I ate about 10 and I didn't get diarrhea it was awesome!!! Very happy! I would definitely come back it was epic! 10/10 recommend

They turn off the McDonald's app after a certain time... says not open when it's 24hrs.

How hard is it to make a plain hamburger? Well for this location it's extremely difficult. I do not recommend this location . I drove 40 minutes to bring this to my granddaughter who thought it was raw, it wasn't raw it had ketchup, onion and pickles when the label and order specifically states Cheeseburger NO Amrcn Cheese, Plain. I DONT RECOMMEND. ALSO manager reached out said I can drive 40 miles back and get a new one. read more

Why does the drive thru take 30 minutes? And why do they never take the orders in the same order that cars drive up? This used to be a good Macdonald. Also they have false advertising because the title of unsweetened ice tea lemonade makes it sound like it's all sugar free and they up charge you. If you use your mobile you can't get the $$ back. Hope the AG goes after them for false advertising. read more

When I clicked 1 star, it asked "Oh no, what could improve?" Literally everything. Everything can improve. I feel terrible for the owner of this McDonald's because they probably have no idea how much money they are losing by having these employees "run" this business. Or maybe they do know and they just don't care. That's a possibility as well. I'm visiting from out of state and pulled through the drive thru. We ordered the pancake/sausage but switched sausage for bacon instead. She couldn't figure it out. We waited. She got it figured out eventually and then we ordered a deluxe breakfast with an orange juice and two milks for my kids. Orange juice didn't make it into the order and the deluxe breakfast wasn't compete. It had a biscuit instead of an English muffin so we asked to switch it. They said yes only if I can take my biscuit out of my breakfast and give it back to them. They said never mind, keep it and they handed me an English muffin wrapped up. We pulled away and once we started to eat the items on the roadtrip back home, the "wrapped English muffin" wasn't an English muffin but ANOTHER biscuit. Are you kidding me!? To top it off, the deluxe breakfast didn't even have bacon in it. We were already on the road by the time we noticed the muffin and missing bacon. We paid $30 for breakfast for more than half of it to be wrong. read more

Lady who was taking my order was rude, took long, the whole ordeal was not it. Yes it's McDonalds so it's fast food but at least have some respect towards costumers. It does not cost a dime nor a penny to quicken your manners. Do better McDonald on 1511 E Aztec Rd. Then no sauce for my meal! It is THAT serious. read more

Literally worst McDonald's in Mohave county they always forget stuff. But this time asked for the Witch and Ghost Boo bucket just said pull forward and handed us two pumpkin ones and forgot the other soda. Service is slow, specially, the DRIVE THRU....doesn't matter what time of day, every time I go through, the Dtivd Thru-I'm asked to park and wait for my order...morning, midday or late night, doesn't matter. Unacceptable!!!! And the Big Arch burger is awful. read more

WORST MCDONALDS EVER. If I could give a zero stars i'll do it. always incomplete order. I'm always trying to request a refund on uber eats but they won't do it. anyway, i just ordered McCrispy with 3 Bacon strips combo with Large Fries and Coke. I requested for a ketchup (i always do) but always not on my order. Obviously you could see in my receipt "L Fries" but it's medium. Last time I ordered a Mc Flurry but it's not there too. Every time there's a missing or wrong order. DO NOT ORDER here online. Not recommended. read more

In a hurry to get boat in water. Pull into drive-thru and order three hamburgers and a large fries. Pay and the cashier says next window; wait at window for 5 minutes and they say pull to front area. Pull to front area and told to park; Bill $19.00 and change and 20 minutes later they bring my three hamburgers and fires - $20.00. I should have just left. Nobody believed me when I got back to the ramp. read more

Worse McDonald's Donald's EVER ! The employees look like they are on leave from a drug clinic. The orders are never right. Lots of times they take you order ( drive through) have you pay at first window then when you get to window for food they will tell you all the things that don't have available. Tell me this before you take my money. Orders are always screwed up. Big heavy set dude couldn't complete a sentence to save his life. Hands is Mac flurries and says we have no silverware available !!!! Uhh I'm suppose to have the kids eat it how ? No straws for drinks ? We are in car not going home so how do you imagine we enjoy this ? He just stutters and says not my problem ! Stay away from this one. Go to bullhead or needles ! read more

Came in around 8pm on a weekday and pulled into the left drive through (there's actually 2 lanes). After being asked to "hold on for a moment", we counted 4 cars who finished ordering in the right lane next to us. After waking up the millennial who was clearly sleeping at the wheel, we ordered 2 meals and swore to NEVER RETURN. A few weeks later I contacted corporate to inform them of our experience and they didn't even offer to compensate us for our terrible experience. Also to date, we have NOT been contacted by the District Manager. This organization is a joke all the way around. read more

good took 25 minutes to be made and handed to us manager was on her phone in the kitchen rude employees

The prices have gone up so much that even a burger and fries with a drink is like going to a restaurant and getting served. And not as good tasting. So sad that a fast food place is not inexpensive anymore read more

First of all, employees obviously on drugs, bad drugs. Chewing her gums the whole time, can't control actions, got mad I asked for no ice so started slamming cups around giving trash looks. Gave me one drink with lid off. Then I get my order and the big Mac I paid $10 if in pieces in the box and the sauce is all over the outside of the bun. This place is insane, employees are disrespectful to customers and the company. How can a company allow its employees to destroy there business? Because McDonald's corporation don't care either, that's how. Pathetic. read more

I don't eat at McDonald's very often but I'm pregnant with #4 and I've been craving McDonald's occasionally. I've gone there 3 times the past month and every order was wrong or underdone. Order 1: I got a McFlurry that was barely half way full. Order 2: they forgot my fries. And order 3: We order 2 meals and got no fries but they gave me 20 nuggets instead of 10 and 2 burgers instead of 1 and no ranch again!! They gave me hot mustard at least they gave me extra food if they are gonna leave out the fries but BABY WANTS FRIES WITH RANCH!!! I feel like a mess up occasionally is ok but every single time? This is really for the manager at the Fort Mohave MacDonald's: Manager needs to have a talk with their mindless, chatty employees who do not acknowledge they have customer's waiting to order. I watched them chatting for over five minutes and never once looked over at the order counter. And when I asked if anyone was manning the counter, there was eye rolling and a loud enough comment for me to overhear: "Oh God!" I see now where pictures can be posted and if I ever go there again, ugh, I will make sure to photograph these rude, entitled girls. Maybe the manager needs proper training that can be shared with employees. read more

We stopped at your store for a hamburger, fries and an unsweetened iced tea. When we picked up our order, the gal handed me the tea in a clear cup and it was so foggy, it looked like it had milk in it. When I tried to ask her about it, she'd already turned away from the window and didn't come back. So we drove off. We'll never stop here again. I just threw the iced tea away. It was gross.
