Thirty minutes, for fries. Absolutely terrible experience and hope that this does not reflect on the store as a whole.

So I pull up to the Drivethru at exactly 11:00. Menu board still on breakfast. I asked the Drivethru attendant if they started serving lunch at 11:00. She stated yes. And then turned off the mic. So I drove around to the window. And asked again. She stated yes they start selling lunch at 11:00 but she couldn't take my order till 11:00. I told her it is 11:00. And I would like to order lunch. She stated she couldn't take a lunch order till 11:00. I stated again it is past 11:00. Then she disclosed that they do indeed sell lunch at 11:00 but they have nothing ready at 11:00 for lunch. So sounds like you need new management that can read a clock and learn to start precooking before 11:00. I didn't realize time management was so difficult. read more

I don't know what I was expecting, but I ordered one thing and sure enough it was ruined; ice cream in a cup top with Oreo and pumps of mint concentrate poured on top. Looks like it was too much work to mix it on the machine. Don't worry I'm sure there was a perfectly good reason to only do half the job. Don't come here expecting quality. read more

This WAS a very good McDonalds. We were there 5 years ago and had an excellent experience then. It appears to be a victim of the Steve Easterbrook woke era. We arrived hot and weary from 800 miles of travel looking forward to clean restrooms and a sit down meal. We were in for a surprise. The dining room door was locked and boarded up (see photo). No access to rest rooms. No sit down dining. I guess they want you to use the bushes to do your thing. Oh well!, lets use the drive through. After waiting in a line of 7 cars for 25 minutes without moving, we noticed the Burger King sign a block away. We left MCD without ordering and drove to the Burger King, used their rest rooms and sat down to whoppers and drinks. The Burger King looked like a real Burger King. The McDonalds looks like a prison building (see photos) . The woke architecture of the new McDonalds reminds me of the Coal Gate OK county jail. I hold 100 shares of MCD stock. I am putting in a sell order. Shame on McDonalds for allowing Ray Krocs fast food concept to degenerate into a greasy spoon dump. read more

Zero stars . Worst McDonald's ever. Went there one morning and ordered egg McMuffins to go. Got home and one didn't even have egg in it. Went back today and bought 18.71 worth of food and the girl gave me a dollar back and said they didn't have any change. I ordered using the mobile app well when I got there to pickup mu food I was told that the ice cream machine was down so I asked for a refund,the man said that I would have to go back on the app to get it. I asked how to do it he said he didn't know so I asked to speak to a manager,well this big guy came to the window looking like he just got up from bed,I asked him if he could explain to me how to go on the app to get a refund he proceeded to tell me I would have to go on the app put all the stuff I ordered back in the cart click on credit card & then it would ask me if I wanted a refund I told him it didn't make since & that I didn't understand & I repeated what he told me to do he said yes I said how will that work he said I don't know I said well you're alot of help to be a manager he said yeah & slams the window closed in my face. read more

I realize this is Uncle Rons Steakhouse however, when you're serving beverages, especially at a drive-thru, checking the lid before handing it off to a customer is common sense. Apparently, common sense is not so common in Jackson. The drive-thru worker handed me a large orange Hi-C and as I reached for it, he dropped, almost throwing it in my car ("hot potato" style for those who enjoy visuals) and it literally showered me in orange liquid. It...was...everywhere! Even worse, the kid had zero reaction. He stood there and stared at me. Who knew a white shirt absorbed so quickly?! He didn't offer a napkin, a towel, a new drink or even something free. Oh wait, that's right, he did ask me to pull forward so he could help the next customer... I was on my way through to Asheville so I spent the next 2 hours not only sticking to everything in my car but wet for all the wrong reasons. Never again. read more

I eat at McDonald's about once or twice a year - pretty much whenever I have absolutely no other options. Still, I know at least this much - they're supposed to be all more or less the same thing. In fact, that's one of the major selling points of McDonald's and all of its fast food brethren - you might not be getting much, but at least you know what you're getting. Well, this place definitely stands out, and not for the right reasons. I came in with three other people for a quick stop on a road trip. The staff was completely rude despite screwing up at least one part of everyone's order (and our orders were not exactly complicated - they messed up things like drink sizes, types of drinks, and leaving off the pickles on someone's burger.) We were left waiting nearly ten minutes on our food, but the rubbery and lukewarm state it finally showed up in revealed that it was hardly because they were making it fresh. Saying "I'll never come back" doesn't mean much when you live nowhere near a place and wouldn't be going there anyway, but fellow travelers take note - eat at one of the other stops along this road. Well here we are nearly 4 years later and not much has changed. I will not get long-winded with this review but a few things should be mentioned. This McDonald's is old and somewhat rundown. There is a frequent problem with the system that takes debit or credit cards being out of order and requiring the customer to have cash on hand. This is usually not discovered by the drive-in customer until he or she has waited for a considerable period of time in line, only to arrive at the order box to find out that their system is out of order. The general state of the restaurant as I mentioned is old and it gives the appearance of not being very clean. All other fast food restaurants in town are either new or have undergone serious renovation to bring them up to par. This McDonald's is a prime example of being in need of a serious overhaul. Order accuracy is questionable at best. They do however have the best coffee in town and this is the only reason that I continue to go to this McDonald's. The nearby Burger King is much nicer and more efficient but just cannot compete on coffee. One more note on the all day breakfast menu that is now available-do not expect any type of muffin sandwich after 10:30 AM. They have elected to go instead with biscuits instead of Egg McMuffin's. Based on what I have heard in the community, this was a very questionable decision. Let's see how things look again in 2020 read more

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would! I stopped at this "restaurant" on the way to the airport and got me and my passenger a chicken biscuit combo and a steak and egg combo and it cost 13 dollars! worst drive through experience of my life! after they left my fries out of my order i waited for about 15 for them to bring them out. (in the spot he told me to park) waited and waited and still nothing. soooo i drove back around to the drive through and told them nobody ever came out and so the manager came to the window and immediately had an attitude asking me what i ordered and told her exactly everything, so that was handled ok i guess, i drove up to the next window and the guy was trying to hand me somebody else's order and i repeated myself about three times telling him i only need the fries for my meals! (understandable bc i didn't order anything at that moment) meanwhile other people are yelling in the background saying "that's the fry girl, y'all didn't give her the food!" long story short i got my fries and was on my way. mind you, i completely understand if the fries are cooking and it may take a minute for them to be done but it was a bit much for it all to be exaggerated the way it was! the people constantly yelling in the background and the manager being involved was a bit much! read more

I went to McDonalds this morning. The drive thru was around the building so I went inside. There was only one lady in front of me and she had not ordered. We stood there are a while and they finally took her order. The employees were talking about someone that must be starting today and she had on jeans. That was more important than getting customers taken care of. I waited but did not get waited on so finally I said can I please get waited on. The lady came and took by order 2 L black coffees and 2 hash browns. The man behind me had his order taken. One lady said that she was making coffee I said ok. Then when the coffee was made the man behind me got his before me. I waited and then I got my order finally. The employee that took my order said as I was leaving "Have a nice day" which I know that is standard but it was the way that she said it. She was being sarcastic and that is un-called for. I told her that there was no reason for being a smart butt and she said that she was telling me to have a nice day. I understand that it is hard to get good employees but maybe that employee needs to go back thru some customer service training. read more
