My wife ordered a spinach Alfredo pizza for lunch yesterday and we dined in. She got really sick last night in her stomach and she had eaten nothing else that evening. I went back today because I was scared someone else could get sick and was told by the manager that I should have taken her to the hospital, that she couldn't do anything with out proof. I ask for the owners contact information and she gave me his email address. This all sounds calm but she was very rude in the process and turned and walked off leaving the conversation unfinished. I have no idea what provoked her, but I do know that a customer with a health concern should not be treated this way. Everytime my fiance and I come we specifically ask for barely and cheese and 9.5 times out of 10 pizza looks like they completely disregard that and make it with the normal amount of cheese. Not asking for a lot, in fact asking for less, the only ones to get it right are the younger people working that day. The young lady that took our dinner delivery order to Surfside was very sweet and loved her reaction when we ordered the apple pizza. Lol. She said it was her favorite and she was right, it was quite delicious. We also ordered the Cowboy supreme with black olives pizza. The outer crust was good, however, the pizza crust was too doughy and there wasn't enough sauce. I'm usually a light on the sauce kinda gal but the sauce was almost non existent. I come down here all the time delivering loads to the Port of Freeport. I'm usually held up for 3 to 4 days and they order at least once from these guys. They do it right, fast and friendly and a quality product and this is coming from somebody who lives in the north. I had my reservations at first as I ordered a Calzone. They do not make a traditional calzone with Ricotta but don't let that scare you away. I've also had many other items off the menu and everything was very good. Look people I am a foodie. The sausage tasted like it had gone bad, it had a bitter taste and the calzone was cold. The past few times we've ordered from there the quality of our food has not been good so we won't be ordering from there anymore. The best part of any pizza is always the sauce! This pizza was AMAZING, so was the hot wings and even the cheesy bread. I had a this crust supreme and everything was just piled on. My extended family has something of a week-of-Christmas tradition of bringing all the kids and cousins here to fill up on pizza and play in the play area. This is my first time here. The pizza on the buffet was pretty good. The buffet is small, with a correspondingly small selection, but I got a few different flavors and liked them all. I'd compare the pizza quality to CiCi's, if you've been there. Fresh and enjoyable, but not the best pizza you've had in your life. The cheese bread caught me off guard. It didn't have tomato sauce, but had some kind of tangy flavor to it ... sharp nacho cheese, perhaps? Anyway, it was good, but it surprised me. There's your heads up if you happen to go there yourself. For dessert, they had some tasty cookies. I tried a white chocolate chip one, but think they also had regular chocolate chip. The sports area was really fun for the kids. As an adult, I couldn't help but observe that everything in there, from the green turf-carpet to the netting to the boards around the edges, and even the balls, looked like they'd been around the block a few times. But the kids don't care, and I don't really care anyway. The arena is big enough to play a game of dodgeball, or some very-small-field kickball or football if you really must. Ordered two pizza's, a dessert pizza and two sandwiches for a work lunch. Everyone loved the pizza especially the apple dessert pizza! However the chicken, bacon, ranch subs left a lot to be desired, I only ate half of the sub because it was mostly lettuce on a sub roll and I can't hardly even recall bacon on the sub. Visiting from out of town. Our hotel sent us here, they have been on par with all their suggestions except this one. The special ads they had here in the lobby were not honored, in fact the guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that we even brought it up. He said they haven't had a special in over 2 years. I asked about the "Yelp" special, nope. He said that was old and isn't honored either. He said the only thing he could do for us is give us a cookie. :/ (I didn't take them up on that) I asked if they had filtered water, they said yes. Wrong. Their water tastes like water hose water. The pizza is great, the party area is disgusting. I figured the first time we went it was a fluke that it was so dirty, apparently not. Rat droppings all along the walkway to the bounce houses. I'm sure it's on the turf too, just not visible. Half the sports balls were popped or torn. Plus the doors to get into the turf area look like they have never seen a wipe. Each party is supposed to clean up after themselves, so I'm excluding the food and party trash that was there from the previous party, but did the facility expect them to sweep and wipe down everything too?!?! I am only giving it the 2 stars because the pizza really is great, I just hope they keep the kitchen cleaner than the party area. read more

Employees are rude and have no phone etiquette. Owner/Manager Mark is not professional and is okay with the actions of his employees. My family normally promotes local businesses but not when the employees are just as rude as the large franchises. It's a shame to local businesses and does not look good for the community! read more

This was pretty darn good pizza. I dont normally like thick crust because its usually too "doughy", but this crust was buttery and crispy (although I still crisp it up in the oven). The flavor and balance of toppings was just right. The marinara sauce was excellent and I will order extra on the side the next time I get a pizza here. read more

Allstar has wonderful pizza but their buffet doesn't really work for me. They never have exactly what I want so I order a small pizza, thin crust, veggie and take home half. Same price as buffet and I get two meals out of the order. This makes me happier with the staff, to do it this way. read more

Darren I hope you see this! I ordered 5 pizzas on line to be delivered at a specific time for a business meeting. I ordered 1.5 hours before needed. Called an hour before to assure they received my order and if they could indeed deliver by my needed time, the clerk said yes, no problem. Again it was for a meeting. When pizzas were 10 min late I called the store and was told my pizzas were in route. 15 min later I get a call from a lady telling me she was an insider but didn't want my pizzas to sit there any longer so she was delivering and needed directions. Upon arrival she offered me a credit for future use to which I replied there will be no future orders, we need food at requested times due to meeting time restraints. She offered no further discount! When opening pizzas I see 2 were burned and all were cold! read more
