I told her that my dad couldn't keep anything inside his body both ends. Told her I was almost positive it's food poisoning. The woman who claimed to be the manager said we would not get a refund, it's not food poisoning because it takes 24 hours to get, and suggested I call the heath dept. (I told her that it does not take 24hours) she said the only way I could get a refund was to bring in the receipt and a Dr note saying that he had food poising. I didn't not take him to the Dr as this happened in the late evening. I'm pretty sure that it was food poisoning. He had it coming out of both ends (I know gross) I suggest to avoid eating at this Hardee's unless you want to lose 10 pounds in one day! This place always looks like it's not even open. I've talked to many people that said this is the worst place to eat in Jackson. The workers are rude and service is horrible not to mention the food that's disgusting..

It was good and reheated well in our air fryer at home! My husband liked the Jägerschnitzel. Unfortunately that day it was not as usually made. They were out of something that usually goes in it. My husband still enjoyed it very much. (I forgot to take a picture and it was unrecognizable before I could do so). I had the Bavarian Smash w/fries. I would never have "made" a burger with sauerkraut- but it worked! Heated up nicely at home. It's a large burger! Also the fries, although just wrinkle fries, were well cooked and actually had salt! Yum!! We also had a free dessert but didn't really care for it much. Brownie something served in a plastic cup. It had pistachios in it. Maybe if served differently it would have been more appetizing - maybe. I ended up throwing it away after we arrived home. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food! I would think those who work out in the training office just off the entrance to the building would find it difficult with the delicious smells coming out of this little open place in what I would call the lobby. Would go back with friends and try something different next time.

Arby's Has the Meats... but Should They?…read more Walking into this Arby's felt like entering a time machine to a sad, forgotten era--specifically, the one where customer service died. The cashier looked at me like I had personally ruined their day just by existing, and the only thing moving slower than the kitchen was my will to stay. I ordered a Beef 'n Cheddar, which sounded amazing in theory. What I got was a sad, overworked bun trying to hold together a pile of meat that looked like it had lost a fight with a microwave. The cheese sauce? More like cheese glue--it bonded to my fingers, the wrapper, and possibly my soul. The curly fries had so much grease I could've wrung them out and powered my car. Some were so overcooked they could double as self-defense weapons, while others were so undercooked they still had hopes and dreams. And don't even get me started on the Jamocha shake. I was expecting a delicious, creamy blend of coffee and chocolate. What I got was a room-temperature puddle of sadness that tasted like someone whispered "coffee" near it once. Would I come back? Only if I lost a bet. One star, and that's only because the door technically worked when I left.
