We both ordered the Calexico pizza topping. The Gorgonzola, Grilled Chicken had me sold, but the jalapeños and hot sauce made me pay the day after. Mod Pizza has become a household favorite and I just love turning on friends to the amazing food they have to offer! Took the bf to our local Mod and he was blown away! We both got the Mega dough and created our own pizzas, while the kid enjoyed his traditional thin crust pepperoni. We love that the toppings are included no matter how much you load on, and how everything tastes really fresh and high quality! If you enjoy sweets their no name cake is fantastic and certain times of the year they offer a red velvet version that is fantastic too! Visited on Thursday around 6p. The team had gotten slammed with to-go/delivery orders, so took a minute to order... no problem, fine. Assembly line went fine, but I noticed that orders after me where placed above mine on the rack waiting for the oven. So, yes 2 customers behind me had their orders and on their way before me... fine. The expediter staff member was slow and the way they had the tickets had her confused on which pizza was whose... fine. I finally got my pizza and on my way. Love the concept of mod. They have pizza creations to choose from or you can build your own. I usually mix red and white sauce as the base and roasted garlic topping is so good it's a must every time. The restaurant was clean but they seemed to be doing some construction to the ceiling. The reason I give this mod 4 stars is because the service is hit or miss. The manager seemed to be in a bad mood and was not very friendly, she almost seemed to be annoyed when at the register and last sauce station. read more

This was my first Mod experience. I had the margarita pizza (Dylan James). It was delicious. My daughter had something with roasted garlic. They gave her a ton of huge garlic on her pizza. Good = most of the ingredients. Bad = the young lady making our pizzas. My husband and I believe that if she smiled, her face would crack. Very unfriendly. Not to mention that when I pointed to some red peppers and asked if they were the sweet hot peppers, she said "yes." They were just roasted red peppers. She lied to me! So disappointed. We came to lunch to celebrate our good friends soccer win, however this was absolutely not a place to celebrate. There were only two people on staff. Neither of them having the slightest clue as to what they were doing. They were also out of pretty much everything. It took 20 minutes for all my friends to order and another 20 waiting for the pizzas to be done. We were severely pissed off. There was no gluten free pizzas left for my gluten free friend and she was left to eat the smallest salad, with only two ingredients for 12 dollars. They didn't put enough sauce, cheese, or toppings. Today was the worst service. I will say it is usually better. However, the person cooking the pizzas was on their phone the entire time and burnt our pizza. We had to have them remake them. The manager on staff went outside to smoke her vape, never washed her hands when she came back in. I will say she did put gloves on. When we walked through the door, there wasn't anybody in the restaurant. It took a few minutes for them to take our order. Then it sat on the rack and took forever for them to put it in the oven. With three employees and no one in the restaurant you would expect better service. They were more concerned with talking to each other and gossiping and looking at their phones than they were tending to the customer. It's fresh, it's quick it's easy! Love it as a great lunch spot. The people at work are obsessed with the no name cake. They are a little pricey for a house made ding dong which is essentially what it is. This small hockey puck shaped chocolate cake is covered in a chocolate glaze and filled with white cream. If you are a chocoholic this is probably for you. I don't think their drink selection is as good as Blaze Pizza which has more tea combinations and favors that I LOVE! Once my kids heard there's a Mod we aimed for Mod coming into town even if it meant eating at 9pm lol good thing this place closes at 10. We were worried they were closing and didn't have fresh ingredients or dough but once we got there we were relieved they were cheery and well lit and patrons still in there. These were some of the nicest friendliest workers we've met. They were helpful and kind to our kids and patient as each made their own pizza. They had ample ingredients and dough too. After all 7 of us made our pizza we realized more people came after us so that made us feel better about coming in so late. We've had many other make your own pizza places but I never tried Mod. My adult daughter has and liked how they have vegan cheese. So I waa happy to finally try it and yum I love how crispy the crust is! I truly enjoyed my personal pizza with all my favorite toppings for 8.29. My little girl loved her pizza so much and told me to make sure I gave 5 stars for this place ha. I had been a regular customer here but won't be returning. Tonight I ordered a salad and no name cake online. After driving to the store to pick up my order and arriving home I learned that the cake was omitted. So I drove back up to the store to retrieve the cake and at a minimum, I expected a simple apology for the mistake or possibly even a complimentary desert for my trouble. But the worker handed me a wrapped cake without any comment or words. I mentioned to another worker on the way out that it's frustrating that I had to drive all the way back up to the store for one little cake and that a simple apology would have been appreciated. But she laughed in a mocking manner and said "and it cost you what, $10 in gas"? I was angry but said nothing else and left the store to return home. I've never had any problems at this store in the past and I was stunned by the treatment from your workers. I understand that restaurant workers can make mistakes but a simple apology and compassion can go a long way. Thanks to their actions I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I go/went there often. I just started back going because of previous negative behaviors of a few employees. Today I went in to get a salad. No one was behind the counter. An older man was talking to a man in the lobby. He greeted me and continued chatting. About three minutes and he said something and he anticipated someone coming out. A girl eventually came out after he went back to get someone. She washed her hands and came over to the counter. She was huffing as I asked for ingredients for my salad. I'd not had a problem recently. She was so upset as she flung ingredients everywhere. I asked her was there a problem. She said I need to charge you more. I said I get this almost every week. I stopped asking for ingredients because I saw she was confrontational. She said I'm autistic. I said ok I taught sped ed over 33 years and if you're having an episode you might want to tell someone. The manager came over and I explained the situation. I said I have a functional nephew who's high on the spectrum and if she's having a problem she should have stayed in the back. The manager saw nothing wrong with her behavior. I left the salad there. I'm glad I didn't order a pizza with a little of ingredients. I shutter at what she would have done then. I love this place. You get your pizza JUST the way you want it. Choices of sauces, cheese (including dairy-free Daiya!) and toppings all for the same price. I usually have the Mod size for myself. Kids will be content with the mini. They are super friendly and will put a little of this or a lot of that on for you. I have had the salads and I really liked it, since it was just what I wanted. Also, all the MOD's are nut-free. Cons: Man is it loud. You can only hear the person sitting directly in front of you. The din of the place is a little overwhelming. Please, please, turn it down, just a little. The seating could be better.
