My food had been made an hour prior and never picked up due to a glitch in the app marking it as pickup instead of delivery on their side. The first time I called asking if they had even received my delivery order the girl said "no" and told me to have a nice day quickly getting off the phone after I explained I paid for an order and was told to contact the store for help by the subway app. So I called back, the second call she called her manager who let it slip "Kathy's policy is that once the food is made we do not do refunds, she'll have to figure it out with the subway app or an 1800 number." They did not supply me with any 1800 numbers or anything. They expected me to either drive to go pick up an hour old sandwich, which they later said they would remake but couldn't refund the original after their system had an error that resulted in it never being delivered. Or figure it out. DoorDash support had to cancel it for me to get my money back as they refused too because they had already made it an hour prior.
