I work late and this is location is super close to my house on the way home, so if I'm too tired to make something I have stopped a couple here a couple times and I have to say I hate to be this person but the food is never made right at all. I've also gotten a taco that seems to have been left sitting for a while and then given to me. Comes out of the bag soggy. Tonight I got 2 of the Spicey potato tacos and it was literally just the potato's and tortillas... no sauce no lettuce or anything else and the chalupa was just beef and cheese .. Quick stop for lunch. The food was good - love the veggie power menu bowl- always my go to when I want to get some veggies & protein in on the go. I get a Doritos locos taco with refried beans instead of the meat. We got Dr. Pepper and it tasted bad so we dumped it out and got coke and it wasn't much better. Going to Taco Bell you always expect the same. Long waits, in correct food, and poor customer service. I usually go to the Taco Bell in bullhead but was down in fort Mohave and decided to try this one out. I was not disappointed. To start off the wait was not long at all. I think I was in the drive thru line for maybe a total of 3 minutes. And I ordered two taco and burritos cravings packs so I definitely expected it to take longer. Was pleasantly surprised. Also when I ordered I asked to have 2 burritos with no sour cream, and 4 tacos soft with no lettuce. Everything was correct and fresh/warm. My family and I agree this is the best Taco Bell we have ever gotten. Everyone at this Taco Bell are always extremely kind and patient as well. I find it very rare to have good customer service around this area but going through the drive thru I not only had a very kind, happy voice greet me at the speaker, but a young brunette woman was at the window and she not only was very nice but she asked about my day while actually listening to what I had to say. Drive Thru in the morning sucks. I went there this morning, I was the first in line, and I waited there for a solid 15 mins before I got frustrated and drove away. The 2 cars behind me drove away as well. I was speaking saying "hello, I'm ready to order". This happened to me one other time in the morning, and they waited about 10 minutes to get to me, and the girl had a rude tone, and acted like I was wasting her time. We always go to Taco bell and recently we purchased a book with coupons from a school. Taco bell has a coupon / buy one get one of greater value free.. we used one to buy two boxes of tacos ,no problem.. second time ,I went out of town so told my honey to go get the same , two taco boxes and use a coupon. He said the manager was nasty and said absolutely Not.. they should honor this coupons . It doesn't state it's for one taco it says any item.. and they honored it once before.. terrible service. Taco Bell has always been my go-to for fast food since I'm vegetarian. I've been to so many Taco Bell's and it's like pulling teeth to get them to understand beans instead of meat but this Taco Bell and the man in the drive thru window automatically announced to everyone that it was a "vegetarian meal" and he made sure that the screen was correct. He was really kind and patient and asked us if we'd like to check the bag before we left. Everything was absolutely perfect. We usually go to the bhc one and won't come here again... We did order quite a few items and spent about $20 through the drive thru. We've never been to this location but usually things are better in fort mohave vs bhc. Gave us our drinks and receipt and asked us to pull around the front since our order would take a few mins. Fast forward about 15-20 mins later a girl brings out two bags and a surprise empanada for the wait, which was nice. We decided to check our order before we left. We were missing three items. My husband gathered everything up with the receipt and went back in. The girl who delivered the food gave him attitude about it claiming she put them in there. My husband insisted and finally a guy was nice and told him he'd make it. He sent my husband outside to wait and eventually gave us the rest with insisting that they did. Stop arguing and let us go... We weren't lying. I know some people do but not all. We get home and we think they gave us someone else's order because there were burritos that had stuff in them that wasn't what we had ordered. 1 star for parking and decor. Time and time again this specific location has disappointed greatly. Never getting orders 100% right, failing to give receipts, blaming the customer instead of owning up to their mistakes. So our most recent visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. We walk in out of the rain, we're greated politely and we begin to peruse the large menu. After seeing a couple things that peeked our interest we began asking questions. First one was of the braised steak sign, a simple question of, "Is that a menu item or does it come in every combo that has steak in it? " Of course as assumed, it comes with every item that has steak in it. The follow up question came promptly after, which was, "What exactly is in the steak burrito?" To which was answered. And when answered my exact words were, "Alright, we'll get two of those then and yadda yadda yadda." Order is taken and we leave to find our booth. When the order is ready we exchange the receipt for the food and go to eat. About half way through my steak burrito I suddenly realize this was no steak, it was GROUND BEEF. So, confused, I walk over to the same guy who took our order and I presented him with both of the ground beef burritos, telling him we got the wrong items. He requests for us to produce a receipt and when we tell him it was exchanged for our order, he proceed to exclaim in disbelief, giving us a very rude look. Nonetheless, he searched for their copy, found it and pointed out that the burrito was processed as beef instead of steak; clearly an error on their part. When asked to rectify their error, he refused. We paid for an item that we did not request. However, its taco bell and im not about go make a scene infront of five waiting customers. I was already full, though not particularly satisfied. So for the most part, I just dropped it and decided to come here to inform future customers to be more careful and attentive than we were because obviously you cant count on the employee to always do their job right. We are fast food junkies and of the 3 Taco Bells in the area this store is hands down our favorite. The service and food has always been great but I don't know what happened today??? The regular casher was there and she is great but a young couple came in and got behind my wife, when she came to the table she said the girl behind it was holding a dog, she asked the cashier if they allowed dogs in the store, the cashier said "No but she works here" What the hell, dogs don't belong in food service unless they are a service dog. They could have used the drive thru OR her "boyfriend" or whoever he was could have stayed in the car with the dog or the dog could have stayed in the car, it is a cool day with overcast skies. The plot thickens, I always order the fish but today it was very "gritty /floury" tasting, the fish was cooked, the outside of the crust was nice and crispy but between the fish and outer crust was like raw batter and it tasted terrible, hope this problem gets fixed. If we hadn't had such good food in the past, I would have given them one star but I truly hope our next visit will be back to normal and no dogs please. So normally now a days most fast food workers have a very bad additute and poor customer service. And every once in a while u will get a "ok" server or help... but today was completly differerent. We came from out of state for some river time and we were greated by Robbie A. She helped us out at 11:06 we were slightly late for breakfast but she was kind enough to walk to the back and check if they were still able to cook for us.she let us know what they could make with what was left being that we were passed the time. She was so helpful very well mannared. She also saw us on our phones so she offered us the wifi code.
