Trash, I ordered a personal pan and cinnamon rolls for my son today.. got him the order is wrong... now it's a tornado watch and we can't go back out and get the right order. I'm more of a Little Cesar's guy than Pizza Hut guy, but when Pizza Hut came out with the Melt, I had to try it. This review is more about the food than the service because I think we all know fast food service, of any kind, can fluctuate by the shift. The service at this Pizza Hut walk in was very good though, and I got my food in 15 minutes. The Melt is delicious. I tried the chicken parmesan. The bread was crunchy, the chicken and cheese were melty, as advertised and there are two in a box if you want to share. Loved dipping the Melt in the ranch sauce. Overall, great snack/meal and I'll be getting another one soon. read more

Today for dinner I ate Pizza Hut. I ordered the new pepperoni Big New York Pizza, and it was delicious! The pizza was huge and covered with nicely cooked pepperonis and it looked exactly as it did in the commercial! I ordered through delivery so I'm not quite sure about any sustainability options that they provide within the restaurant, but I am aware that they offer carry out and delivery which is a great covid precaution. This was the worst food experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stars I would. First, I ordered a pizza with different ingredients on different halves of the pizza. I don't eat and my boyfriend does. The toppings were not halved and ham and were on my half. My boyfriend barely had toppings. I called to discuss matter and I was routed to customer service. Customer service rep attempted to but was unable to place an ordered that halved the toppings. She offered to give two separate pizzas. She placed the ordered. I received a call in from a Pizza Hut rep and was told my order was canny management. I was told there was no record of my order. I discussed I ordered online and had confirmation. I was advised to talk to a manager. I called the manager and was told I should have called that location. I discussed I did and was routed to the customer service rep. The manager discussed he could not give me 2 pizzas. I told the manager I didn't want 2 pizzas. That was done by the customer service rep. The manager discussed not being able to afford to give the pizza due to overhead cost. Honestly, not my concern. To make a long story short, I received no resolution. read more

I had written this place off before due to bad service but that was a long time ago and I am the forgiving sort so I tried again. What a mistake! We were seated quickly and there were two other tables in use plus several waiting for takeout orders. Ten or more minutes later the waitress appeared and finally brought our drinks and took our order. During that time not one person was served and two people getting takeouts refused to wait longer and left after being told the computer was acting up. Meanwhile, we had the salad bar and waited. After 55 minutes the waitress came and told us "I told him to make your pizza next so it should only be another half hour or so". I ordered from "Pizza Hut" in the late 1990's. The order came after everyone had left. I sent them away. Decided to try them again, in 2018. MY order, for Hueytown, ALABAMA... was routed to VIRGINIA! How... HOW does this happen? Pizza Hut had to leave their 'Big House' in Hueytown, to a 'strip mall', for 'express delivery'... Two hours later, I called them. They called back... "Oh, Sir... We have your delivery, scheduled for Virginia! We couldn't find your home". Well, NO... I don't LIVE in Virginia! "I'll have my Manager call you back... and remove any charges to your Credit Card"! I never got a 'call-back'... waiting to see if they charged me! Hope it's just "Hueytown"... But THIS SUCKS! I always thought "Pizza Hut", had the Best Pizza... ... By far the best Pizza Hut I've visited. I placed a order for a pickup at a specific time. It was piping hot when I arrived. Steam was coming out of the box. The pizza was picture perfect - PLENTY of toppings. The staff was friendly and professional. I've already told family members they need to visit. A+++ read more

Pizza delivered was cold and took 50% longer than they said it would. Very greasy.

The pizza is always better if you dine in but the service is awful. It takes at least an hour to get dinner to your table. We considered calling in an order then enjoying it in thier dining room. It takes only 20 minutes for your pizza order to be ready for pickup. Why do long then ehen you order from one of their tables? read more

So disappointing! The store looks great and is nicely maintained, the staff is super friendly. The food however... we would have done better going to Little Caesar's. I called our order in and was given a 15 minute wait time, 40 minutes later I was in my way. I'd done my order through the app, but was unable to pay so I called it in instead. The first issue was the price discrepancy, a $7 difference. The manger came and rectified that. One my order read "ready" on their screen it was almost 5 minutes later and I had to get an employees attention to tell them so. Once I got home I realized part of my order was missing and had to go back to get it. I also realized the pizza was cold. Some spots were lukewarm at best. We asked for pan pizzas with Parmesan crusts and light sauce... we did not receive any of this. I play to call the corporate office in the morning and will update with results. read more

If it was possible to give less than a star, I would. The service is horrible for the buffet. Arrived at 12:30 and there was only scraps left. Two of the pans were empty. So when we asked if there would be any pizza added to the sparse scraps of a cold veggie pizza and a weird flavored bar b q something, the response was "Well we don't have many customers, so probably not". Also, we actually had to refill our own beverages as the workers walked back and forth nibbling off the scraps of the buffet and getting multiple refills in their own cups. I guess wanting hot food and something wet to wash it down with is only for high end restaurants like captain d's or chick-fil-a. Oh and the wet floor. When we mentioned it to one of the workers, she was like, "oh if I fall, I'm gonna sue somebody(while laughing)". Why not mop it up.
