This place is worse place to eat. Poor management and poor product If you want a good meal after working long hours do not choose this place you'll never eat Pizza Hut again. We haven't ordered from this location in years because it was so bad. Kept seeing commercials and took a risk on them and no -still bad. Delivery: timely, we think, but since the driver never rang the doorbell, knocked or in any way let us know he had delivered it, we don't know. Food: better than it was the last time. " They turn back around to wait for foh to arrive. The cashier walks up to ask me the name twice because she had an earbud in. Talked to the Cody the manager who proceeded to tell my Fiancé I was rude and threatened to fight him. He would not comp our mean or even try to give us a discount. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have always liked Pizza Hut, but it seems the current manager is determined to shut this location down! You can't get any deals "in house'. The waitress said they have been out of parmesan cheese for over 2 weeks and management hasn't gotten around to ordering more. The breadsticks were served with COLD marinara sauce. When I asked if they had warm sauce, I was told they aren't allowed to do that anymore. The food came out hot - which is a testament to the staff (which there were too few of). One star only because there is no option for zero! I have had so many problems with this location and Cody the night manager is just rude! A small pepperoni and beef pizza had a total of 2 pepperoni slices and cheese hardly none at all! Cody has told me on one prior occasion that they were so busy and that was the reason I never received my order! When I finally did, it was so bad I took it back myself and he wrote me a refund on a piece of paper! Luckily I did get the refund but he could careless if I was upset or not. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite but their food, customer service and managers are terrible. Very rude at the front when I picked up a pizza about a year ago. I have lived in Lake Jackson for eleven years and can count the times I have been in this Pizza Hut on one hand, without using all my fingers. First of all this location is in desperate need of a makeover, both inside and out. Our town is really booming and it would be in Pizza Hut's best interest to invest a little and fix it up! The carpet smells skanky every time. A few weeks ago I decided to give it another chance because Pizza Huts thin crust Pizza is my fav. I was sorely disappointed, same as in the past. I went at lunch for the buffet and there was maybe a couple of spoons of dried up pasta and a couple of pieces of some thick pepperoni pizza. That was my only choice and nothing was added while I was there. I thought maybe I was being unfair and just went at the wrong time. So, today I decided to try again. The experience was only slightly different... there was about one tablespoon of pasta and two awful choices of thick pizza that had been out and only had a couple of slices left. This was acknowledged by a man behind the counter and I was reassured that more was coming out. After twenty minutes I saw two pizzas come out and the hungry men that had been waiting swarmed the buffet. When they walked away there was nothing left. The buffet is not being managed well. I did comment to the manager and due to my frustration, it will probably be several years, if ever, that I give this location another try. read more

Half the tables were dirty when we came in, didn't worry about it because the parking lot was full. Then the waiter started complaining to us about a coworker trying to wait tables for him when she was supposed to be in the kitchen... But still the tables stayed dirty with just the one waiter rushing between 3-4 different tables. Sodas came flat and flavorless. Tried to order one of the "Big Deals" advertised on an inside board and was told they couldn't give us that deal- but also wouldn't take the sign down as we suggested. Got our pizza hot and fresh, but had to ask for plates and then a spatula. They brought us the ticket to pay and it was all wrong, asked to have it fix and it was blamed on a testy computer. By the time we left, three different employees had printed us four different tickets before they got it right. Have had only one bad experience with the order over the past 8 years I have bought from them. They got my toppings order wrong, but fixed it fast by bringing me another correctly put together pie. My favorite place to order pizza from! The pizza is always delicious and I've been ordering for the past 5 years! The deliveries tend to run a little late but I have been to the store a few times and they usually have as many drivers as possible. They've explained to me the huge area they deliver to and I give them props for working so hard! I will continue to order here.
