Their app had a glitch set my order to this location. I tried to contact them. They treated me like crap on the phone told me if I was gonna be rude to them that they would just hang up on me never raise my voice or use any profanity they are the worst train staff I have ever heard on the phone. I went to this Pizza Hut 2 days in a row and ended up ordering a personal pizza and a pasta with a drink and was charged $21 but i go back the next day and order the same thing and now it's $16 The people at the front desk are also very rude, when I finished or ding my food. my personal pizza had a bite mark on the crust and I was disgusted by the fact any food place would do this! They also need to fix up the place it feels like as if I just entered a broken down building. read more

If you believe anything then believe this, Belmead Pizza Hut is one of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had. I ordered and paid for my pizza over the phone, then when I got there I had to wait over five minutes at the drive thru window even though I was the only car in line. They don't give away red pepper and Parmesan cheese anymore and you get charged over a dollar each for the small containers. The pizza was warm but did not taste or feel fresh the cheese did not even string out when I took a slice. If your going through town and hungry for pizza then pass on through Belmead and drive a few miles into Waco if not you will be disappointed. read more

Unfortunately, this location no longer offers the buffet, only carry out option. Also unfortunately, the smallest pizza with 4 toppings and thin crust (nothing special) costs $14.99. So they have gone from a model of having several people involved and overhead at a price of $6.99 to having theoretically one person involved at a price of 15 bucks. Dominos has 2 two topping medium pizzas for $5.99 each, carry out, and they happen to be right across the street. Which one do you think I went with? read more

Worst pizza I have had in a long time. Got two mediums, one cheese one pepperoni. They were flat as cardboard and tasted like it too. They were so dry and were not even cut all the way, had to use my home pizza cutter at home. Overall just awful! Pay 5.99 and you get a 5.99 Pizza! read more

Enjoy the pizza but it can be a little pricey but they make it fast and you can order online without having to call in. I went in once and it was during the buffet period and I remember seeing only one pizza for people to grab from and a family of 4 came in and paid and then walked over and was like "there's no pizza.." So yeah I'll probably never come in to the buffet here because it was really lame. Might as well go to cicis for more buffet options :3 but if you're getting a pizza to go then this place is great. read more

Sent my order in on the internet, it said it would be 10-20 minutes. Got there between 15-20 minutes, to find out they had just given my pizza to the man in front of me. They said they were going to call him, he drove back up and went in with the pizza, I knew I didn't want a pizza someone else had left with, thank goodness they didn't try that. He came back out with his pizza and the one that should have been mine originally. They tell me they are going to cook me another one, ok. So I wait another 15 minutes thinking that they might give me some bread sticks, a cookie , a drink something for my inconvenience but no just a sorry come back again. I won't spend my money here anymore! This is the second time I made a carryout order only to get there and the order was wrong, I worked for this company for 4 years a long time ago and this kind of treatment was not tolerated! They offered to take price of one topping however the toppings were wrong and not what I ordered,not to mention the pizza was a 2 topping "special!" You need to train your staff to at least know what toppings you have available when taking a phone order. Needless to say my money will be going elswhere! read more

I been here twice and they are the worst. The first time the delivery driver got lost and my food was cold and a hour late. Second time they forgot to put my food in the oven when I put my order in online. I waited for about over 30 minutes when I went to go pick my food up. read more
