Purchased 2 Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melts from Pizza Hut, 3rd St.,Jackson , GA as they are new on the menu. Biggest issue was they were all but flat, meaning almost nothing in them. Finally located a small tidbit of chicken and a couple of bits of bacon. Outside ends for almost 11/2" were too toasted to eat. The part of the crust one could eat was good with a good Parmesan taste. There was possibility here but without any stuffing on the inside, we won't purchase again. read more

Terrible service. Ordered delivery and took almost 2 hours to only receive cold food. reached out to management and still no response. save your money or just eat elsewhere. We tipped them well ans still didn't get proper service. We will not go back to this location. If they had called and said it would be that long we would have just went to pick it up. read more

I ordered my pizza today at 2:26pm at the time of placing my order the estimated delivery time was 25-35 min. At 4:26pm I still have not received my order so I called and spoke to a young lady and she told me to call back in 10-15 min if the order had not reached my location. At 4:50pm I had to call back due to me still not having my order, I advised her that I wanted to cancel my order and she told me since it was out for delivery that she couldn't refund my order till the driver brought my order back. I left my house at 5:00pm to go get food and the driver still had not made it to me so I can send the food back!!! LONG STORY SHORT PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION. Food is not bad here but they have a number of problems that really need to be worked out. Restaurant was hot and stuffy and employees stated that they were not allowed to turn on the air-conditioner. Not turn it down mind you, but to turn it on! At checkout time, servers were unable to locate a person who had clearance to use the cash register for five minutes. This person, presumably the manager, was nowhere to be found and the line soon backed up considerably. First time I stopped in here, the pizza (Meat Lovers Pan with extra cheese and light sauce) was the best pizza I had ever had. I mean, just SO GOOD! Two weeks later, I was back. And to my disappoint, they got my order wrong ( I honestly think they gave me someone else's pizza). What I received was hand tossed crust, meat lovers with extra sausage, light sauce, but no extra cheese. Terrible pizza, and I threw over half the pizza away. I gave three stars because last time was a 5 star visit, this time 1 star, which is six stars divided by two visits...equals 3 stars. They were busy the last visit, but accountability for order correctness is paramount in the restaurant business. It's so disappointing, because they were so good the first time. read more

We attempted to use the Pizza Hut website and placed our order using it. We got all the way through the process and the order was placed. We are truckers so we used the truck stop as the address because it came up as the closest one ONLY to receive a call 30 MINUTES LATER saying that they don't deliver here! Why would it even let us put in the address if they don't deliver here? Normally, there is a pop up that says that they don't have any stores that deliver in the area. Lady then asked very rudely if we wanted to pick it up! Ummm...no! Not unless you want me to pull up in a truck and 53 foot trailer and block the street off or get stuck! We were visiting Jackson GA and had a hankering for pizza. We normally don't patronize Pizza Hut, although I am a YUM stockholder. Most of the bible belt PHs don't serve beer, and I detest the taste of Pepsi! I called ahead and verified that they indeed served beer. When we entered we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady, who took our order and made us welcome. We ordered a large Pepperoni lovers pizza with thin and crispy crust. It lived up to my fondest memories of PH. The beer was like a secret sauce. As a YUM shareholder I get bombarded with explanations for why Pizza Hut is losing market share. Seems to have coincided with dropping beer and putting in FuFu menus. Like other fast food restaurants, PH has been chasing the mythical milenial customer. The secret is that these people detest fast food restaurants and spoil them for the traditional customer. If you are looking for a delicious traditional thin crust pepperoni with beer this is the place to go. It will bring back your teeny bopper days. read more

Late Night at work in Atlanta,ordered on my phone to pick up once we got into Jackson. Arrived at the estimated time it was supposed to be ready....Not Ready ten more minutes she said....girl was nice. We waited. I gave a small tip.....didn't think I needed to since I was picking up but I did one anyway. The next morning I see I was charged Twice! Once for the original order and then another time for the full amount plus the tip! The Supreme pizza tasted sour. The other two topping pizza was good. I asked for Hut Favorite on Both as flavor topping and only received it on one. Very Disappointing visit after a very long day at work. read more
