I get pizza and wings here about once or twice a month, and I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed in the taste and quality of the food or the service I received. I come into town weekly to visit my brother, and we eat here about as often as we eat at the other local eateries, most of which are really good. I highly recommend Luling's Pizza Hut! read more

This place makes me want to hate Pizza hut. The waiter looked as if he was stoned and he was super late on asking for drinks and food. After I finally got my water, he spilled it all over my pizza and 4 of my slices were soaking wet. He just paid no mind to it and went over to serve another customer. At the Luling,TX locationTerrible service. All the employees were seeing at the tables on their phones drinking soft drinks. They didn't even have tea. They didn't bring us menus. Tables were not cleaned. They were using a Corning of the dinning area as a place to store the boxes. Employees are laying down in the booths. Very disappointed because it use to be well run. I really love Pizza Hut but that fact that this is the 3rd time since I've moved here that my order has been messed up and completely missing food that I paid for, I almost close to giving up on them, or at least this particular location. We ordered the Detroit style pizza. It looked like they forgot to put the sauce on until after it was cooked and just blobbed it on the top. The pepperonis we're old and dried up. Instead of making it over they just boxed it up and charged us for it. We live too far away to take it back. HORRIBLE! read more

Negative stars if I could. Came in 40 minutes before they closed due to being on the road with my family and when I say they made it pretty clear they were closing in 40 minutes it was crystal clear. The cashier was rude and even the lady in the back making the pizza was giving nothing but glares and snarky side comments to her coworker then to make matters worst the manager came by the back where we were sitting at waiting for our food he stood there staring at us for awhile until I finally noticed then went to the front. It was all super hostile just left my family and I in disbelief. I'm big on customer service and that was such an uncomfortable environment to be in. Pizza may be good but customer service goes a long way, for sure won't ever make another stop at this location. read more

Luling Pizza Hut needs NEW menus if they no longer serve half of what's on the menu. Bad experience

This was the worst pizza I've ever gotten from a Pizza Hut. It was worse than a red Barron frozen pizza and 4 times more expensive.

After traveling and getting settled in our place, we decided on Pizza Hut for dinner. Knew it would be quick with delivery. After an hours wait, we called pizza hut and was told it was on it's way! After an hour twenty minutes called back and was told again it was on it's way! Great ! After 2 hours we called again only to get a busy signal time and time again. Let it be told, never received the pizza, and we WILL never order from them again. So long Pizza Hut! read more

They don't know how to make a pizza half n half. Instead it's all on the pizza. How hard is it to do half pepperoni and the other half Canadian bacon w/ pineapple. No pineapple on the pizza at all. I guess that's what you get when you stop in a small town. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. The call in was answered after 6 rings. During the order process I was told to hold on while he answered another call which he proceeds tha complete taking their order be for mine. Uopn arriving at the prescribed time I was promptly charged and paid for my pizza. Only to find out they screwed up the order. ( thier words). I had to wait another 15 minutes. The gave me the pizza saying here you go. Not even sorry for the inconvenience. I Guess I will have to drive a hour to get good service. read more

I have had so many great memories of being at Pizza hut. I love the eat in ones and have never had a bad experience...until now. I went in and the giant TV that takes up a corner of the store was blaring some SCI FI show that women are getting abducted by aliens and tortured and here I thought this was a family friendly place. We know what we want so we go to the table and order our usual, only when it comes it isn't what we ordered at all. It was so hot in the restaurant that I didn't want to wait for them to make another one. I ate and even though I requested that they change the channel to something more appropriate for all the families that were sitting around, they never did. I found a to go box and left. It was so bad, just sitting in a hot sticky table and hearing those ladies get tortured by aliens. I had just gotten off the road after driving for 3 hours, so I wanted to eat in peace and that did not happen. I am disappointed. read more

Horrible horrible customer service! I called on my way into Luling to place my order and I was put on eternal hold for 10 minutes , upon arrival I see the employees standing around talking , meanwhile I'm still on hold and the restaurant did not have any patrons inside eating. I finally get to order and the employee that was standing behind the register did not know specials and was obviously in a hurry to take my order to continue his conversation ... While waiting for my pizza the employees were yelling at each other and horse playing . I will never return to this restaurant again ! Where do I start. Tbh I'm a very pro dominos nigga for my entire life but every New Year's Eve we show up to this pos pizza butt and have the time of our lives. First off when you sit down u notice the building next door is always moving closer and closer so that's some weird shit. The salad bar looks like it hasn't been changed in years. The tv is basically like watching everything on a big potato and everything is the color orange. When it comes to taking orders the employees don't give a fuk I would recommend to sticking to basic pizza combos and getting an extra order of garlic knots for the boys. By the time u get ur food you've decided it was a bad decision to walk in the establishment but there's no backing out now. 2 slices in the pizza is bearable by slice 4 or 5 it's starting to feel like someone's pooped inside you. It's seriously like the workers in the back are sliding the pizza across their butts before they serve u these pies of grease. It's just really bad. At this point ur wondering how anyone could even eat here so u get up to go pay ur check. And every damn time the prices seem to go up, unreasonably expensive. First off pizza was great, so were the free bread sticks BUT service was terrible! We arrived at 9:20 and asked what time they closed, girl says 10 so we told her we would order quickly and leave by then. She says oh no y'all are fine just have a seat and we will be right with you. 10 minutes pass and young guy comes and says "do you want anything to drink?" Umm yes, We order 2 teas and say we are ready to order, he then says "do you want a menu? I can go get one." We say no just need a large pepperoni pan pizza. He then tells us he will put it in as a to go order so that we get it cheaper and asks if that's ok with us? Sure that's fine. He leaves and immediately comes back with a box of bread sticks and says y'all want these, if not we are throwing them away? Ok. So we eat a couple, still waiting on tea. I finally go ask him for them, he apologizes and gets them, it's now 9:45ish. Another customer comes in and fights with what I'm assuming is the night "manager" about an order he didn't get. By 10 my husband goes and asks about our pizza, waiter says oh I forgot I put it to go and takes it out of warmer(where we saw girl put it 10 minutes earlier, not knowing it was ours). He gives us pizza, no plates and says enjoy. As we remove a slice "manager" comes towards us very rudely and yells "Has he cashed you out yet?" And we say no and he tells us well then you have to pay dine in price, you can not order to go and then eat here for that price. WTH?? We didn't ask for any favors on price we just wanted a pizza. We told him that was fine and he goes to register and starts getting after our waiter. We didn't say anything, just took our pizza, paid our bill and left. I did leave a $5 tip just because I'm a manager/waitress myself and was being nice but OMG this place needs proper training of their employees!
