I ordered chicken parmesan at Pizza Hut. When my order arrived I took my first bite. I opened up the sub to find 3 small pieces of chicken nuggets. A slice of white cheese and aboutx3 teaspoons of sauce. It was the worst tasting chicken parmesan I had. I told the waitress how disappointed I was with the dish. The waitress didn't seem to care at all. I paid $15.00 with no tip I will nevergo back to Pizza Hut again. read more

It was great to be in a Pizza Hut Classic location - decorated and laid out like the Friday night Pizza Hut experiences we had as kids. Service was very friendly. Food was fresh and hot. This location has a salad bar and a lunch menu, but does not offer a pizza buffet. It offers carry out, though I don't know if they offered deceiver. Pizza's meh and we're not hard to please. Service was astonishingly terrible. We placed an order for pickup 35 minutes before they closed-two pizzas and breadsticks, we arrived 20 minutes before they closed and with and empty restaurant were just starting our pizzas. While my fiancé waits quietly a woman asks him what he's waiting on and tells her a togo order. When this happens the guy standing at the counter decides to remark that "he can't help we orders right before closing". Ok well we didn't and clearly they had all the time in the world before their shifts ended to complete our order. We also work is restaurants and get out late and would ALSO like to eat after a long day of serving others. Attitude is a 1, food is a 3 at best. read more

i was told all Pizza Huts were not the same by the employee and was charged $40 for the same thing I could have gotten at Pizza Hut in Cherokee. for $30 so I guess watch out all pizza huts are not the same, lesson learned will not ever go back to the Bryson city one . ps you give me the wrong chicken that wasn't what I ordered. read more

Excellent place. They were busy every time we went to get a Togo order. At one point someone walked out without paying bc the waitress was so busy that she didn't get to them to pay! They were extremely busy. I hate to see a business treated like that. We enjoyed all of our pizza and the customer service was GREAT. read more

They are always "short staffed" EVERY time I visit. Or at least that's the excuse they always have. I have placed 2 to go orders 20 minutes before showing up, only to get there and pay for my order, then be told they haven't even put it in the oven yet and that it will be a 20 minute wait. Unfortunately, yelp requires you to put one star. If it wasn't for that, they would have a 0. Find somewhere else to eat unless you have hours to waste while waiting on your food. read more

I did an online order for a "order ahead" time. It didn't process. I called the store twice and waited on hold 4+ minutes the 1st time, to have someone pick up and hang up. I called back again and had the same result. I got a text that my pizza was about done, so I had to run in and pick up pizza that wasn't even for now. So frustrating and of course no one fessed up. Even when I showed them my phone where I'd called. And to top it off it's not done. So annoying and a waste of $41.70. read more

From the phone call to place my to go order, from the experience at pick up, the staff was top notch. Wonderful manners, polite, friendly, I was really impressed. How many dead flies in the windows? So many! Speaks volumes about this location. The waitress was a poor girl that was working very hard, being very professional, and deserved better. That's all I can say positive about our stop-in for lunch on July 6th. At 2:00 p.m., the place was wrecked. Tables were littered with old, cold, food that hadn't been cleared. There were only 3 crewmembers working. Above-mentioned waitress was a good hand, everyone else was pretty awful. Things I noticed: the guy in the back working the oven/line appeared to have one gear--and that gear appeared to first gear. When I would glance into the kitchen to watch the trainwreck, he would be looking back at me... rather than working as quickly as possible to get out of the weeds... At one point I caught him eating and working at the same time. I heard him drop many things on the floor and never once caught him washing his hands. At one point, another crew member took over the line. I witnessed her pull a bucket of toppings out of the refrigerated section under the prep-table, place it on the ground, then lift it up, rest the bottom of the bucket (that had been in contact with the floor) on the counter of the prep-table where the pizza's are prepped, on top of the rings they place directly on the pizza dough when they sauce and top the pizzas. So... yeah... the filth on the floor all over the line and things that touch the food... It took us an hour/hour-and-a-half to get out of there. They stayed slammed, the dining room and kitchen were wrecked, and no one in the kitchen appeared to have an ounce of work ethic. Granted, they needed more staff, but having worked in pizza places before, I can also say that 2/3rds of the staff was worthless. The food was... gross Pizza Hut... It had been a while since we had eaten at Pizza Hut, and we had forgotten that it sucked. The restaurant was pretty filthy and needed a deep cleaning. The health rating was something like 98, but every place in Bryson City had 99/100's, and I suspect the local health inspector is very forgiving. Again, having been in the biz before, I can say that no where I ever worked would have ever gotten anything close to a 90 if the health inspector had seen what I was privy to. If this place appears to be busy, and the kitchen crew seems like the bottom of the barrel, PASS on this place. read more

