I went into order a Whopper and fries to go, the girl took my order and walked away without saying anything. I stood there, paid with my card and then a different girl came and handed me my receipt. I waited approx. 15 minutes before stepping up to the counter and asked a young man where my order was, "oh, it's right here", it had sat there at least five minutes, so everything was luke warm, I definitely didn't feel like the king. read more

Horrible . First they said they gave me my food they lady hadn't even gave me the bag then I get all the way home & I have no fries but yet the still charged me for a whopper combo . Don't waste your time or money. 0 stars would not recommend. read more

The gentleman working the drive through was so amazing and awesome!!! Way to go BK! His name is Shawn!!!! Great energy!!! Loved it!!!

Customer service through the drive-through was so awesome so friendly very polite Food was good fries are always top notch!! Great vibe read more

I walked into the restaurant this afternoon to place an order at the counter, I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I finally said hello, to which the worker replied that she was busy getting orders ready. It appears that the customer who walks into the store to place an order is not appreciated here. We waked out, and went to Culver's instead. read more

I had the absolute best experience at Burger King this evening. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. The food was awesome 10/10. read more

I mean it's a Burger King and I'm a fan of that.... as far as their menu and items offered, it's a win for me. But this particular drive-thru is horrific. Granted, they almost always have a long line... or should I say "lines" since there are two ordering kiosks, but these lines merge into 1 and are always molasses slow!! We try to stop here on our way out of town as we head back home, but it's getting really frustrating to constantly have to wait in this seemingly eternal drive-thru. Never had a problem with order mix up, so that's a plus. But something really needs to be done with the timeliness of receiving orders. More cooks, faster cooks? Better equipped cashiers and order takers? Not sure, but it's really a downer to have to wait for so long every time. Oh, we'll be back because we like Burger King.... just had to vent. read more

This Burger King is the worst I have ever encountered. No matter what time of day you go the food is cold when you get it the service is well below average. If you experience a problem do not go to the "manager" you will disrupting her gab session with her friends and the standard answer is we are short staffed so that is why the wait. I was not complaining about wait it was the food was super cold. I say stay away from this one if you are looking for a hot sandwich. read more

OMG. What a mess. Gross. The manager must be a fool. I live the flame grilled burgers, but not in this 3rd. world Burger King. Sticky floors, nasty tables, trash all over. And OMG the drink area. Crap all over. I only had water, however, the water was so bad (filters have NEVER been changed ) it almost made me puke. So I filled my water cup with coke, hoping the sugar and flavor would mask it. NOPE it tasted like toilet water (and I'm a connesouer of toilet water). Avoid this place. The cook had his arm up to his elbow trying to get a big bugger out. No gloves, nothing. Wiped his hand on his shirt. I should have know. From the star. As I was ordering, the diseased woman taking my order was peeling scabs from the back of her arm. read more

Burger King is Burger King but was told to hold on a second in the drive-through thing to look to my right and the other drive-through and see you someone else ordering five minutes later when they told me to wait five minutes ago. Just a little bit annoying because I've already been waiting a while. This is supposed to be fast food, it is not fast at all. If it weren't for the coupon I would not be in line right now. At least the lady was nice when she did realize I was waiting for a while. read more

The food is great for road trips but it takes about 15inutes just to make the nuggets which is kinda annoyiy but it's good.

My change was 1103 they handed me $11 and said they don't have any pennies why do they think it's OK to steal from the customer when they're a multi million dollar company who can't do their job good enough to keep pennies that's bullshit and by the way they have no problem giving me at three pennies when I said that was it OK. I realize three pennies is not a lot of money but for a company to just expect you to be OK with it it is very wrong and inconsiderate I know they get fired if their drawers in correct is it in the day but why steal from me Because that's exactly what that is they are stealing from the customer and don't care about it read more

Food is good, but unfortunately the workers do not have it together! Orders wrong, alwaaaays. I went to this exact location Thursday last week around 3:00pm and I asked for a water cup with my order and today when I emptied the cup there was chewed mint gum in it, this is so disgusting and unsafe with COVID but there shouldn't have been gum in the first place. I called and all a manager had to say was that they aren't allowed to chew gum and she could give me another water cup, the last thing I want is another thing from this place I would rather see the person who did this fired, it's not hard to go back a few days and see who worked what. So not only are there discussing employees but managers who don't give a damn about their customers. read more

Tried the new location at 4753 Highway 95 (across the street from the older location). Two ordering stations at drive-thru, merge to one payment window and one pick-up window. Employees were very nice. Order was perfect. Fries tasted less greasy with plenty of salt. read more

