My 88 year old Father got incredibly sick after eating a ham and cheese sandwich from here. I called to let them know that my dad was sick. I told them I'd like a refund. I told her that my dad couldn't keep anything inside his body both ends. Told her I was almost positive it's food poisoning. The woman who claimed to be the manager said we would not get a refund, it's not food poisoning because it takes 24 hours to get, and suggested I call the heath dept. (I told her that it does not take 24hours) she said the only way I could get a refund was to bring in the receipt and a Dr note saying that he had food poising. I didn't not take him to the Dr as this happened in the late evening. I'm pretty sure that it was food poisoning. He had it coming out of both ends (I know gross) I suggest to avoid eating at this Hardee's unless you want to lose 10 pounds in one day! This place always looks like it's not even open. I've talked to many people that said this is the worst place to eat in Jackson. The workers are rude and service is horrible not to mention the food that's disgusting.. read more

The only good fast food place in Jackson, Missouri. I don't get the bad reviews. They hire adults! They are friendly people. The food is good! They are usually fast! I get mostly breakfast there. It is good. read more

Employee seemed nice, ordered a burger plain with just meats and cheese. No sauce or vegetables. Employee even asked again to verify. Still got it wrong. No bacon, no cheese, had tomato. Also all the fries were cold. My wife's burger was cold. 42$ for a major disappointment. I will not go back. No wonder the drive thru is always empty there. read more

The food was cold ordered a mushroom and Swiss cold and nasty!! Fries was cold also!! Couldn't eat any of it it was nasty, and burnt the mushrooms the little bit they put on it 12 dollars for a meal I couldn't eat!! Threw it to the neighbors dog and he took 1 bite and licked his ass to get the taste out of his mouth!!! Never again!!! They have forgotten my tea and then we pulled in again and they gave us a sweet tea when we said unsweetened tea. The fries are still excellent so two stars for them read more

Hopefully this rating will bring the average up a bit. I have been to several Hardee's locations over the years and have seen many that have been disgusting. This one seems to be far from that. Yes, the decorations seem to be older, but the place looks cleaner than most. The food was good! I'm not certain that it was worth the price though.. there used to be a time where the same food was cheaper and you got way more than you do now. I'm leaving here still hungry, and that's not a good thing. I don't think I will be rushing back any time soon, but I wouldn't go out of my way to avoid it either. Next time I get a craving for a hot ham and cheese, I'll drive to Jackson. read more

You know, I like Hardee's burgers. I think they are better than the rest of the fast food chains but when you walk into the establishment and the space between the outside door and the inside door smells like mildew and then you walk up to the counter to order and the guy in the back cooking belches real loud and the ladies up front laugh about it and tell him it was gross, he says well that's better than the alternative meaning he could have puked, you just don't really want to eat there anymore. That actually happened and I will say we won't be back. It's really a shame because like I said their burgers are better than the rest. Please clean the place up and hire some people with some manners and maybe you will have more business. read more
