    $53 for 2 pizzas and they arrived not only cold but old and almost stale. We ordered a pan pizza and this is clearly not a pan or extra cheese which we were charged for. The driver was nice and apologized, you could tell she knew our food was going to be garbage. We had to put it in the oven to eat it, it's not worth the price. All the sauce was absorbed into the crust (from obviously sitting out and being old). Where is the raised thick crust and burnt edges/cheese covered edges for the pan pizza? It's just not there. The pizzas tasted incredibly stale, I've had $3 frozen pizzas that taste better. I understand this just opened but where is the quality control? Super let down. We chose Pizza Hut for tonight as a treat because it represents throw back culture and we are celebrating the 90s with the release of our film streaming and this tastes like it's been sitting under the hot lamp since the 90s. Also the app and website are not functioning so you can't even contact customer service to get a refund. I'm calling corporate and staying far away from this location.

    There was an employee who was sitting with her family , and working. She allowed her child around (6years old) to go in the work station. I watched this employee eat , not wash her hands, prepare food, and continued to do it, not 1, but 2 times. I eventually had to ask the cashier ( who was very nice and helpful) was the woman, the owner? She said no, I told her the child should not be back in the work area. The cashier went to the other employee, and told her I had concerns. The employee approached me, and I told her, her child needs to come from the back and have a seat. Now, this employee's husband & son were sitting at a table. The husband got mad, said something in Spanish, and they all walked through the kitchen, and went out the back door. The child could have been harmed by the hot oven. Children and non employees should not be in the work station.

I walked in and stood at the counter while multiple employees made direct eye contact with me--so at least I know I wasn't invisible. After waiting long enough to reconsider my life choices, I loudly said, "Hello?" and asked if anyone was working. Bold move, I know. That's when an employee--possibly a manager--who was comfortably seated at a table deep in conversation with another worker decided to grace us with his attention. No name tag, of course, but he offered up "Jacob" when I asked (sure). Instead of something radical like, "Sorry about that," I was informed that I "had to wait." Wait for what, exactly? The conversation to wrap up? The stars to align? I stayed patient and didn't match the energy, but the highlight was when "Jacob" said he couldn't wait to get my complaint. Confidence is admirable. Customer service? Not so much. If the goal is to treat paying customers like background noise while prioritizing table talk, mission accomplished. That 3.8 rating isn't a mystery--it's generous.

I had an online order to pick up and my partner was going inside for me. I'm currently injured, not able to walk without assistance! I knew that she would need a picture of the order number and name so I gave her both. She showed the staff the order number and name yet refused to give her my order for some reason? She was then waiting in the restaurant for over 15 minutes waiting for an order that was in front of her the whole time! I then had to unfortunately get out and walk inside just to only give the staff member my name and suddenly the order had appeared. I'm not sure what that insinuates but it's a bit uncomfortable to me and very disrespectful. While waiting for the staff member to look for my order I over heard other customers complain aloud about their wait time too! It was a horrible customer service experience and I don't think they have any plan of improving soon. It's unfortunate!