Ordering a pizza should not be this hard. We drove by their sign advertising large 3- topping pizzas for $9.99 and decided that's what we would do for dinner. My husband loves ordering on apps because it is easier, but their app was down. We called in our pizza and when we went to pick it up, they said it was going to be $19!!! When I told them about the sign, she gave us a discount but still up-charged us for their original crust... we just wanted normal crust! We finally get home with it, and they only put 2 of the toppings on. Needless to say, it ruined our dinner plans for the evening. read more

Really good, have to say better than some of the restaurants in town. They had some big orders (like 12 an order, 7 in a row) but still managed to give us our order within 25 minutes. Thanks for saving us after we were disappointed with the options in town that cost twice as much that aren't that great and take forever. read more

This Pizza Hut was amazing! The food was great, The staff are super nice. I couldn't have been happier ! One of the waitresses I forgot to grab her name before I left, but on feb 17, 2018 around 8:13 at night, she was such a sweet nice girl, even after having a HUGE rush and trying to attend to her co workers calling her name. All and all I will definitely return to this Pizza Hut when I'm in NC on vacation. read more

If I could give less than a one star review I would. Our experience this evening with this deplorable restaurant is not our first bad experience unfortunately. This evening was just the straw that broke the camel's back. Called in our order and asked for curside delivery due to covid; they have a recording while you are waiting to order promoting this option. Told to pick our pizza up in 15 mintues. After 45 minutes of waiting in the parking lot, in their designated area, and watching their employee bring other customers their order my husband went to inquire about our order. It had been sitting in their pick up oven then entire time! Our pizza was warm at best and their continued incompetence in handling daily operations of running a business is laughable! read more

This places was awful! The waitress greeted us by letting us know how busy she was, and she was the only waitress. (she had 3 tables besides us) She seats us, and walks away, and returns 10 minutes later to get our drink orders. We went to get salads, which had no cheese, dressings, and had a bug in the salad mix. We got our drinks around the same time our pizza came out. We saw they had a "free wifi" sign and We asked if we could us the wifi; sense we were out of town, we had no cell service. She told us they did have wifi, but no one knew what the password was to it was. This place was a joke, we couldn't wait to get out of there. I would have given 1 star...but it really did give us a great laugh at how awful it was...I added another one on there for the giggles. read more

Had a group visiting this small town. Looked up the local 828 number on the web and called ahead. After a long hold, woman picked up and asked for name and number. She then told me I'd have to hang up and call my local store. I tried to explain that's 5 hours away, but couldn't make her understand, she finally hung up on me. I called back, again long hold, and asked the guy who picked up if he was in the actual restaurant. He said yes. So I place an order. Big surprise...arrived to pick up and there's no order. They offered a whopping 10% discount for the added 20 minute wait. This call-center system is hurting their business...they weren't that busy when I arrived, plenty of employees who could answer a phone. I'd pay a little more and call the local mom/pop next time. Pizza was ok. I think eventually we'll all have to order via app and a machine will make the pizza and you'll pick it up like a vending machine. Also, while I was waiting, an elderly couple who appeared disabled came in and stood around for a while being ignored. FYI some of the 5-star ratings are obviously fake, not even good English. read more

We live in Bryson City and discontinued eating at Pizza Hut for several years after quality of food and service disintegrated. We decided to try it again in January 2015 --WHAT A CHANGE!!!! The salad bar is tended all of the time and we could not wish for better service. We were out of the area after that visit for a couple of months. When we returned to Bryson City, we decided to check Pizza Hut out again. GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE. We are happy that we now have a good Pizza and salad place to eat close by.
