I said did you open the bag and he's like yes, I was checking in it because I forgot your water. The bag was like crinkled and crumpled with my chips and sandwich. They literally need to close for a day and do a deep clean. We asked twice for something to wipe the table with and had to clean it ourselves. The bathroom has not had any attention in a while. Then I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and the rice was either not cooked or was left out dry it was super crunchy and not even edible. I can give a pass for a one time bad experience but this is the 3rd time I have experienced this. With the dining room being this dirty I am afraid of what it looks like behind the line.
