One of the few Starbucks I've frequented that can properly make an iced cappuccino (most just make something that resembles an iced latte). Inside is spacious, nice retail selection. Drive-Thru can be very crowded. Highly recommend using Mobile Ordering. read more

Horrible experience ordered two drinks and a pumpkin loaf. It took 25 minutes than I had to ask and didn't even have my order but gave me my pumpkin loaf lost my drinks and didn't seem to care they lost it horrible customer service. wouldn't Recommend anyone to come here. read more

Ordered a bacon, sausage, egg burrito and it came looking like someone grabbed it and squeezed it together. I go there almost everyday but maybe not on Mondays anymore. read more

Excellent customer service. Had a 10 min wait, and the manager was quick to give a gift card due to the wait. Totally not necessary as I knew the store was super busy, but super appreciated. Drink was delicious! Thank you for top notch customer service. read more

Happy pleasant staff! No line at 2pm. Drinks were good and made correctly. Store was newish and well kept and stocked. Only suggestion is for corporate to try and reduce single use disposable plastic. Or find a way to recycle! read more

Came here during a trip and WOW this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. No lie they're great. They made my drink so wonderful and we're so friendly. They are right off the interstate if you pass by I recommend giving them a try. read more

I love this location, they never disappoint! I used to be a Starbucks barista so I know how the drinks are supposed to be made and they've never let me down, they make them super good and very quick too. The line can be out to the road and I've never sat in line for longer than 10 minutes. And I swear I've never sat at the window for longer than 2 minutes but I'm normally given my stuff within 30 seconds it's really impressive! All the baristas are so friendly too:) read more

This is a nice Starbucks. It's in a good location (right next to IHOP) and the staff are always friendly. There's plenty of seating inside and outside and it's a good place to stop and load up on caffeine before you head out on I-40. read more

Starbucks - That'll be $37. Awesome!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

Manager said NOT PART OF THE CHRISTMAS SALE. NO 40% off. Put the cup down and said NEXT CUSTOMER PLEASE. Very rude and didn't care about a loyal customer. Oh I forgot it's Starburst. They don't care about anything. read more

Starbucks - 40% off not for this. False advertising - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to stop at when I drive from Nashville to Knoxville. It is a great place to strech your legs out. The service is fast and friendly and that is what makes it the best. After being alone in a car for a bit, it is nice to see a smile. I love how big and open this Starbucks is. I know if I lived in Cookville, I would visit alot. Plus, the bathrooms are clean. Big bonus points for Road Trips! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

Hubby did mobile order while passing through on an interstate drive. Baby was asleep so we picked it up through the drive through. When he handed it back to me it felt a bit light. Opened it to find that it's barely half full. Against my thoughts of someone drinking it while it was sitting on the counter I went ahead and tasted it. It had a very heavy chocolate taste. Seems as if they had added the correct amount of milk it would have been correct. This amounts to just laziness. read more

The facilities are always clean and service is friendly. The drive thru is packed and inside they are constantly busy.

Our first Starbucks and still my fave. I love how quick they are, organized, and very pleasant. I remember seeing Brandy when I first started going (basically as soon as they opened),and everyone is friendly and they get my drink right...everytime! I don't go to Starbucks because they're trendy. I go because they have the best tasting coffee, hot or cold. Mosrly,Mostly, prefer cold coffee, and their iced lattes and frapps with added espresso (alot) get me through my day. Love it. read more

After driving for six hours across the state of Tennessee I stopped at the Starbucks to get my coffee fix. It's impossible to get to you at this location and the traffic is horrible. I ordered via my mobile app. And my mobile appTold me it was going to take 20 minutes for me to get my drink. After committing to the order I just went forward with it. I arrived at the Starbucks and the drive-through was backed up to the road.It took him a bit to get my coffee ready but they had a good spirit about it. Coffee was even good. Looks like it was in a bad stop after all. read more

I love Starbucks period. What I don't like at this one ... burning my espresso or my milk I hate the taste of it. I've always gone thru drive-thru. I've seen where they hand you the coffee but not the green little sticks. I should not have to ask for it. I especially don't like them taking my phone through the drive thru window because they are to lazy to take the scanner outside the warmth of the store. Oh and if whoever is making the drinks if they hardly make it you're gonna have crappy coffee. Will I be back? Yes of course. read more

Nice new and clean but it seemed quite backed up and was very slow. Over 20 minutes for a cappuccino and a water

Don't understand why everyone gives this location such a poor review. Its incredibly SPACIOUS, it has outdoor seating, great workers (Ask for Rachelle), They have almost everything. Incredibly knowledgeable, and i like to order off the menu. This is always incredibly CLEAN for its patronages. They're always playing good music and very family friendly too. Highly recommended for people who need loves coffee and loves relaxing while enjoying their sip. read more

Ok Starbucks has good coffee, no question. Good gourmet coffee. Here's my problem, their food menu sounds gourmet, but there's nothing gourmet about it. I found out tonight that Starbucks Tomato and Mozzarella "panini" is actually a hot pocket. YES that's right, a tomato and mozzarella hot pocket. TRULY disappointing. Step your food game up Starbucks. I'm ashamed of you and I'm ashamed for eating that junk. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

It is your typical Starbucks. The drinks are standard and as expensive as any other Starbucks. Why do I rate this Starbucks a two? There is no wifi access! What is that about?! If you want to get work done rather than just meet up with friends, do not bother with this coffee shop. read more

Not worth the expense or the hype. It would be nice if they would make a consistent cup of coffee from location to location...very disappointing read more

