The customer service was horrible. Myself an another customer was waiting at the counter. A employee with nose rings, stomps from the back and yells, what's the name on the order. Me and the other customer look at each other. After I have my name she takes the order and slams on the counter and say's that will be $$. No hello, no greeting nothing. I gave her cash, she gives me my change and turns to the next customer. Her customer service matched the food, everything is overcooked, the thin sliced pizza is hard, the cheese sticks are really dark and they were not sliced. This was a waste of time and money. Every single time I order from this location, there is always an issue. I tried to give this Pizza Hut a chance, but I'm over it. I always use the Pizza Hut app to order my food, but when I get there my food is never ready or even started although receiving emails that my order is ready. This last experience was the most stressful visit yet, I placed my order at 7:20 pm and I waited for the email that it was ready and once I got there, I still had to wait another hour for my food. There were a lot of people waiting once I arrived, their order was either wrong or never started so they had to wait as well. I called in an order to the Sunset Rd. Charlotte NC Pizza Hut location. Once we arrived to pick up our carry out order we were told they did not have record of an order placed. Shortly after arriving at the store I had a missed call from what turned out to be the Cornelius NC Pizza Hut location. They were calling to share with me that my carry out order was ready for pick up. I explained to the caller that I never contacted the Cornelius NC location and didn't understand why my order ended up being placed at a location that I never contacted. Then I was told that the call center took the call and that they probably just went off of previous ordering history. I could not believe what I was hearing. When I placed my order no one identified themselves as being from the call center. I expressed that this was terrible customer service and that this was not how they should treat their customers.
