Ok...I know it's Pizza Hut, it's a chain, it's _______ (insert "feedback" here). Every time I've ordered from this location I haven't had any trouble whatsoever. My current thing I love is the Pepperoni Lover's Melt. It reminds me of the Triple Decker Pizza from the 90s which I loved. I guess I'm showing my age, but I digress... My orders have always been correct. Everyone I've interacted with at this location has been friendly and pleasant. My food is always hot and tasty. I usually go pick it up myself instead of waiting for delivery so I don't know if that has any bearing on the level of service I've received. Keep up the good work. And thank you! read more

I ordered a personal pan!! It's tiny. Supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. It's been more than 30 minutes since the order with 15 minutes sitting at the window watching workers x3 walk by!! Never again will I give my money to this place. I even blew the horn and no response. read more

Excellent location for Cheesesticks on a Friday evening. I've came to this location only a few times but personally I've never had any issues with the food nor the service unlike other Pizza Hut restaurants. The service has been top notch and the service is excellent and fast. And unlike other restaurants where the cashiers can be very rude and snappy, so far I've never experienced that kind of behavior here at all. They always get my order right but they never give me my free sauce that is supposed to come with the cheesesticks.

We ordered the Detroit style deep dish pizza. It's very disappointing. Couldn't find any cheese. Sauce was just slapped on with a spoon apparently. Toppings for a very very sparse. Delivery time was good and the delivery person was very nice. read more

You cannot place an online order at this pizza hut. I talked to the manager, and she just scratched her belly button said well I'm just a manager I can't do anything about that. I'm sure they lose a lot of business over that. A lot of people want to place their order online. read more

Not bad at all, needed to find something to eat around 09:00pm one night and felt like having Pizza Hut so I ordered a half pepperoni and half meat lovers large topping pizza it only cost about $10.00 + taxes but good deal. I hesitate to even order pizza anymore because places are so skimpy with their toppings. And I'm not just talking about meat but the veggies. I always order a thin crust with regular cheese so they can't say the toppings are hiding under the cheese. I actually stood at the counter at Papa Johns last time searching for veggies. Pizza Hut, Washington Rd (I-20). Phoned in pizza order at 6p, pizza wasn't ready when I arrived at 6:30. Was told to sit down that she was a little busy at the time. I did sit to wait but it was a short wait. Pizza: vegetables had the texture of paper- maybe cooked too long. Ground beef wasn't ground beef- not quite sure what the "meat" was- maybe a soy product? Let me preface this by saying I love pizza hut, but this particular location is the worst. I placed an order online around 5:30 and by 7:00 after my order hadn't shown up I called the restaurant. After being immediately placed on hold I waited for about 5 minutes and was told my order had been delivered already. Since my 4 year old daughter goes to bed around 8 I had to cancel my order and just go through the Mcdonald drive thru. Done with this location. read more

This place is a far cry from other pizza hut chains. They send out sub par food and when you call to complain they either put you on hold forever or they speak to you in code. My wife was pregnant and unfortunately had a craving for the pasta, I ordered it on one occasion and it took over an 1 hr to get here and we only lived 5 mins away and this was on a Monday and they were not busy, we asked the driver. I was charged 3x on my credit card. They have yet to resolve the issue and give me my money back. Not to mention the pizza was horrible and asked for a new one to be delivered and nobody ever showed up. So I had to call at 11:20 at night to find out where they were and the manager had no idea where the driver was. Needless to say I will never order from there again. I called and ordered a Pepperoni p-zone & large Pepsi. I was told it would be about 45 min delivery time. This was at 7ish PM. When the driver arrived at 8PM, she had a bottle of water & a squashed box of a very cold Calzone. She apologized & asked me to call the store to have the 2nd p-zone ready with the Pepsi & she would be right back. I called the store, was put on automated hold, then got disconnected. When I called back, I was on hold about 10 min. When the clerk came on, I explained the situation & he said "I wish she (the driver) had called instead of me"! He said we are busy & cant get back to me for an hour. My order still hasn't arrived by 9:30PM. I expect a full refund. Never again Pizza Hut!!! Shame on you treating customers this way. Missing items, wrong items, cold item, then lies. SMH. read more

Just picked up a stuffed crust pizza and was super disappointed. My pizza was the GREASIEST thing I think I've ever seen. The pizza was literally only about 4mm thick and it's like the dough was kneaded out SO thin that it just turned out floppy. Disgusting. As close as this place is to home, I'll be ordering from Mellow Mushroom from now on. Only upsides: ease of ordering from their online app and speed that it was ready. read more

They gave my pizza away to someone else and had to wait another 20 mins for another to be made. then they tried to give me the breadsticks that were sitting out for 30mins while my pizza was being remade.
