Three employees who didn't even order got food before us, and it took at least ten to fifteen minutes to get our food. We ordered sweet tea and got unsweet tea. Ordered extra fries instead of apple slice, but got the apple slices anyway. The burger was just slapped togethe, with the top bun only halfway on. It was fairly clean and seemed nice for a McDonald's when we first walked in, but there were multiple employees just standing in the kitchen doing nothing. They definitely weren't short-staffed, but nobody was attending the register.

The other food we got was really good - we got mozzarella sticks for us and the kids with marinara, jalapeno poppers (both were nice and hot so the cheese was melting still), and white cheddar macaroni for the kids. They loved their macaroni and mozzarella sticks. It looked like some chicken nuggets or something got dropped in our bag on accident and those were actually really good. I may need to order those next time! Overall we liked everything but the Philly cheesesteak, but they aren't known for those. My husband says stick with the roast beef and you'll be fine. I can't comment much on the ambiance since we ordered our food to go. The bathrooms had air freshener so they smelled fine and were pretty clean.

I have always loved it but it…read moreseems like in the more recent years, it has gone a bit down hill literally and figuratively. 1. The parking is a bit of a headache which I know is no one's fault, but it is something to note as the parking is full on slanted. 2. When you walk in, it's very small and usually pretty packed. Which is more notably a good sign, but when you want to order it makes it a bit of a difficult. 3. When you go to sit down, you have to squeeze in the booths even as an average size person. It's just uncomfortable and doesn't make you want to sit there and relax and eat your food. The owner is an amazing guy and I know these issues are due to the way the place is laid out, but maybe they could open up parking for across the road or rework the drive through and make it a walk up experience instead. I would obvious
