I Orded a Stuffed Crust cheese pepporoni pizza today around 10:48pm, Said would be done around 14 minutes got there in time, it was a young Hispanic girl and young hispanic boy that we saw they asked if we had a mobile and yes we got our " order " turns out we get home, and this is just a regular original pizza. No cheese in the crust. We had got back at 11:20 so we couldn't make it back to get our order right today. honestly just really dissapointing. Would want my money back if possible. read more

called an hour ahead to place my order when I get there my pizza was never made because who ever answered the phone didn't placed or ring it up or what ever, because according to the manager when the store doesn't answer the phone they have an answering line service that picks up, which I think is not working because they didn't send the order anyways, then the manager try to make the pizza at the time is supposed to be ready in a rude and unprofessional way then she hangs up on me. read more

Sitting in parking lot. For aost an hour. Still have not got my pizza yet! Guess I'm the wrong color, everyone else gets their pizza

This Pizza Hut has become such a horrible establishment. The other day I ordered a large pepperoni with wings. Got a call a few minutes later that they couldn't make the wings because there was a leak. I didn't get my pizza until an hour and a half later. They ended up giving me a coupon for a free large pizza for waiting for so long. I have them another chance and ordered again today at 3:30. I called at 5pm and some kid told me it would get delivered soon. It's now 6pm and still no pizza. Will not be using this Pizza Hut again. If you're craving pizza do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

Called cause saw they haven't even started pizza making. After waiting the time it was to be delivered before I called. Well she said no it's started n down we have it sitting here. Well I asked how much longer n she said 20 mins. Another 35 minutes later n I got my food. It's all cold n dry. And the ranch I paid for I didn't get. For the 3rd time with this Pizza Hut. Called the store n she says she the night manager Becky. Was rude n unprofessional. Lied about adding the ranch to my bag when clearly driver even tipped his bag upside down n said oh my bad they didn't add it. She then said she is not getting into an argument over this. I said I'm ma'am I'm not arguing or even loud u got straight defensive the minute I said I had a complaint. She said u can bring the food up here. I told her I can't bring the food up there tonight or tomorrow I'm in an 18 wheeler. She said it's not her fault or problem. N hung up. So how about u send someone to come get the food or better yet remake it or refund my money. Cause I did not eat cold as wings, pizza, or cinnamon buns. But I guess the customer service they have is ok. She even quoted delivery time from early. That's why I waited to order my food late. But hey I guess I'm wrong for wanting a hot meal. I order from here frequently and have looked past lots of bumps but tonight i order went to go pick it up walked in wearing my mask delievery driver even helped me open the door...before i could say anything the night manager came around the corner and started yelling at me asking how i got in i said the door and proceeded to yell saying he dont want people in here lobby damned closed. I told him that 4 days prior i order and had no problem getting my food. And then i told him that he needed to put a sign up. In reality wanted to shove my food up his ass. He wrote closed on a paper and slapped it on the door. He was very unprofessional and me being mgr for a restaurant for almost 20yrs. I would never tolerate that behavior towards my quest and customers. So the food has been awful at times you can never get a delivery they say wait time is 3 hours. Some of the employees at time dont even say anything but the price no thank you no smile just heres your change get out. So i reccomend use that little extra gas and pass this pizza hut IT SUX!! read more

Said no cheese and they put cheese on it. They offered to make a new one but had waited enough. They gave me pizza and stared at me and then I mentioned my fries then I mentioned my drinks. They asked me if I'd like ketchup with my fries and I said sure - no ketchup then I asked guy and he brought a huge handful of ketchup and was putting it in my hand like that was supposed to insult me - could have misread this but nah - better service last night tho even tho they got my name wrong. read more

I've had bad service after bad service, employees never answer phones, very rude employees. They get small easy orders wrong real often, I'm about done with Pizza hut not everyone uses internet to order pizza. I've heard employees say if it's too busy they don't even answer the phone read more

Love this pizza hut the crew is fantastic always so nice and quick ! Food is always hot and great!!

The staff is very friendly. When I come there they know me by my first name. The pizza is great!!!
