There aren't many pizza places in Globe/Miami, but out of the ones we have Pizza Hutt has to be at the bottom of the barrel. The service isn't great, so if you're looking for a pizza, instead order takeout and don't bother coming in. The pizza itself is decent as are the salads, however the wings are almost always dry and not worth the insane price. The restaurant is clean and roomy with decent music playing and a few televisions. There are games for the kids inside as well, which is good because you're going to be waiting a long time. read more

Pizza seemed to kept fresh, only 4 customers in the place, 5 workers, phone rang for 10 minutes nobody cared, when we showed up I had to go get someone, only one in sight was on her phone, not talking. I drive to Globe, AZ twice a month for work and I decided to go to the local Pizza Hut. To my surprise, they have an AYCE buffet there!! It brought me back to when I would go to my local one all the time for lunch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. There was still a salad bar and a hot bar that had pasta, pizza, breadsticks, marinara, and desert bread sticks. The pizza was okay, I wish there would have been better selection.The server Joy, was very kind and attentive. There were about ten people inside, so it took a bit for a different pizza to come out to the buffet. Overall the best part was seeing a lunch buffet again and the service. Also, it was nice to be able to have free WI-FI. Hopefully the next time I return, there will be a better pizza selection. CHEERS!! read more

This place used to be pretty poor both in service and quality of the food. However here in the last two or three years something changed. I don't know if they got new owners or what but it is very, very good now! It is also the only place in town that delivers, however they do not deliver everywhere. I don't blame them, this town has a lot of rough back roads. Also last time I called for delivery, they only delivered after 5 on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. Another cool thing is that you can use the Pizza Hut app for your smart phone to order. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because in my opinion there are better pizza places in town like Vonnies or Leonard Paul's. However I still enjoy Pizza Hut from time to time, especially since as I said before it has gotten WAY better! read more

If you're going to eat here. Make sure you have an hour advance before your appt. The service is slow and the meal takes a while to service. Bathroom was dirty and unclean. They need to have good hand wash hygiene. The waiter was friendly. I suggested during their non peak hour, they could dust, vacuum and clean the bathroom. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever encountered eating at a restaurant. We've been sitting here eating for 45 minutes, there are like 3 people working. One that keeps coughing on her hands and the other has not checked on us once. Whenever we need something, we have to get up and walk to the counter to ask for it. The phone has not stopped ringing since we've walked in the door because none of the employees are answering it. One of the employees just left to take 2 guys home after she gave them free pizza. It isn't even peak season and service is LOUSY!!! A warning to all those in the coming months. We called our order in for pickup - they said 15 minutes. We arrived in 12 minutes and the manager gave our pizza to someone else!!! No apology!!! We had to wait another 15 minutes for our pizza...no discount or anything!!!
