My kids wolfed down the cheese half, so I can't comment on it other than to say that they thought it was tasty. The cowboy combo has a flavor that really works so I strongly recommend going that route anyway. My only complaint was with the house salad. First, the vegetables in the salad were massive, so large that you had to eat the salad piece by piece and are unable to enjoy the mixture of vegetables that makes a salad great. Cut it up yourself, you say. Well, they give you a plastic butter knife with your meal so that's not really going to be a good option. Two broken knives in and I have to go it alone. The second problem I had with the salad is they must have made it six hours prior and left it in the fridge during the mean time. You know what I'm saying...the thing lacked freshness because, well, it wasn't fresh. But, hey, don't let a mediocre salad with jumbo pieces turn you away. I recommend the pizza and brew and, in a tiny town, there's not much competition. So, if you find a place that has good food, while not an overall home run, it's a go. Enjoy the cowboy combo!
