PH used to be my favorite for 30 years. Have not tried PH for several years due to move. I responded to their latest tv ad. THE WORST CARRY-OUT PIZZA I EVER HAD, NO COMPARISON! I requested extra sauce, did not get it. Thin crust was like a dry cracker with dried-out toppings, hardly any sauce. I couldn't even taste it. Topping quality was pathegic, I'd hate to see the ingredients. Never again. They deserve bankruptcy. read more

extremely poor customer service by the manager and an individual on the phone. He was claiming to be his district manager. I went into the store, ordered an item that they advertised in their window, the total came out to be almost 2 dollars more than what the was for. When I questioned this, I was told "that's how it came up in our system. Do you want it or not?" I challenged this a couple more times at which point the individual threatened to call the police on me and have me thrown out of the restaurant if I would not leave. Once I left this individual claiming to be the store manager, took down the advertise price and put up a help sign in the window. Also note that none of the menus inside of the restaurant have prices on them, which is very suspicious. in the beginning, I was very pleasant about the whole situation until the "manager" was so nonchalant and rude about the situation. This is when I requested the phone number for the district manager, which I was refused and at which point he was starting to threaten to call cops and have me removed. I suggest using caution whenever ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. read more

I stopped in out of the blue and they had pizza ready very quickly!!!!. They don't deserve the bad reviews they get. I wish people would take a cigarette break from all the goofing reviewing. We ordered Pizza at 3:00 PM so it will be ready at 7:00PM and they only had 1 pizza done when we went to go pick it up! They made about 30 kids very unhappy! I thought Pizza Hut couldn't possibly be THAT bad... Thought the kids would be happy with some cheese pizza. I was wrong! When we went to the buffet, every table was dirty (they had to clean one before we sat down), they only had 4 plates (we are a family of 5), they only had 4 pieces of cheese pizza (we had to wait 15 minutes for more), they were out of ranch, and only had lettuce in salad bar (out of tomatoes, broccoli & cucumbers). Ordered online, a practice I have done many times, in many cities across America. Bad call for this Pizza Hut. I received a call one hour after order, ten minutes after it was supposed to be at my room. The person on the other end told me they just received my order, that the online ordering had screwed up. Okay. It happens. The person on the other end asked if I wanted my order still, a valid question, I suppose. I said yes. We then waited another hour for our pizza to arrive. When it did, we tipped the delivery boy, and sent him on the way. I learned after he had left that he had told my co-worker that they were out of garlic sauce, that I paid $2 to have two cups for our Za. We opened the boxes, and everyone was upset. Neither of our two pizzas were correct. We ordered a Hawaiian, with jalapeños, and a half super supreme, half supreme. The super supreme half was great, the regular supreme side was lacking. It had all of the meats, but only onions for the veggies. The second pizza was supposed to be a Hawaiian plus jalapeños, no peppers, no bacon. When I first talked to the restaurant, they said they would throw in some breadsticks for the mix up. I believe those breadsticks had already been cooked when the person told me this, because we received bricks of bread. I called the restaurant to let the manager know of the mistakes, not expecting anything in return. The same person who put me on hold, took my complaints, relaying them to someone else, I have to assume the manager. Bad! read more

Well, we got there when they just opened, and we had to wait for pizza for at least 12 minutes for them to put out any pizza. Then they put a couple of pizzas out, we got some and just sat back down and a employee walks over and fills a plate with pizza and goes to the back! Like really dude?! We barely had enough for us [we didn't want to be greedy] and the other people that were there. And this guy FILLS a plate, stacking pizza on top of each other. So again we had to wait for them to put out more pizza. We won't be back for quite a while again! Management really needs to get involved here. Don't bother to call in your order to have in ready when you get there to pick it up. I have tried twice to order ahead of time, both times I had to wait 20 minutes for my pizza. The first time they lost the order completely, the second time they were just putting the pizza into the over at the time I had requested they be ready for pick up. I'd been on the road for 13 hours. I was tired and hungry. Ready to eat something and crash. I called this pizza hut location since it was just down the road from my hotel. I could've driven there but just felt not wanting to drive another mile. I ordered chicken wings at 9:00, manager said I should expect it at 9:30. 10:00 rolls around and I decide to give them a call. Wasn't upsest because you never know if something may have happened to the delivery person. Manager said the delivery person was at the jail delivering pizza and that usually takes a while and that I should expect my order soon. 10:30 comes and I'm hungry, tired, and upset. I call again and a guy answers. I explain to him that this is the 2nd call I've made and that I either should get a discount on my food or just cancel the order. He said he'd talk to his manager. Well, he did. Didn't even put me on hold so I could hear everything. He gets back on the phone with me and says that the delivery person is new and is running behind. I said, "Yeah, I know. I've been waiting for over an hour for my order." Then he adds, "I think we'll just cancel the order then." Nice, thanks for making the decision for me. I said, "Great, thanks." and hung up. Horrible service. Sounds like others have issues with this place too. Time for new staff. read more
