I would give zero stars if possible. The carry out drive thru window had a sign on it that said "please come inside short staffed". I park and go inside to find a line of 8 people in front of me. I finally got my pizza 30min after the tracker said it would be ready. I received the wrong pizza and could not wait another 45min for them to make the correct one. I walked in late in the afternoon of Wednesday, July 21, 2021, planning to buy three pizzas and three orders of bread sticks for myself and my roommates. Not a tiny order, so maybe the loss of my $ in those pandemically-challenged evoy will matter, since your customers don't. Hoping to save a little $ on one of their usual specials (such as "make it a large, medium chg" or "carryout $7.99 ea") I asked the counter girl if there were any specials or if she had a price list. There were no menus visible ANYWHERE, and nothing posted near, on or behind the counter). She pointed to a poster stand and told me, "Upu have to scan this with your phone." I told her I didn't habe a phone with me (and didn't) and she said, " Oh, okay," and walked off. I am not a VIP and don't consider myself genetically superior or anything, but how hard is it, and how much tome does it take to tell somebody "a large pizza costs x" and be just a wee spot nice and helpful in a business that has a line for a tip on its customer receipts? In a world where the going rate for tips is at least 20% of the total bill? Since your customers are insignificant.....she would have made close to ten bucks off me for helping me for all of two minutes at her register. Top notch Pizza Hut. The real phone number is listed in the tips. The staff is efficient and attentive. Love the new decor. Only stopped in for take out. Will come by to dine in sometime. Worst experience EVER!! Ordered online. Said 15 minutes, live 20 minutes away. Arrive and still waited 25 more minutes, only to be told my order was made wrong ‍. Manager came over and would not even look me in the eyes as she made excuses as to why it took too long and was made incorrectly. When I asked to just get the pizza that was made, she had another employee come help me. My pizza and cheese bread sat on the counter for 10 minutes before they finally gave me the food I needed to feed my kids. Got home to cold food, no marinara sauce and nothing cut! The store was dirty, and we waited 40 minutes at our table for pizza. Finally, went up to ask and they said "oh we put it in a box, we didn't know" Our receipt said eat-in and they gave us a table number. No one else was sitting in the store. Deciding to come back for a second visit, due to a rather pleasant and decent experience the first time at this newly renovated location. Noticed service is a bit slow and staff seems to be a little bit in shambles but it's understandable for the first week of opening. However, on my second visit I had ordered ahead of time for a pick up and when I arrived the screen had already reflected that the order was ready and completed to be picked up. Waited at the register but no staff came to assist for about 5mins or so, no employees were in sight. Upon checking me out there was a computer error which the employee needed help to resolve, however the only solution was to swap registers, but then notified me that the order is stuck on the other screen and that we needed to wait a bit longer. Shortly after the rep proceeded to take another client's order at which time the remaining register had gone out as well. However, the issue is not with the technical difficulty but with the service and demeanor of the staff, everything seemed funny and a joke even after a customer had been waiting for 15-20 mins for an order that I had previously placed online 15-20 mins to avoid waiting. So all that being said, there was no apology or any type of remorse for the inconvenience and the extended delay. There is also no form of customer service represented by staff members in the store. So definitely will not be returning again. read more

They called me to pick up the pizza and then blamed me for the delivery guy not knowing where my house was. At least they comp. me a 25.00 credit gave me a free two liter and a 20 0z cherry pepsi and the manager gave me 4 grams of marijuana to make up for the problems. I drive a total of 20 miles to get Pizza Hut pizza. There are several other pizza places within walking distance but I prefer PH. The facility has always been clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I have never gotten a pizza that did not meet my needs. We have used the drive thru as well as the walk in. The only time we could not walk in was during a time when there was a staff shortage. However we were directed to the drive up window to get our pizza. read more

Ordered online. We went to pick up our order around 6:30p and the doors are locked to the public. We were driving a rollback and could not fit in their tiny drive through. My wife went to the door again and the employee inside just looked at her and ignored her like she wasn't even there. We canceled our order and will NEVER be back. All the guy had to do was walk over about 5 steps and hand the pizza to my wife. This store has horrible ratings and needs to change how they are doing things. I'm a frequent traveler and to make my life easy I usually order a pizza my first night in town. It let's me unwind and I have both dinner and breakfast. This time I ordered from Pizza Hut. I'm a member of their website so it was easy. I ordered a large veggie lover's with beef and jalapenos. What I got was a surprise! My pizza had extra veggies on top and I was pleased, so I dug right in. Things were fine until I realized why they added all the extra veggies. They were covering up the fact that they used Pork sausage to top the pizza instead of beef! Rather than fix the Pizza they covered their mistake (which tells me they recognized what they did). I have a stomach allergy to Pork. Which is why I ordered a Beef and veggie Pizza. I was up all night going to the bathroom. This was bad pizza and an even worse cover up. As a usual customer, I paid for my pizza and even topped the delivery guy. So I paid extra for a night in the Bathroom! I gave one star because the rest of my order was fine. The customer service was great, my order was correct but the pizza was extremely thin to the point the cheese and the crust stuck to the paper underneath and when I picked it up it fell apart, the pepperoni was hard in some spots like it was old. Avoid this place at all costs. This is like something out of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. I'm not going to pull any punches with a colorful review. The staff SUCKS. They have no business working in food or customer service. How in the world does it take 30 minutes to make a pan pizza? I could do better at home! Multitasking is not their thing. Don't be surprised if you hand them a check, and they serve 3 other people before getting it back to you. I watched the hapless waitress shamble around the kitchen area trying to figure out what to do, and I knew she wasn't new, because she already had that look of complacency that typifies so many food workers. Hire a better staff! And if the management reads this... your employees should not be paid to socialize when there are customers waiting impatiently for anything resembling customer service. It is of interest to note that I was the only person in the restaurant, save some employee who scoffed down an entire pizza before shimmying into his comically tight jeans.
