I really like the pizza. The wings are pretty good and the Italian bread sticks are great! I did not care for the pizza and sticks combo on the same dough. Absolutely not as good as the Italian bread sticks separate. Won't order that again. The service could be better. They could be a little nicer. As far as fast food and pizza goes, I have loved this location since they first opened...which now seems like forever ago! The owner is keen to hire friendly staff (I've come in a minute before closing before and they've happily made me a fresh pizza !) and the quality has always been consistent. In terms of hot, fresh, $5 pizza, the Howdershell Little Caesar's is always great. Bonus: they do crazy crust if you ask for it, so if you don't mind waiting for a new pizza, be sure to have them lather up your crust! read more

This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a yelp review. I called in about 9:45 pm and the guy on the phone told me 15 mins. I got there at 10:06 and saw a couple in the restaurant but the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and the woman working the cashier did not even care to look. The customers inside looked concerned and obviously felt bad for me. I even tried to call while I was outside looking in with no reply. I could literally see my pizza and bread sticks sitting on the warmer. When the customers inside walked out with their pizza, the cashier lady said "we're closed. The guy told you 15 mins. We can't let anyone in past 10." Okay. I understand that but that's a silly policy. I don't see the difference between the inside customers and me since we would have gotten our food and checked out at the same time. The customers shared some unfriendly expletives but at least they got some hot pizza. Maybe the workers were hungry and wanted something to eat after work. Maybe the manager is a stiff and strictly enforced policy. Either way, I'm left hungry with extra cash in my pocket. I know Little Caesar's is a franchise so i will try any other besides this one. I am very disappointed with this little caesars location lately.. we order here alot bc my youngest son is picky but loves their pizza. Last two orders before this one they forgot a couple items and when I called to let them know try did not send the items or refund my card for them. My last time ordering here was two days ago. I got on app and ordered the xtra cheesier pepperoni pizza, crazy bread and a 2liter at 1032am the confirmation said my order will be delivered by 11:20(which was perfect timing because my kids do online school due to covid and it would have lined up great with their lunch break times. Anyways, around 12:30pm I called bc usually orders are on time or few mins late but it was now almost an hour late. The boy who answered phone(apparently store manager) told me, my order was ready and had been sitting there for over 30mins but doordash hasn't arrived to deliver it to me. I asked if there was way he could get ahold of driver and see if they were on way to get food and told him I was concerned food would be burnt or not so good bc I'm t sat in those hotbox things for so long. I guess that question made him mad bc he said well I can't make new order if i don't know when drive will be here to get it and that he did his part that I just have to wait. I was very displeased with this response not only bc he was ride about it but also my kids were hungry and had waited over your already but the "manager" couldn't give me estimated time or any solution other than giving me a 1800 number to doordash for me to call myself and see why no driver's were available to deliver from little caesars. I tried that sat on hold 20mins and gave up. The called back to tell manager I would like a refund bc I can't wait any longer and I really didn't even want to get old nasty pizza that had sat under heat lamp that long, then I asked for a manager (that's whem he groaned I AM THE STORE MANAGER") I politely said okay give me a corporate never please. This didn't please him bc he became very rude and had a nasty tone after this, told me he deleted order and I'll get refunded. I said do u know if it'll be right away or takes a few days, he said in that nasty tone that HOW SHOULD I KNOW, IM NOT YOUR BANK!! I ended call at that point bc I could feel myself getting very angry with the way he was acting and the fact that not once did he say I'm sorry for inconvenience or apologize in anyway. Really hope they do refund my card bc I'd hate to have to call back and deal with that unprofessional Ahole again. read more

The pizza was Half ass cut.It was extremely paper thin that it flopped down like it was ashamed to even have been made. Top it off, terrible customer service including the night managers attitude. I always get my pizza from them and have never had this problem. This is sad excuse of customer service. Corporate needs to do something at least about the service if anything else. I will say, they have lost my business here at least at this location. I spoke to the night manager and all he said was well what would you like for me to do in a shitty tone. The Cheeser! Cheeser! pizza is a joke. You are basically paying more to get far less than the regular pepperoni pizza. Too much bread, not enough sauce, and deceptive photographs in TV. If they had actually put the amount of mozzarella on the pizza as the commercials portend, then I could have excused the half-dressed and sauce pie. Their $6.00 "EXTRA MOST BESTEST PEPPERONI" IS THE BOMB ! But, be prepared to be pissed off when the "Manager" insists that you buy a "2 liter of Mountain Dew to complete your order". Translation: Their $6 Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni is a HUGE MONEY LOSER and the individual store owners are NOT happy with it. However, I AM very happy with it. Could not make it this cheap at home. Went to this location which I have frequented numerous times. When asked why the pizza pricing was different then what was advertised on their own signboard the cashier said the owner Dell chose to change it. When I pointed out that it was neither posted on the menu board or anywhere else for that matter she said that's the way it is. When I asked to speak to the owner she said he is never here. When asked to speak to the manager she said he doesn't work at night (it was 7pm). I asked her why when I ordered a pizza that was half cheese and half pepperoni and it was six dollars, and I when i asked her why her answer was that it takes longer to make it and it slows them down. This logic defies common sense. I asked how it costs more to make a pizza with half the toppings and she said that's the way it is. Interestingly I can order two medium pizzas from Domino's for 5.99 and get the same level of poor service. It might be beneficial for the owner to actually show up in his restaurants instead of counting on a teenager with no interest in being there instead of being an absentee owner. read more
