Love this place and beside the chicken and hamburgers are great. I understand they have breakfast. I've never done that. But their location on Highway 95 and Fort Mojave is fantastic. Guys!! This place is awesome! I absolutely love the food. The cooks and the staff up front are always friendly, and the kitchen crew are some of the most down to earth people you'll meet. The only suggestion I'd make is for management to remind some of the younger front counter employees to be a little more attentive when helping customers. A few times I've seen them sitting at the register on their phones, and when someone speaks to them, they just look up and nod yes or no without much interaction. A little more engagement would go a long way. This is hands down some of the best chicken around and knocks other chicken joints out the park! The red-headed young man at the Krispy Krunchy counter and the cashier were super helpful. The young man's cheerful and sweet demeanor made up for the lack of notification to order and pay first with all other fuel and mini mart customers. Also, the cashier helped us save some money with her knowledge of discounted combo meals. It's a gas station, so what can I really comment in regard to ambiance? This place is bomb! The food is SUPER good and the people who work there are rad and very nice. Other reviews complain about the wait and service, but they make the food fresh. I'd rather wait for fresh food than BS crap food drying out under a heat lamp. As far as people complaining about the service, I can only imagine you were one of those 'unable to please' and entitled weenie whiners that they didn't bend to. I was a bit skeptical about ordering food from a gas station, til I learned that's how this chain works! The lady who took our order was friendly and offered suggestions. Our food was made fresh and it was still hot and krispy when we got back to our Airbnb! I ordered a 2pc that came with thighs, a honey biscuit and the red beans and rice. Everything was delicious! My son went to pick up dinner for us. And the help "pushed the ticket" (putting your order to the back), it took over 30 minutes to get our dinner. There were 3-4 customers behind him that got their orders first. The yelling that the manager did "If you don't like it you can f--king go somewhere else." Just moved to Golden Shores and still trying different restaurants in the area. Was in Ft Mojave so I decided to check this place out. Before ordering we spoke with the people waiting. They all said the food was amazing. A few people said there Spicey Chicken was the best. There were about 6 or more people waiting for food. We decided to try the Cajun Spicey Chicken and Tender dinner. It comes with Macaroni and Cheese, French Fries and 6 biscuits. I also ordered a large side of red rice and beans. The lady asked what kind of sauce and I told her hot. Well we get home and find they not only forgot our sauces they also forgot our French fries. So I called the next day and told the shift manager what happened. The manager said he couldn't do anything about the fries but he could give me some free sause's the next time I came in. Well Genius first of all, I paid for the sause's so there not free. And second is what am I going to do with sause's when i have no chicken or fries to go with them? The chicken and the sides were good. The only issue I had other than NO fries and sause's was the portions of the sides we did get we're very small. It's suppose to feed a family of 4 however the sides would barely feed 2 children. So I am giving the Manager an "F", you failed when it came to customer service. You did not apologize for the mishap instead you questioned why I didn't call the night we picked up the food. You kinda made me feel like I was trying to get something for free when in reality you owed me. As far as the food I will give them a "B". The food was good and the biscuits were very good. When it comes to the portions of the sides, I give them a "D-". They need to double up the sides to actually feed the amount of people they claim each meal will feed. It has been over a year since our first visit. Near noon the place has a few folks waiting in line. The cashier is friendly and helpful to the folks in front of me. I am next, to hear a conversation around a phone call to a fellow worker. Not something you need to listen to as you have waited to pick up you lunch order. After these words, a lady is quick to get my ticket, and charge me for chicken, red beans and boudin. I wait a couple minutes and my order is handed to me, quickly and with well wishes. The folks here are always pleasant and friendly. We open our bag, with chicken and biscuit stacked in boats, crushing each other. The chicken is golden brown, and overcooked that is so dry, it's hard to eat. Each boat has a good sized breast, and a small biscuit, that is soft, sweet and tasty. The boudin breading is soft, not crunchy. The inside has a mushy paste similar to watered rice. Nothing like the boudin I-had before. Taste is fair, but nothing like the real thing. The red beans are in the same condition, mushy like and tastes good, but a poor example of red beans. I come here to get a resemblance of Popeyes, but get something far from it. I am disappointed, but hope my next visit reveals a better product. I have never had such poor quality food at Popeyes, but dread the 45- minute drive to Kingman. read more

Originally learned of Kristy crunchy chicken when I was in the food delivery circuit. It's a fast food chain that operates out of a fuel station I don't think it's exclusive to a particular gas station ( but under an umbrella). I t really is preferable over raising cane's, Popeyes, and KFC. Primarily but not inclusive the aforementioned only one KFC exists in the godforsaken resort town of lake Havasu city Az. When there's two Krispy Krunchies. Which pretty much makes it the top dog in my book. Although the fact is the chicken is really good. Have always gotten great customer. The best fried chicken especially to go which is the best way to be enjoying any fried chicken which is finger food and best enjoyed in the casual ist of environments. Worst phone service ever we called to see if they were open and they put us on hold for the entire time I was on the phone. When we got there we had to tell them that we were on hold the entire time when someone should have noticed that the phone wasn't on the stand. If we didn't tell them that we would have been on hold longer than what was put. Wouldn't recommend calling them at all. read more
