You know how some restaurants seem to have a handful of older, bad reviews that don't match up with…read moretheir current reputation? That's what I found when I looked up this place. The only negative reviews I could find were from over seven years ago, and they're completely out of sync with the experience I had. I first visited for breakfast, and it was incredible. I'm a bit of a bacon connoisseur, and the bacon here was easily the best I've had in a long time. It was perfectly crispy and flavorful without being greasy. I was so impressed that I came back for dinner. I had the ribeye special, and it was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly to my order, a beautiful medium rare, and every bite was tender and delicious. It came with a baked potato that was fluffy on the inside, and loaded with all the fixings. The service was top-notch as well, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. This restaurant is clearly doing something right and has been for a while. Don't let those old reviews fool you--the Sherman Inn Restaurant is a must-try.

And took another 10 mins to get asked what I wanted to order ,the waitress was really nice but you can see she was alittle stressed . They were short handed. And only had one cook, Finally got to order my food , ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks and fried pickles.. took probably another 20 mins to get the food.. The food was really good for how long I had to wait for it.. My only complaint about the food was my sauce for my cheese sticks was cold marinara sauce. not a fan of.. while I was trying to eat a local came in and was bugging some people he knew and he decided to stand right next to my table which I find very rude, he was a really tall guy and he had his butt basically in my face. He knew I was siting there but wouldn't move. I asked him to please move but he just gave me a nasty look. Very rude and disrespectful. Also disrespectful for him to bug people while they are trying to eat dinner and coming into a restaurant filthy and dirty. But besides all that.. Food was good and the waitress were working hard. I'm giving it a 4 star, I would of gave it a 5 star but that rude customer
