We stopped in after our day at Six Flags and while we were very glad to find them open for indoor dining, it was a little different from what we were used to with Pizza Hut in general. The very nice gentleman at the counter asked if we were dining in and gave us menus, said we were welcome to take a seat while figuring out our order and then asked us to come up to the counter to order. We did so, he told us it would be about 15 minutes and he'd bring it out. He was true to his word, the food came out in to go containers but it was delicious. We got breadsticks, honey bbq boneless wings, and spicy garlic traditional wings. They forgot our ranch but were very quick and polite in getting it to us when reminded. the food was ok, was not the worst thing I have onhad. the service was awful they took the wrong order and had to send dishes back. also my friend asked for wings and she said and I quote " ok nice what crust do u want " so he ended up with a pizza. Also the ambiance was awful and I mean awful we saw this lady with pink and black hair kick 2 pizza trays under the counter. the bathrooms were bad too. Everyone that worked there was nice until it was time to order, where we sat. The waitress started to come over to us, then a large group of people came in. After this, she went over to their table and took their order so she could get the bigger tip. So we just left, because we had waited ten minutes for her to take our order. The food was sub ~par at best. I stopped going to Pizza Hut sometime ago. I thought I'd give it another try. Well that was a waste of a try the cinnamon sticks had to dusting at best on them the the pepperoni pizza that I ordered I was lucky to have two pepperonis maybe two and a half on each piece. Prices way too high for what you're getting, workers seem nice but definitely overworked and underpaid. Ingredients definitely don't taste fresh when compared to other chain pizza restaurants. Non fresh ingredients at the price of a larger higher quality local pizza? No thank you I'll stick to dominos or papa johns if I want a convenient pizza. Maybe if you got better ingredients and paid your workers better you could be seen as a respectable business again and would be worth the price. After the third time ordering delivery I've decided to post a review since one time may have been an off night for a location. Second time may be bad luck but third experience means the location is horrible. I ordered the cheese lovers pizza and added some veggies to it and substituted the red sauce in place of the white sauce. Apparently the request is to much for the cooks who have ONE JOB. Pizza arrived and not to my surprise again it was wrong. I hate the white sauce so much that I won't eat the pizza. It was midnight the time it arrived since I ordered after 11pm so I was already tired and hungry. I open my pizza and of course the pizza has white sauce. When I call to complain apparently it's MY FAULT for substituting And making requests that I pay for and confusing the cooks. Why have the options if it's to hard to read? She asked me if i wanted them to redeliver but we all know how this works when a customer complains so I'm definitely not getting a pizza remade so I choose bowl of cereal instead This is the third time I email the PH corporation and I get the typical sorry email but that's it's. Not one person has bothers to actually respond. If they look at my Ph account it's OBVIOUS im a loyal customer and ORDER often but apparently For a multi million dollars company, why does losing one customer matter? Every single time I order delivery the pizza is WRONG I understand mistakes happen. But three different times in a row? Cooks have ONE JOB. Just ONE. I waited extra time to leave my house for a carry out order, and still had to sit for 20 minutes once I got there. They told me 5 minutes, but I watched people come in and order or get their orders while I waited on ONE LARGE CHEESE PIZZA!!! Totally insane. read more

We ordered from Pizza Hut on hilltop tonight and it was delicious!!! It was quick, hot and very tasty. The staff was great, courteous, and very helpful. We will definitely be ordering there again soon. read more

i waited over 30 minutes to be given menus as other people were getting waited on. my pizza didn't come for an hour. i definitely do not recommend this certain establishment. the service was very poor and the employees were rude and didn't look professional or at all decent enough to work. read more

Our waitress was kinda rude then she left while we were still there and then the other waitress that was there kept avoiding our table we had to go up to the counter to ask for refills and a box and our check. Then when we paid we put $0.00 as the tip and the guy was like you didn't leave a tip and we were like yah because our waitress left and he got all quiet. TERRIBLE customer service! Also very slow. This Pizza Hut is actually pretty decent! While it's obviously a part of a chain restaurant, the people who work here usually do a great job. (I think it helps that we order from here pretty often, and the delivery guys kind of know us.) Delivery is usually pretty quick. Our food is always hot and fresh. If we make a special request (extra crispy, etc.), they almost always nail it. If there's a problem, they handle it. Best DELIVERY in town. read more