I stopped here earlier this morning and went inside to the counter to order some take-out. It wasn't busy. I ordered 2 Whopper Jr.'s with no onions and no tomatoes. Simple enough, right? The counter employee acknowledged my order, it was noted on my receipt, and it was noted on the paper wrappers on both burgers. I get home. I smell onions. I check. Onions and tomatoes on both burgers. I picked them off and threw them outside into the dirt for the pigeons. My concern here is also for those customers who make specific orders due to allergies, etc. They could've bitten into their order and gotten an allergic reaction, which are sometimes severe, then requiring medical treatment, all because some kitchen employee wasn't paying attention and screwed up an order. This isn't the first time this has happened. BK needs to PAY ATTENTION, and FIX THE PROBLEM, otherwise they could get sued. So always check your order, even if it means pulling sandwiches apart there on the premises before you leave! read more

I chose Burger King to try their double cheeseburger meal. I waited in line at the drive thru on the left. The person who takes the orders helped 2 cars on the right so I decided like another car that had been in line behind to back out of the drive thru. I was really looking forward to trying the meal. So sad that the service was so terrible. Not sure how long it will be before I try to go there again. read more

Went to the Burger King in Bullhead City Arizona. Ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich no pickle. I received a chicken sandwich that was spicy and they also had pickles on it. I called and spoke to Jeremy the on duty manager. Who is less than helpful. He told me if I wanted a refund for the sandwich I would have to drive back to their store. What's the point of getting takeout food if the order is wrong. This is the fourth time I've been to this Burger King and the third time they've gotten it wrong. He would not issue me a refund and I did not have the time or think that I should have to go back to get a refund. I took a picture as posted. I offered to send him the picture. He did not agree to that. I ordered some other items which were okay. Since he would not issue me a refund for the chicken sandwich I contacted my credit card company who issued me a full refund for the entire order. Burger King and Jeremy this is not the way to do business. Everyone save yourself the trouble and don't go to the BK in Bullhead City. And these people want to make over $15 an hour and they can't make a chicken sandwich. A joke read more

My friend and I went through the drive through on Sunday August 4th about 6 PM. We ordered the Veggie Burger Combos. We waited over 15 min. The girl at the window was very nice and polite. She apologized for the wait and gave us our meals. We drove home and opened the burgers...They were so hard you could not even bite through them. You could barely break them apart with your fingers. By far the most horrible fast food meal or any meal I have ever had. Obviously the cooks don't care about what they are making. They had to have noticed those overdone old dried out burgers. Be careful if you go there. read more

I went through the drive-up window and ordered a double whopper with cheese. I got home and found it was a single. Last week I went inside to order but after five minutes I left without being helped. Burger King - angry customer - Burgers Near Me - Fort Mohave, Arizona

My problem is their play area around the tables. The floor is always sticky. ALL 5 times that I've been there! I mean really really sticky.

Tried new Burger King, early morning breakfast, a disaster. Thus is the old poorly run BK at a new location with bad service. Nobody in the restaurant, have to wait to place an order, 40 degrees outside, inside Air Conditioning running full blast, a few customers sitting in resturant all bundled up trying to stay warm. This restaurant has been open 2 weeks and looking into the food prep area, food laying around the floor, food smears on walls and counters. This Restaurant has NO management! If there was a lower then one star rating, this place would get it! read more

We went there last night and after we ordered the cashier told us we had to take food and leave. It's 9:48pm and she was obnoxious and rude to us and a older gentleman. She has pink hair and does NOT need to work with people. It took 25 min to get food which was purposely done and by the time we finally got back to Bullhead, it was not good. Other employee told her.... They ordered and can eat here and she told her no, that's not the burger king way.... Guess what. We will not be back as well as about 15 more people. So first of all ...I placed my order online so it would be ready when I got there. I guess they don't work that way. They start your order when you get there. So what's the point of online ordering???? Then I walk in and they tell me I need a mask . I covered my mouth and nose with my shirt completely which would be better than a mask . and he said in order for you to stay inside this building you have to have a mask. I asked him if he could bring my order out to me if I stand outside the doors as my order was already paid for. He said no! We can't do that! Then I said cancel my order . He said we can't do that either ..YOU have to . I went outside and found a mask in my car. Came back in and was standing at the counter and realized 2 employees were talking about me . They looked back and realized I was standing there . The rudeness with which I was treated was very unprofessional. When The lady finally handed me my meal she walked away without even a thank you. Two thumbs down to this franchise!!!! From now on I will be going to McDonald's. read more
