We are so glad we did. The atmosphere is a dicey but very clean and the vibe looks like a great time. It was a quiet afternoon but the ladies went out of their way to make us feel like we belonged. They're quite consistent as well, making sure the wings are done the same way almost every single time. Every now and then, the fries are a little different, but nothing to complain about in my opinion. We tend to opt for the boneless wings, and they're typically really juicy. Also, the cheese fries are absolutely delicious! Their ranch is by far the best out there as well. Service: Our order is almost always ready quickly; sometimes by the time we arrive even, and we only live about ten minutes away. We order online, and they have gotten it right every time. The staff tends to be a little...cold? For lack of a better term. They aren't mean, but you're also not greeted with a smile when you walk in. Ambiance: It's a pretty typical sports-centered restaurant. Not too many decorations or intimate seating styles. They do keep it clean, which is a huge plus. There were empty tables & booths everywhere, it wasn't that busy! Our waitress was also bartending, she was talking to the only two people at the bar the entire time, complaining about what a bad day she was having and swearing, out loud in front of us! She never came around to see if we needed anything while we waited for our food, I had to wave her down to get refills on drinks! The baby and toddler were more then over the wait & getting restless!
