I've always been a loyal Pizza Hut customer and needed to find a new location after we moved. I'll admit, the low star rating made me nervous, however our experience was great!! The 3410 Gulf Fwy Suite 3426, Dickinson, TX 77539 location, this was my 3rd time ordering from them and all 3 times I have had issues. This time supposedly the door dash delivery person dropped my pizzas at the wrong location. When I called and talked to the manager he did not seemed surprised and said "we will have to remake your pizza" when I asked for a refund instead, he said they can only refund 2/3 of the cost the delivery charge could not be refunded. I was shocked!! He said I would have to come into the store to get the rest.... I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again and I will post all this on as many social media sites as I can. I would rate this no stars if I could. I ordered pizza at 6:40 and didn't receive it until 8:50. The pizza was also cold and stale. It's not that hard to make a 2 topping pizza and deliver hot to 1.9 miles away. I should have thrown the ingredients in the bread machine and waited the two hours for it to make my dough so I could slap it in the oven and atleast had hot pizza. Every order I've had from this "hut" has had extra sauce selected. Not only has extra sauce not been on the pizza, but the pizzas have barely any sauce at all. (basically no sauce instead of extra sauce) Every wingstreet order from here, has had chicken arrive, with barely any sauce, barely even enough to partially wet most of the chicken. This has been an ongoing problem with this pizza hut, they apparently don't know what sauce is ( I also submitted a complaint to corporate ). And in my last order, I ordered a full price cheesy double crust pizza, only to receive an ordinary pan pizza. Thanks for eating my money. Due to multiple offenses, i reward this hut 1 star. We ordered $50 worth of pizza for my birthday. Normally we go with domino's and our food arrives quickly and hot, but tonight we wanted stuffed crust so we ordered online from pizza hut. The order was supposed to arrive (according to their website)nearly an hour later at 8:59 PM. It was almost 9:30 PM when we received it. It was cold and the cheese was hard. I called to let them know and manager Richie was extremely rude until I told him I didn't want anything for free. We will buy DiGiorno next time we want three cheese stuffed crust pizza. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to. I ordered my pizza online and my confirmation was emailed to me so I know I ordered it correctly. I ordered a large garlic knot crust, honey Sriracha sauce, extra sauce, grilled chicken, spinach, diced tomatoes, mediterranean black olives, and bacon. I waited nearly 2 hours for the pizza and I got the pizza with no sauce (I ordered extra) and no diced tomatoes. I paid $25.97 and tipped the driver $5.00. They charged me for everything I ordered, but left a couple important ingredients off the pizza .......A DRY and COLD pizza I've been watching my diet and I finally broke and ordered this pizza after craving it for 2 weeks........HUGE disappointment so I called the location in Dickinson I spoke to Richey he stated he was the manager. He offered another pizza I replied I waited for this one for nearly 2 hours and he said I'll getcha next time, I'll getcha next time. I replied I will call again tomorrow. There will not be a next time. Calling again tomorrow to speak with another manager. This is ridiculous you are a pizza shop and you can't get that correct. I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning and I will tell as many people about this because this is so wrong. This store consistently has the best pizza around. The marinara is perfect and the meatballs are small bits of heaven. Never had meatballs on a pizza, your loss. The Hershey's brownie will melt in your mouth with an explosion of chocolate goodness. Give this hut a try, you won't be sorry. read more

I have worked in fast food restaurants fire many years and by far have never experienced anything like I experienced when I placed an order at Pizza Hut on 45 and 517. The order was placed, confirmation email stated that I would get my order with 45 minutes. Great. An hour and a half later the driver finally pulls up with someone else's I order apologizing because they had to remake it. Once I told him what I ordered he went back to the car for about 20 minutes, then came back with HALF of my order. After apologizing for several more minutes he reassured me that he would come back in 30 to 40 minutes with the rest of my order and a drink for the mix up. That was 2 1/2 hours ago. I've been on hold with customer service who continues to drop my calls because the store location will not answer the phone at their location. I will NEVER in life order from this store again and encourage anyone who wants to spend money on quality food and service DON'T EAT HERE! !!!!!
