It was served with focaccia which was lightly toasted. You order the oysters individually, which is especially convenient as you can then order as many as it pleases your appetite. The duck comfit was excellent. The skin could have been crispier but the meat was succulent and well seasoned. Served with miso carrots and Boursin potatoes. The carrots were glazed perfectly and were a good compliment to the richness of the duck. The potatoes were the weakest part of the dish. I expected more flavor. There was no accent of chives or perhaps some creme fraiche to provide a herbaceous accent and/or acid to cut through the richness of the dish. They were placed in the plate from a disher so it looked a bit cheap on the plate. The wine was a Le Volte dell'Ornellaia red which was well balanced and very approachable. Not heavy on tannins. Overall an exceptional meal for $75. I would recommend it!

Cheerful and tight-knit, the staff were eager to welcome us, tell us about their favorite items. Charlie was our stellar waitress. Worked there since it opened. I asked about merch and the owners helped me to a custom T'ravs t shirt. We had over 5 employees come to our table to Chat and check in. Amazing service indeed. They were all very tasty, but some of them were a little dry. Of the three, I highly recommend the BBQ. The Breakfast ones come with a side of gravy and if you are an adventurous eater, this concept was worth trying. The star of the show was the loaf of bread served with the salad. It was warm and hearty and went well with the meal. I was going to try the dessert ravioli, but they were out of it today.
