The Big Cheese features five different types of cheeses including a soft fontina and a stretchy mozzarella. Admittedly, I really couldn't taste the Gorgonzola, which is too bad because it's one of my favorite pizza toppings. Maybe I should have offered to pay extra to quadruple the Gorgonzola?
