamon squares. They were amazing. It is a new location so the employees were still learning the system, but the food tasted great. The restaurant was clean, too. read more

We've been ordering from Marco's for about a year now ever since we moved into Arkansas. They've forgotten sauces a few times which is why they have 4 stars, but their pizza is amazing and they TOTALLY made up for the forgotten sauces last night when I asked the nice man on the phone to write "I'm Pregnant" inside top of the box to surprise my husband when it was delivered. (It was a last minute way to tell him, since I KNEW I wouldn't be able to keep the secret long enough to order a cute thing online to give to him in a few days.) Ordered on 6/10/15 - the pizza was pretty good, but it's a little pricey. I have to agree with the other reviews - this place had some start-up problems - confused employees, messed up orders, etc. - but now that they've been open for a while I think things are settling down a little. I have ordered carry-out gluten-free pizzas from Marco's. Their gluten free pizzas are significantly larger than those of competitors. I have two teen-age boys with big appetites who we have on GF diets. Other places must think that GF diets are "diets", but not Marco's! On two occasions I ordered for carry out, left and came back, and they brought the pizzas out to my car when I pulled into the parking lot! Great service! read more

Great food for a chain pizza place. Never have eaten at the place, but take out and delivery often. Lots of good coupons always available. Salads, sandwiches, desserts, and pizza and their meatball bake are all great. Friendly staff.
