I walked into the restaurant this afternoon to place an order at the counter, I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I finally said hello, to which the worker replied that she was busy getting orders ready. It appears that the customer who walks into the store to place an order is not appreciated here. I mean it's a Burger King and I'm a fan of that.... as far as their menu and items offered, it's a win for me. But this particular drive-thru is horrific. Granted, they almost always have a long line... or should I say "lines" since there are two ordering kiosks, but these lines merge into 1 and are always molasses slow!! We try to stop here on our way out of town as we head back home, but it's getting really frustrating to constantly have to wait in this seemingly eternal drive-thru. Never had a problem with order mix up, so that's a plus. But something really needs to be done with the timeliness of receiving orders. More cooks, faster cooks? Better equipped cashiers and order takers? Not sure, but it's really a downer to have to wait for so long every time. Oh, we'll be back because we like Burger King.... just had to vent. read more

This Burger King is the worst I have ever encountered. No matter what time of day you go the food is cold when you get it the service is well below average. If you experience a problem do not go to the "manager" you will disrupting her gab session with her friends and the standard answer is we are short staffed so that is why the wait. Then I go to the bathroom they are out of paper towels and the employeeing going to the bathroom tells they are out as he walks out of the bathroom completely skipping washing his hands. I went to this exact location Thursday last week around 3:00pm and I asked for a water cup with my order and today when I emptied the cup there was chewed mint gum in it, this is so disgusting and unsafe with COVID but there shouldn't have been gum in the first place. I called and all a manager had to say was that they aren't allowed to chew gum and she could give me another water cup, the last thing I want is another thing from this place I would rather see the person who did this fired, it's not hard to go back a few days and see who worked what. I stopped here earlier this morning and went inside to the counter to order some take-out. It wasn't busy. I ordered 2 Whopper Jr.'s with no onions and no tomatoes. Simple enough, right? The counter employee acknowledged my order, it was noted on my receipt, and it was noted on the paper wrappers on both burgers. I get home. I smell onions. I check. Onions and tomatoes on both burgers. I picked them off and threw them outside into the dirt for the pigeons. My concern here is also for those customers who make specific orders due to allergies, etc. They could've bitten into their order and gotten an allergic reaction, which are sometimes severe, then requiring medical treatment, all because some kitchen employee wasn't paying attention and screwed up an order. This isn't the first time this has happened. BK needs to PAY ATTENTION, and FIX THE PROBLEM, otherwise they could get sued. So always check your order, even if it means pulling sandwiches apart there on the premises before you leave! read more

Went to the Burger King in Bullhead City Arizona. Ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich no pickle. I received a chicken sandwich that was spicy and they also had pickles on it. I called and spoke to Jeremy the on duty manager. Who is less than helpful. He told me if I wanted a refund for the sandwich I would have to drive back to their store. What's the point of getting takeout food if the order is wrong. This is the fourth time I've been to this Burger King and the third time they've gotten it wrong. He would not issue me a refund and I did not have the time or think that I should have to go back to get a refund. I took a picture as posted. I offered to send him the picture. He did not agree to that. I ordered some other items which were okay. Since he would not issue me a refund for the chicken sandwich I contacted my credit card company who issued me a full refund for the entire order. My friend and I went through the drive through on Sunday August 4th about 6 PM. We ordered the Veggie Burger Combos. We waited over 15 min. The girl at the window was very nice and polite. She apologized for the wait and gave us our meals. We drove home and opened the burgers...They were so hard you could not even bite through them. You could barely break them apart with your fingers. By far the most horrible fast food meal or any meal I have ever had. Obviously the cooks don't care about what they are making. They had to have noticed those overdone old dried out burgers. Tried new Burger King, early morning breakfast, a disaster. Thus is the old poorly run BK at a new location with bad service. So first of all ...I placed my order online so it would be ready when I got there. I guess they don't work that way. They start your order when you get there. So what's the point of online ordering???? Then I walk in and they tell me I need a mask . I covered my mouth and nose with my shirt completely which would be better than a mask . and he said in order for you to stay inside this building you have to have a mask. I asked him if he could bring my order out to me if I stand outside the doors as my order was already paid for. He said no! We can't do that! Then I said cancel my order . He said we can't do that either ..YOU have to . I went outside and found a mask in my car. Came back in and was standing at the counter and realized 2 employees were talking about me . They looked back and realized I was standing there . The rudeness with which I was treated was very unprofessional. When The lady finally handed me my meal she walked away without even a thank you. Back at my local BK again ordered the JR Whooper .......it came covered mayo, so much so that it had cooled off what ever heat the burger may have had, which isn't ever very much. Is it too much to ask to get it done right and get it delivered HOT? Must be cause these guys just can't do things right in spite of having a good product.
