I brought my nieces and nephew here since they love Pizza Hut. This place offers drive up, which is great! The waitress at the drive up was very nice. I got there a couple minutes before my order pick up time, she told me the cheese sticks were going to be a few more minutes, apologized and offered a 20 oz or 2 liter on the house since I had to wait. I thanked her but turned it down. It was a very nice offer though. That being said, the pizza is just okay. Fairly greasy but the kids love it. read more

Nobody beats the Hut! Let me tell you a little story. I have a great friend that swears this is the best place to get pizza, wings and anything else on the menu. We have all been there. You almost don't want it to be good just for that reason. I'm going to tell you, I have not been to many Pizza Huts around the nation. Mostly in the North East where pizza is fantastic everywhere but the Hut. This particular Hut is what my friend must have been referring to. They are remodeling now. Can't wait to go back! Almost like the Pizza Hut I remember in the 70's. Good service, fresh and hot pizza, nice side salads with your choice of ingredients, good breadsticks- just not cut well. Maybe not everyone's favorite pizza but we enjoyed our meal, had leftovers the next day. Will visit again. read more

Another disappointment. Ordered a super supreme pizza for carry out with no Italian sausage, but added bacon and green olives. The receipt is correct but I was given the basic menu pizza with none of my changes. read more

Everyone is always friendly and it is very clean. Evert ti.e I have been here they have put plenty of toppings on the pizza. I had no issues ordering a half and half pizza. Whenever we come to town. Which isn't often, we stop here. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! my wife ordered a melt and we finally received it after everyone at our table had eaten and after we had paid the bill. No offer to take care of the bill or even the lone melt. Shift manager had no clue what was even transpiring!!! She was too busy talking to a friend!!! We brought a large group from our car club to this Pizza Hut today. Even though they are about to close for a remodel the service was great and the food came quickly. Our server Abby was great and gave us great service. Once this place reopens I would recommend that everyone eats at this place. The people are great and the service is also. Good pizza, but everything else is dirty and nasty. Nothing is ever clean, tables are always sticky, and you don't even want to hear about the bathrooms. Staff is rude and always seem to have something better to do with their time rather than work. The kitchen is a disgusting disaster and the buffet is a little gross too. Also, it is very expensive. The quality of the pizza has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Got a $10 tastemaker beef pizza today and threw half of it away. Low quality toppings. The drive thru window is super convenient and the service was good but I won't be ordering food here again. read more

Even after moving away and not being back in the area for 15 years this place still has the best pizza. We love the BBQ pizza! Had to bring out 17 yet old to try it and she agreed it's awesome pizza. She and my husband had the buffet, Pizza Hut is her favorite pizza in Houston but she thought this was much better. Service was just ok, the pizza made up for a lot!! read more

Always interesting to go into an establishment where a "manager needed" sign is posted . Greeted by a loud "seating" call by the "supervisor" for someone to put me in a booth. I guess the crew only vacuums the floor at night, or when told. Lettuce under my feet, pepperoni on the floor to my left, croutons on the floor by the salad bar. Can see why they need a manager. Fear went thru the staff when they realized they had run low on ice tea. Really? Pizza was good, 20 min lead time. Seem to run alot of take out orders which is fine. Staff lacking any leadership. 6-7 people on the clock. Seen Pizza Huts run smoother and faster with 4. Waitress was nice, but poorly trained or new. read more

This place was the worse Pizza Hut that I have ever eaten at. The staff doesn't seat you forever even when they look at you. Nearly almost none of the employees ever was their hands. The pizza is pourly made and never out on time. There is always something that they are out of so that ruin your night because that's the kind of pizza that you wanted. This pizza hut has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business. I placed my order of 1 pizza, 1 small cheesy bread sticks, and 8 wings. The person taking the order was the manager, no less. I was told my order would be here in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before calling pizza hut back, at which point they said that the pizza was on its way. I waited another 30 minutes and called again, this time they told me that the pizza did not go out for delivery and it was ready for pickup. I proceeded to tell them everything i have just told you and they said the the pizaa was actually out for delivery this time. I waited another 30 minutes and asked to speak to the manager. She was extremely rude and snotty saying that she had no idea my order did not get delivered and that it was my fault that i did not tell her that... which i did!! At this point I said "You are the manager. It is your f***cking job to know these things". Anyways the order arrived moments after the last call.... to top it all off i did not get my wings and the bread sticks did not have cheese. So if you want shitty service and dealing with and extremely rude staff (mainly the manager) then this place is your best bet. I sincerely wish I didn't have to give this one star... P.S. I used to be a delivery driver at a pizza hut so I like to think I can be trusted with this review. P.S.S. The wings finally came... 20 minutes later. read more

We waited an hour and 15 minutes for a pizza that was supposed to be at our doorstep in 30-35 minutes. When we called the restaurant 2 different times, an excuse was made each time. When we finally received our pizza, it was barely warm (that's a stretch). Terrible. read more

After ordering my pizza at 8:05 pm on a Thursday night and being told 30 to 35 minutes I called back wondering what had happened because it was now 9:00 pm and was told well it's not on my screen so it must be out for delivery waited another 6/7 minutes called back and was told well the driver had 5 deliveries which I understand but they couldn't maybe space them out??? So after an hour and fifteen minutes my wife and I got to eat our now luke warm at best pizza that they knocked a whole $4 off of... Ridiculous!!! Don't know that I will return read more

This place is OKAY...but I will probably not go back because it's ridiculously expensive! No deals, no specials. Nothing! I shouldn't cost 27 dollars for two people to have some damn pizza.
