Service here was terrible. I came here with my grandparents, and father. Rachelle was there and another older white guy, terrible. Our food order was wrong, they got mad at my family because we rearranged tables that they said we could move. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please do better Pizza Hut. read more

This place is horrible. I don't know how they are still in business. We went there on 3 June and the waitress told us to pick a booth...and everywhere was filthy. Nothing was clean at all. Next, it takes her 30 minutes to take our orders, an hour to get our food. Aaaaand one of our party ended up getting food poisoning from this place. My advice, find elsewhere. Pizza Hut - The booth we were told to go to had not been cleaned...in days probably. - Pizza Near Me - Hiawatha, Kansas

I order from this place since it is one of very few in town. Often my order is wrong, my pizza is either lacking sauce or cheese, the customer service is horrible. Tonight when I went to pick up my pizza, I made the comment that my pizza crust did not have the garlic seasoning on it that I requested and asked if they could add it. A girl behind the counter insisted that she put it on (even though there wasn't a speck of it anywhere) and then grumbled and called me a b***h when I requested that she add it on, a process that maybe took a minute. I stayed to ask for a manager, as the gentleman who took my order was on the phone, only to be told that the manager was busy with paperwork and didn;t have time to hear complaints and that I could make a complaint with the genereal manger, who also happens to be out for an undetermined amount of time. There is no leadership at this location. It is a bunch of children who don't care and openly complain about doing their job or correcting their mistakes in front of customers. This is not the first time I have had a complaint about how I was treated and not the first time that the manager was too busy to talk to the customer about it. Very disappointing. read more

Last year they revamped this store and it was much better than it had been in a long time. We really enjoyed the online app where our large family could use Pizza Hut rewards points. Over the last few months however, customer service has been down significantly and the app has not worked at all. When I've called to ask about our points even the manager on duty stated she didn't know what the rewards points were. Hopefully they can get things turned around again but until this Caseys will get all of our pizza business again. read more

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Carrey out order took 45 minutes. None of my food was started until I arrived and asked for it.

This is the worst Pizza Hut experience ever. The whole place smelled of mold enough to give us headaches. Pizza was made wrong. Very poor service even after we got up to refill our own drinks. "Mgr" chick and waitress were only interested in gossip and texting. I couldn't get their attention . We were the only table (6 people) yet they had no interest to bring refill drinks, to-go box or the check. I told the "mgr" some of this and she didn't say anything, just a blank stare as she proceeded to mess up the card billing. A new hope. Ill start with the dark side of the pizza force from the beginning. A long time ago in a pizza hut far far away. Like a 30 min drive. I went 2 pizza hut 4 there 2 pzones 4 five dollars each deal. They seemed 2 be busy when i asked 4 the deal. But the dark side was strong with this hut. I was told there was no pzone deal. Looking back maybe they thought i meant 2 pzones for 2.50 each? But even then. They chould have said"Do u mean the 5 dollar each pzone?" I would have said"yes,thats the one". And that would be that. But they said "no" and the lady at the register looked at me and said "sorry". So i left feeling like a dum dum. instead of trying 2 upsale me or even ask me"is there something else i could get you". It was just "sorry". You are weird,now leave. They didn't say that last part but thats how i felt. So i left. I didn't know the details of the promotion so maybe i had it wrong. When i got home i looked up pizza hut online and the fist thing i see on there website was(get 2 pzones 5 dollars each)?huh? I was just there asking 4 it? I was not looking 2 get anybody in trouble or 2 get a free hand out but i had 2 know. Was this real or not? I couldn't call the pizza hut i was just at who said"no,it wasn't". So i called the next number on the website. Customer service. I only wanted 2 know if it was real so next time i could say"its real and give me my pzone". Cuz,god i love those things and knowing its a real deal(unlike before when i wasn't sure about the promotion cuz i saw it late 1 night)i could say"i saw it on t.v. Yo! So give it up bra". I don't talk like that but you get the point. After getting all my information and telling him what happened the customer service guy was really cool about it. Friendly,calm,and even made some jokes that made me laugh. It was some of the best customer service iv ever had. Wish i remembered his name 2 put down in this review. After hanging up i let it go and thought nothing more of it. Thinking "does customer service really do anything anyways"? Its like voting agents trump but he wins anyway. My little voice won't get heard by anyone anyway. But something shocking happened just an hour later. The manager of that pizza hut called me? What? This never happens? A manager who cares? Not only that but she was nice? Really, i wasn't looking 4 a hand out. Or 2 get anyone in trouble. I didnt even ask the guy on customer service 2 do anything. He did it all on his own. Pizza hut went above and beyond. This manager or owner(not sure)was the standard of good,no,excellent customer care. She said sorry and guess what, i believed her. It wasn't fake like"sorry sir pizza hut is a family friendly service and hope 2 satisfy all are customers with positive,loving,care 4 the whole family" lol. You know what i meant lol? I told her what happened and she seemed very unsettled by what had happened in her store. Very human. Very thoughtful. Very impressed. If it ended right there and then i would have been happy. Just the response alone was satisfying and more than enough. But once again pizza hut went above and beyond. She gave me 20 dollars credit. What? Why? I dont get it but my god do i respect it. She didnt need 2 do that. Now! Don't you dare read this and think u can take advantage of her kindness and report something that didn't happen 4 free stuff. Don't disrespect what she did,as a human. We dont live in new york. I lived there 4 ten years and never seen such service so dont be a jerk. Once again i wished i got her name if only 2 let you know the name of a good f-ing manager. I can't say anything other than this pizza hut is turning around. I saw the other reviews and i think thats in the past. Give this pizza hut a chance. Worst customer service. Received check before order came. Order wrong they redid, second time wrong also. Good thing they delivered the ticket before the food, had evidence to go on for all their mistakes. Asked to talk to area rep was given a bogus number. Tried to call 4 different numbers to report service and only get referred to online only complaints. No person to talk to. What a horrible way to do business. If you mess up at least have the guts to own up. read more
