Everything we got was good. Not the best barbecue ever, but definitely worth coming back for. The turkey was moist and the sausage good. My son liked the brisket that was in his bowl. The collard greens were okay but they could have used a bit more seasoning and the baked beans were very good. The sauce was excellent and complimented the ribs nicely. I would definitely go here again when I'm in town. I would have given a five but for the chopped beef and collard greens.

The lunch specials include a giant slice, salad and a drink for $9.99. Keep in mind when you order a slice, all toppings are extra. In other words it's just a slice. It's still delicious and authentic and hot. The service is OK. I'm neither wowed nor am I disappointed. They have good seating inside and out. The outside dining area is perfect if you want to bring your dog with you. They also only take debit or credit cards- absolutely no cash. We'll be back!

They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. The app and email say I can redeem the rewards at the restaurant, or when I order online or use DoorDash. The app says show this screen to the staff to claim $5 off. I showed it to the cashier and he (Fisher) said he doesn't know how to redeem that. I asked him if he could get a manager. Fisher said he was the only in the building. I asked if he could call the manager. He said he has nothing to do with the app as that is WNB. I told him you work for WNB. He said that doesn't matter. It has nothing to do with him. I tried to order the food online to see if I could get the reward that way. It would not let me as I already had redeemed it. I asked Fisher again if he could call the manager so he can show him how to redeem the reward on the register. Fisher was very rude, sarcastic and upset at me for asking him to honor their rewards. He laughed at me sarcastically as I left. I will never come back here again. Very rude service. I will be calling the manager Monday morning as Fisher needs coaching on customer service and how to overcome obstacles.
