I am beyond surprised that this location has a 2.5 star. The manager Kyle had such an amazing personality and made our experience eating in at 100%. He fixed the problem without hesitation and gave us a complimentary cookie. The pizza was amazing and the employees had such an amazing attitude with it being so busy. We enjoyed this location very much read more

My dad made a call to this store and a woman answered. My dad started an order and asked for a couple of large pizzas. When my dad asked to speak to someone else due to confusion on how much topping he wanted, she hung up. That isn't even the problem. When my dad called back she told my dad, "This is the first time I'm talking to you." when it absolutely was not. She should've simply apologized for getting disconnected. That was not professional. Maybe some quick customer service training is in order. They couldn't find the pizzas for a while when my cousin went to pick it up... and then they came with very little amounts of toppings. Disappointing experience. read more

Horrible end to a horrible day. After a long day at hospital. Family stopped in to the Pizza Hut for a bite before heading out . We placed order ar counter. Waited waited waited approached counter repeatedly. Waited over an hour as we watched family after family eat and leave . I finally approached counter after waiting over an hour to be told we never got a ticket for your order. I pulled up bank receipt showing they were paid, after person searching for ticket found said ticket never apologized for loosing ticket and insulting and insisted they never received payment ...refunded money as we left hurt tired and still very hungry...not recommending in good conscience. read more

Very disappointed that we paid almost 30 bucks for ONE large stuffed garlic knot pizza and it took almost an hour and a half for delivery. They when the alert saith it was out for delivery it took 15 minutes to get here, cold AND there is NO cheese inside the garlic knots! They are completely dry dough qballs! 2 containers of marinara is not enough for 4 slices of pizza let alone the entire one! I shouldn't have to microwave a freshly delivered pizza either... read more

Ordered delivery wait was 1 1/2...which is fine, but the food did not come. Called the store and was told the food was ready but no one was delivering it. ‍ I asked for a refund, no one called or anything to let us know this was so bad. read more

The pizza Buffett is not very good. Old and cold food. Should have known, when there was no one in the place. There were 2 pizzas up and both were half gone. No fresh ones coming out until those were gone. Highly unlikely, as we were the only 2 people in there. Buffett table was a little messy, drips and crumbs all over. Pieces of food floating in the pasta sauce. We have been to many other pizza huts for the pizza Buffett and they have been great. Regretfully, this was not one of them. I would avoid this place, there are too many other pizza joints in town. read more

I ordered a supreme pizza from the Fort Mohave, AZ store yesterday and it was not even cooked properly. I even waited 10 minutes more than the estimated delivery time. The crust was still gooey and the vegetables weren't cooked. Absolutely the worse pizza I have ever ordered or eaten in my life. I have been eating PIzza Hut since the late 1960's and this is a first. The pizza was not even cut properly. The slices were twice the size they should have been. They were in such a hurry to get it out the door that they didn't cook it completely or cut it properly. Not a happy camper. They were 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time also. This store needs new management! read more

Stopped in at 7:50 pm. Asked if we could have a pizza in the dining area and he said oh we're closing pretty soon so you'll have to get it to go. We decided to eat elsewhere then looked it up and apparently 10 o'clock is pretty soon to this guy. Can't rate the food since I didn't eat it but If I was the owner of the place and my employees are driving away customers I would be pretty upset. read more

Got the pizza home, not well done as asked and no extra ham as asked, I live to far to take it back....I had already had to ask them to put the seasoning that is supposed to come on the cheese sticks on them because they did not have it. This is my third time being disappointed, I didn't complain before but I'm tired of giving this store a chance. Tried to eat it but the middle of the pizza still had slightly raw dough.....it's like they did the opposite of what I asked for. read more

Yummo... Classic Supreme Pizza is The Way.... My Favorite Pizza Spot on the Fort. Excellent Customer Service. Clean and Very Resonable...

Awful service, asked for a menu and the kid on the phone, at the count pointed to the counter, never even came to our table to take our order. We went back to counter to order, only bottled sodas ane no bottled water, we asked for Ice and never got a responce. We will not be going back. It used to be a great place for familys to go for dinner. We were the only ones in the place, no excuse for the bad service. It has gone down hill fast. It a shame no one cares. read more

This specific location added a tip to my credit card after I wrote $0 on the receipt and handed my driver a cash tip!! I guess my cash wasn't enough for him so he added an extra $5 to my credit card recipt! This is completely unacceptable and I want everyone to know there is dishonest people stealing your money working at this location. I will never eat or order from here again, I will take my business to a different pizza place that doesn't steal my money from now on. Food was great but the fact that they are employing dishonest people and not caring or doing anything about it is enough for me not to return! read more

Pizza Huts meat lovers pizza is our favorite pizza until going to this Pizza Hut. Crust was too thin and pizza was too greasy. The meat was also lacking. Sad how pathetic the service is at this location. Ordered 2 pizzas and only received one. When I called to ask about the missing cheese pizza I was told I would have to wait two hours for it to be delivered or I could come pick it up. I asked for a refund and was told they do not refund credit cards and I have to drive down there to pick up the money they owe. This location has a looong history of incompetence. Their staff could care less if they screw up your order or rectifying their mistake. I have avoided them for 2 years but gave them another shot tonight. They cemented my opinion of them and I will never bother with them again!!! read more

The good the bad or the ugly ? Definitely the ugly . I took my family in for lunch and was shocked when I order the special for 11 dollars and 4 side salads and it came to 39 dollars ! When my wife asked for ranch to dip the pizza in it was another charge. You would think after the outrageous prices they would be able to afford to air condition the dinning room it was around 90 degrees In the restaurant . read more

I'm so over this place. I'm not sure what's happened within their operation in the last few months but things have really gone downhill. My food has been getting delivered cold and hard more often then not. We had a driver apologize and tell us he was the only one working and had to go to the parkway before us (we're in Mohave Valley) a couple deliveries ago. We're pretty easy going so we just heated it up and dealt with it. But this last time the pizzas were both inedible. Giant bubbles on half the slices where there were no toppings. Spent $30 on food & could only eat part of it. Called & complained (I NEVER DO THAT) and we're credited $30. Today I ordered food & opted for pick up, thinking that would eliminate the cold pizza problem. I get to the store after waiting 20 mins (per the email) and they said there was a problem & it was in the oven for 5 more mins. 15 mins later I'm still sitting there. I finally get my pizza, & because I'm so frustrated after sitting there I just take it and leave without checking it. I get home, and what do you know... giant toppingless bubbles again. I still have like $20 credit there, and enough points for an additional free pizza and I'm so over this place I don't even want to use it. They could care less about their customers. Or their quality, obviously. read more

Last 2 times we ordered takeout, 1st time got home and no cheese on the pizza, the other night ordered on Thursday night again got home and there wasn't any sauce on the pizza. Both times notified PIZZAHUT and never a response. Have been a customer since day they opened about 18 years ago next to my office. Both times had to throw out the pizza. If you like your pizza with no sauce lot of cheese, ugh and no cheese on pizza this is the place to go. Never seems to be a manager on premises. They use to have the best pizza. read more
