Went there because of coupons. I had their cheeseburger and fries. Overall so-so eats. Many say they like their fish. Maybe I should try that. But I wouldn't go back for their burgers. They're not bad but they're not great, either. About the same quality and experience as eating a Dairy Queen burger. The people there are so friendly. The restaurant is comfortable for a fast food place. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Service has gone downhill lately. It seems to be mostly the current group of employees. The last time I went here I was overcharged for my meal. I pointed it out to the teenage boy who had placed my order and he just pressed two random buttons on the register then told me he had refunded me the difference. He didn't even know how much the difference was supposed to be since he didn't even look at my receipt... then he told me I couldn't get a receipt for the refund, that I'd just have to wait a few days for it to show up on my credit card statement. We went here around 11:45 am on Wednesday afternoon. I was hoping to walk in with my 3 kids so we could eat there but there was a sign on the door saying their lobby was closed. We went through the drive thru instead. The drive thru employees were very friendly and quick with a handful of us in line. I was able to get 4 courtesy cones, two orders of mini corn dogs, and a large fry for my kids and I. I got fry sauce with the fries but they didn't offer me any sauce for the corn dogs and I didn't think about it at the time I was ordering. I was surprised by the lack of size of the large fry but maybe it was more because it comes in a little bag instead of a cardboard container. Everything was delicious and fast. read more

One of the ladies with zero personality started to help and then in mid-stream of our order suddenly had to help the drive -thru so she asked a bigger lady to come out of the office to help take our order. The drive through is PAINFULLY slow. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes plus for a couple of shakes even if nobody is ahead of you.

It doesn't look like much but they've got some pretty good ice cream here. If you're looking for a late night ice cream run in highland this will hit the spot. Their swirled cones are classic. FlavorBurst ice cream cones are what I get here. They are creamy, full of flavor, and probably my favorite soft-serve. Can't beat it. I wanted a milkshake, so I looked up this location to see when they closed. Google said 10:30. I pulled up to the drive through at 10:17 and was told that they were closed. Why the HELL are you closed 13 minutes before posted closing time? If the manager closed early they should be fired. If the business is falsely advertising, they need to compensate me for this bad experience and rectify the issue. I frequented this establish ever since they opened as they are only a block away. I loved their gyro but it is now no longer offered as I found out today. So I opted for the regular cheeseburger and small fries. The fries tasted terrible. Have you changed the oil? The cheeseburger was terrible. Just tastes way different. Monday about 6:30 PM 17 July 2023. Disorganized and poorly stocked. Very slow service. I waited a long time for a couple of hamburgers. When I got my order and opened it I found the hamburgers overcooked and dried out. When I received my order I heard the cook tell the front counter they were out of patties (not sure what they are going to do the rest of the night). The front counter person had to keep telling the cook how many items of something they needed to fill the orders (apparently there is no order screen for the cook?). At one point all three people staffing the restaurant were all looking for something until they finally decided the reason they could not find it is because they were out of it. Standing at the counter for a long time I had plenty of time to look around. Spilled french fries, napkins and bags cluttered the floor in back of the counter. I have been here several times before but not recently. I will not return until at least late September, or perhaps even longer. Give them several months to see if they can get their operations figured out. For now at least I will not be returning. read more

This place is an embarrassment and a complete waste of time and money. Yes it's cheap food but I've never had food this bad before. The end of the corn dog was completely burnt off and the hot dog portion underneath was dry and shriveled (see pictures, I'm not kidding). It looked like a gas station hot dog that had been there forever. Mint Oreo shake was runny with hardly any Oreos mixed in. It was our first time to this location and we'll never be back. Drive threw order messed up, several items forgotten. Food cold. Beverage cups bent in and leaking. When I called to let them know there was no offer or pay me back for the items paid for but not provided, no offer to make it right by giving me the items I purchased if I came back in. Live right by this Arctic circle. I've been forced to come here on occasion for the lack of food options Around here. Everytime I go through the drive through, it takes AT LEAST 15 minutes with only two cars in front of me and a seemingly small order. This place is very unsanitary. I watched a worker pluck out a vanilla wafer from a shake with her bare hands, rub her finger on her co-workers shirt, sprinkle some more toppings on said shake and hand it out the window. I was shook. They also were telling at each other in front of all the customers and had the ice cream cones sitting on the counter face down before they filled one of them. They also were talking about how they let the automatic closed speech play from the drive through 40 minutes before they were actually closed because they "didn't want to worry about the drive through" that night. The girls are here to chat. The boys are bored and anxious to leave and the place is filthy with no sign of it being cleaned properly. read more

I waited in line for an ICE CREAM CONE for 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru. I waited 2 minutes for my cone once I handed the cashier at the window my card. Usually, It's only 2 seconds. This was at 9:00 at night. I watched cars drive out of the drive thru because of the obnoxious wait time. I feel like the employees weren't even sorry that I was in like for that long. Where I work, if we have guests that are waiting, we apologize. This wasn't the case. It feels like the employees weren't even working. I used the drive-thru for a reason because I have PLACES TO GO!!!! I think that they should get better management. Wendy's is faster than Arctic Circle is!
