What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The manager insisted it was "ranch sauce" and claimed the pizza was cooked thoroughly, which is simply not accurate based on both the texture and appearance. I was also told I was the only person to complain, as if that somehow made the issue invalid. Regardless, we were served undercooked food--twice. They offered a $5 discount on a $21 pizza that we couldn't even eat, which did not feel like a fair resolution. Very disappointing experience overall--not just because of the food, but because the issue was dismissed instead of taken seriously.

The service we received was great during our recent visit to a pizza restaurant. We opted to sit outside with our dog, and the restaurant was kind enough to provide her with a free cup of water. We ordered a large hand-tossed pepperoni pizza, but unfortunately, it didn't taste like the pizza we expected from Pizza Hut. Rather, it tasted more like a generic brand pizza that you might find at Walmart. It's possible that this was just an off day and our experience could be different on our next visit. Nonetheless, this was our first time eating at this particular location. Update- It appears that Pizza Hut's recipe may have changed, as I recently had another pizza from them and found it to taste similar to the one from my previous visit. Therefore, I would advise taking my review with the understanding that it reflects the taste of the current Pizza Hut recipe. read more