I've stopped here countless times on my way from one side of TN to the other. It's a pretty good starbucks location! Pros-always clean, courteous, and pretty quick. It's even usually a quick turnaround when they're busy. Not much else to say other than it's a good Starbucks location complete with Drive-Thru and clean bathrooms. Cons- I know I'm being persnickety but I wish they had the Clover machine. Also, parking can get a bit tight when the restaurant gets busy. Overall- Great coffee/restroom stop just off of I-40. Always clean and courteous! read more

Pretty crazy, you have to specify the sizes of your drinks in Italian. #rosettastone All kidding aside, not a bad pit stop if you're trekking on I-40 between Nashville & Knoxville & need a recharge. This place sits in an area the locals call "Restaurant Row" per my buddy that attended the university, here. This Sbux sits in it's own lot with a drive-thru. read more

Do you want to leave some space for milk? yes. coffee achieved milk milk where in the world is the milk? hello Anyway, decent halfway point between Knoxville and Nashville to stop and grab some coffee, it's pretty much like every other Starbucks in existence. Parking is a little worse than most of the ones I've been too, but not a deal breaker if you need caffeine injected into you. read more

I absolutely love Toni, he is by far the best employee this Starbucks has. He always makes me feel special when I walk in, and always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am pleased... I give Toni 5 stars and minus one star because the rest of the employees are just okay. read more

What is the point of a mobile order if 1. they can't get it correct, than when you come in they question you if know how to order your food. After all of that you still get expired blueberries for the 3rd time! As long as it has take to get a mobile order could of went to the grocery store don't think I will be returning read more

Around 9am we drove over from our hotel for one of my favorite Starbucks drinks.....We drove over but kept on driving because the cars were lined up to the road and if stopped we would of been blocking Interstate Dr. Cookeville, you need more than two Starbucks. We tried again around 2. The parking lot and drivethru were still busy but no problem finding a spot to park. I was the second person in line and asked for a Blended Caramel Macchiato and a Blended Chili Mocha. I was told they do not have just blended but do have blended Frappuccino. Humm? What? You can take any drink on the menu, add ice, and put it in the blender. The Frappaccino mix will make it creamier but I do not want the extra 'stuff' that is in that mix. I asked again for what I wanted and again I was told they have blended Frappaccino. ......Heavy sign. .....Maybe he missed that training class...... By then there were other people behind and I was not going to tell him how to do his job so I ordered the Frappaccinos with less syrups. I noticed 4 Bautistas working at a good speed but they need more employees here. This was the longest I have waited for drinks at Starbucks. I watched the Bautista make my decaf blended Fappaccino. She added the ingredients to a lot of leftovers already in the blender. The amount was enough to fill a tall cup. What was in the blender ? With all the different drinks a person can choose from did I order the exact same CUSTOM drink as the person in front of me? I'm thinking NOT !! read more

Staff here is really awesome. They remember our drink orders and start making them when we walk in. Course, that could be because we're kind of addicted and come in a lot. Either way, this place is clean--seriously, if they're not making coffee, they're cleaning or doing dishes. I, personally, recommend the caramel macchiato triple shot with extra whip and extra caramel, in a venti cup. But, that's just me. I'm pretty sure anything you get here will be good. Only problem: the wifi is stinking frustrating. You'll be surfing along when "safari cannot open this webpage. Please check your Internet connection." Bah! It booted you off. Then you gotta reconnect again. But, when you're drinking caramelly espresso heaven, not much can put a real damper on your mood. It's a nice place. Period. read more

Starbucks - View from the front porch. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

Terrible service. Ordered on the app to beat the line wrapped around the building and waited 30 minutes for both drinks to be incorrect. While waiting we watched baristas pour out at least 6 venti iced coffees while others stood over at the mug displays taking selfies. Several other customers backed out of line and walked away with incorrect orders because they didn't feel like wasting more time either. 0/10 will never recommend. read more

I ordered a carry out of 2 coffees. When I entered the store there were 5 other people standing waiting on carry out. One guy said they had been standing there for 20 minutes. I too ended up waiting 20 minutes. During that 29 minutes one of the people waiting received his refresher but no straw. He asked 5 times for a straw. (They had ALL STRAWS AND NAPKINS just at the end of the counter right behind the counter) Feeling sorry for the poor guy who had now been waiting 30 minutes, I reached over and got a straw. Well that got their attention! The little blonde manager proceeded to yell at me in the manner that you would a child. I tried to explain that everyone had been waiting and I was simply passing him straw. I couldn't finish my explanation because again she became rude, interrupting with more verbal lashing. I finally received my order.... But of course no straw or napkins with the drink cup covered and dripping with sticky coffee on the outside. I refused to asked for one for fear I'd get my head bit off again. The parking sucks. They are slow and rude to customers. Back to Dunkin! read more

We stopped here on our way to Gatlinburg and bought several items for our family. My mother spilled her coffee and I told a barista who rolled her eyes and looked away. She came out with a mop and walked past my mother who said "I'm sorry." This person completely ignored her. When she walked back by my mother said "I don't think you heard me...I'm sorry." The person said "I heard you" and kept walking. So if you stop here, be sure you don't spill anything. read more

This one is too busy - more business than it can handle at its usual staffing level. Expect a 15 minute wait for anything.

Service is fine...typical Starbucks. Somehow the employees have forgotten that it's about patrons. They yell, clang pots and dishes and have no concept that patrons are actually there to have a conversation, work or read. They are so loud yelling at and to each other, it's a wonder no one calls the cops for a potential domestic dispute. Grand Central Station is quieter. read more

This is our go to stop on the way to/from Nashville/Knoxville. It's half way for us and it is always fun. Clean restrooms. Great staff. Above average drinks - they do it right.
