Drive thru was a nice experience. Livingston is a small town. The cashier and staff represented southern hospitality just right. Smiles were on their faces and they greeted me in the same manner. I'll make the point to stop at this location again. Thanks for a great iced coffee. read more

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Didn't even get our receipt, and I had to ask four people before I got it after over five minutes. Three employees who didn't even order got food before us, and it took at least ten to fifteen minutes to get our food. We ordered sweet tea and got unsweet tea. Ordered extra fries instead of apple slice, but got the apple slices anyway. The burger was just slapped togethe, with the top bun only halfway on. It was fairly clean and seemed nice for a McDonald's when we first walked in, but there were multiple employees just standing in the kitchen doing nothing. They definitely weren't short-staffed, but nobody was attending the register. read more

The food was good and fresh. The new McDonald's Monopoly game is out and our fish sandwich box was missing the peel off play piece. Makes me wonder if someone working there took it. read more

Tonight i ordered a 20 piece nugget and 2 McDoubles...well when i got to the window and payed and got my food i notice they FORGOT MY MCDOUBLES! Obviously i was pissed...so i went back to McDonalds as i was driving and went to get my food back. Well, when i got to the window to get my food, the guy that was working there seemed rude and the back was wadded up and stuck it up in my face... and he said "thank you" very sarcastically. Livingston McDonalds at one time was a place that the younger crowd would congregate at. The business has over the years went to an older crew of workers. Unfortunately, it seems that mistakes have increased. There has always been a smell of sewage/trash in the drive through that turns the stomach when about to eat. A deep look at the cleanliness of the crew and basic dress standards would help. Sometimes the look of the workers has an impact on the choice of eating at a place. Mistakes are normal and some of the crew at the second drive through window do not even speak. There is much to be desired at this location. Please fix! read more

Those of you that know me know that I try to avoid McDonald's at all costs. However, at 5 in the morning it's the only place open and while the service was phenomenal at this location and the people were extremely friendly in the drive-thru the quality of food we received was horrendous. To give credit where credit's due the woman that took our order is one of the best order-takers we've ever had. She knew the menu completely and was very good at her job. Unfortunately the cooking side fell well below expectations. On a positive note the sweet tea was very good and we ordered three of them two days in a row and they were all consistent and tasted great like Southern sweet tea should. However, when we ordered a parfait and there was a black hair in it and I mean a 4-inch black hair we had to throw it out immediately. As you can see in my photos I'm bald and was the first one that touch the food so clearly it wasn't mine. The next day I ordered an English muffin and I still can't figure out how the inside was burned on the outside was still partially frozen. I took one bite put it back in the bag and threw it out at the trash can along the Obey River 30 minutes later. We came here because there's very few other places open that early for breakfast but next time we'll stick to the Waffle House in Cookeville. read more

I was in approx. 2pm the area around the drink/ice machine was GROSS! There are a brownish munge in the drain area, seems I remember it was dirty two weeks or so ago when I stopped there last. If this is any indication of the food prep area I was find another place to get my unsweet tea... read more

Christine, Cashier, should be commended for customer service. The rest of the place was a big disappointment-even for a McDonald's (you don't go in with high expectations to begin with...) 1) why was the floor in the entire place so slippery? Wet floor sign out, but this was more than that-like a glaze of grease/oil/slime over all tile. Change your mop water. Gross. 2) flying insects all over the ordering screens, and elsewhere. 3) #2 probably a product of this issue: food tables dirty. We came in at before 8am. You're telling me that at this time in the morning on a Sunday, they were so busy that they couldn't clean up? Or even that that number of people came in that early? I suspect they didn't clean up from the night before. -example: old cheeseburger in the corner of the play area, table with all kinds of crumbs in the play area. Nice new building. It's a shame staff (management) is letting it be so unhygienic. read more
