The food arrived a good 45 minutes later. Really. I was already nodding off by the time the food arrived. I have never had such slow service. I don't think this attributes to the care that the chef took in making the food rather the lack of service or manpower. The carbonara was alright. Portion size was just right--didn't seem like much but its a pretty filling dish. It was fairly simple and I'm glad it tasted fine after waiting that long.
