Drive-through took 15 minutes. The guy that took our order was super nice and informative. They were out of large cups and soft taco shells. Got to the window. The guy told us how much it was $23 for three taco Supremes a drink a quesadilla and 25 layer burritos. Make sure everything was there in the drive-through. Got it all. Tacos were not supreme. They had no sour cream and no tomato but yet they charged me for both of those. Hubby's quesadilla was simply folded in half never ever cooked. Just a raw burrito shell with chicken and cheese in it. DONT waste your time or money here. they don't answer the phone either, so how else can you even let someone know that they've messed up your order? we ordered two tacos with chicken, the new chicken nuggets meal, and the cinnamon twists. tell me why the bag only had two soft beef tacos. If I could give a zero I would. I ordered the chicken bowl, drove home just to have 3 small pieces of chicken and dried stale black beans. Called 3 times got no answer, had to drive all the way back to get a remake order waited for that just to end up with another 3 small bites of chicken and this time no black beans were added. To start off with this was the first time I stopped there since the reopening. Had to go through the drive thru since lobby was closed at 9pm and the drive thru closed at 10pm. No biggie the line was backed up, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the window. The order was four supreme soft tacos and one chicken enchilada burrito. Something simple for the first try. The young lady asked if we wanted any sauce I said mild please. The food was luke warm at best and of course after asking if I needed sauce it was not there along with no napkins. My better half went thru the drive thru and ordered the (3) soft tacos & drink and the burrito supreme with a soft taco supreme & drink. How easy is that? The only thing they got right was the burrito supreme. $20.00 for this screwed up order. You would think they would take better care/caution to make sure your order is complete and correct, especially going thru the drive thru, but NO! I'll never go back to this lousy store. I advise anyone to triple check your order BEFORE you ever move out of line, either drive thru or counter. If I could give less than a star I would. The only pleasant part was the lady at the front who was friendly-- despite her rude manager that kept barking at her the entire time we sat there waiting for our food. We ordered our food and I used the restroom. The only toilet paper was propped up on the stall door. It's been a long time since I've been to a restroom so bad. Made me wonder how their kitchen that can't be seen is . It took them an incredibly long time to have our food ready. We finally get our food and there are onions in the burritos. I tell the front cashier (the friendly one) and she asks the back for new ones. The manager barks again at her "IT DIDNT SAY THAT"..... when it was written clearly on my receipt. We get our new ones and I hand the old ones back and leave. The man behind us comes out and says "THEY SOLD ME YOUR MESSED UP BURRITOS!!!!" (They denied it though). I'm honestly a little nervous to eat the food-- so I'm putting lunch off until I'm brave enough. Yikes is all I have to say. Unbelievable I had to stay in Jackson for a couple nights while waiting for a truck repair. Decided to walk next door to try Taco Bell/KFC, immediately upon walking in the restaurant had quite a few people waiting on orders, drive thru had people pulled around and parked. When I walked up to order the girl was wearing serving gloves, not good considering she had just been handling food and was going back to doing the same with the same gloves. I ordered two bean burritos and two supreme tacos. I heard the manager say that Taco Bell line wasn't ready. This is at 6pm. So I had to wait about 20 minutes. During that time the staff was yelling at each other about customers orders and how they are complaining and they didn't order this or that. Very unprofessional. Took food to hotel. Burritos were worst I've had in a long time. Looked like half a scoop of beans, both were prepared differently even though I ordered with extra cheese and extra red sauce. Packets of hot sauce they threw in the back we're all stuck together like something leaked and dried out. Talking to customers they said this is normal and the place is always dysfunctional and dirty. Went there following day to order from KFC at same location. Same issue, someone came in and ordered Taco Bell and manager said they weren't ready on the Taco Bell line. My chicken strips were cooked in old oil and tasted burnt. I went today, 2018-11-26, 4:06 PM, - drive thru - got a KFC chicken breast = it was delicious, I also got a "Farty Pack" (that's what the receipt says, really... - it should read "Party Pack", I suppose...), 12 crunchy tacos from Taco Bell, they were gross, bottom soaked thru, and shell STALE tasting, not crunchy at all, luke-warm, too... Tacos were DISGUSTING, still I was hungry and ate 3 of them, 2 in the car & 1 at home... After that third taco, I tried to call the Jackson location of Taco Bell right away at 770-775-9253, I tried six times, let it ring 20 times or more - no answer at all... This is the world worst taco bell. We ALWAYS have issues when we go here ranging from it not being open during OBVIOUS business hours. Orders are wrong atleast half the time. Employees are rude and seem unbelievably lazy. I keep going here hoping someone from corporate has come to straighten this place up but so far no luck. Just sat at the drive through for 10 minutes with no response at 11:30 am. Lobby is closed with chairs still on tables. I've never had a MANAGER argue with me about what was supposed to be on my food ever in my life until today. When I specifically ordered tacos with no lettuce, how are you gonna argue with a customer about what is supposed to be on their food and about not remembering seeing them in the drive thru.. instead of just giving them the CORRECT food that was already paid for..? I sat in the line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me just to get them to fix my tacos. And then had to deal with the joke of a manager at the window. Haven't been here in at least a couple years. We decided to give them another try tonight. Big mistake. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. They only had one person taking orders at the front counter, and while we were waiting at least 30-40 people came through the door. If they added at least one more person at the front to help get orders together they could do much better and get orders out faster. The only plus was the dining room was clean. I would definitely give this place zero stars if I could!!! EVERY single time I go here early in the day they are "closed" due to "computer issues" pulled up at 10:29 today and knowing they weren't quite open yet I waited patiently, then around 10:35 seen 2 employees pull in together and finally open the store, and waited another 3 or so minutes for them to tell me their having "computer issues" and hope to be open around 11:15. This is not a rare occasion either, every single time I have went it is the same issue. Not only that, I have had recent experiences where I have gotten a nasty used empty bowl in my bag and had no idea why?!??! When I let an employee know, they just took it from me and walked away? No apology? Not even at attempt to re-do my clearly contaminated food. My order is constantly wrong, after having to pull to the door and wait along with at least 2-3 other cars, and when you try to knock on the door (locked) & tell them they just look at you and turn their head. I am always having to change my original order due to them being out of common ingredients such as "beef". Every few weeks I try to go back to see if it has gotten better, I figured if their business is failing, they will do something about it. Still nothing had changed.
